1.Evaluation on repeat cesarean section of 67 cases
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2010;17(4):453-454
Objective To explore the complications and influence of repeat cesarean section after previous cesarean delivery. Methods The styles of the total 67 cases of repeat cesarean section were reviewed, and the mater-nal ages, gestarional weeks, time intervals between the two times of delivery, and the styles of the previous cesarean section were analyzed. Results Of the total 67 case of repeat cesarean section ,there were 8 cases with relatively se-vere adhesion, 1 case with hysterectomy. There were 9 cases with intraoperative blood loss over 500ml(13.4%). The rate of adhesion induced by abdominal transverse incision of cesarean section was significantly higher than that of ab-dominal longitudinal incision of low cesarean section. Conclusions When we determining a style of cesarean section, we should comprehensively consider the obstetrical conditions of the pregnant women to select abdominal incision style and uterine incision style. The quality of previous cesarean delivery determines the complications of repeat cesarean section.

Objective: To explore the impedance characteristics of ear acupoints in stroke patients with excess or deficiency syndrome, and to provide basis data for objective study of the syndromes of stroke. Methods: The data of electrical characteristics of ear acupoints in stroke patients and healthy people were collected, and excess syndrome and deficiency syndrome of stroke were identified by quantifying the syndromes of stroke using scales. The differences in impedance characteristics of ear acupoints between stroke patients and healthy people were analyzed, and the differences in impedance characteristics of ear acupoints between stroke patients with excess syndrome and stroke patients with deficiency syndrome were analyzed too. The correlation among impedance characteristics of ear acupoints, stroke and the syndromes was also analyzed. Results: There were significant differences in impedance characteristics of ear acupoints between stroke patients and healthy people (P<0.05,P<0.01). The ear acupoints CO12 (Gan) and CO13 (Pi) had a significant role in diagnosing stroke as compared with CO18 (Neifenmi), AT3.4.AH12i (Naogan), CO10 (Shen), TG2p (Shenshangxian), AH6a (Jiaogan), AT4 (Pizhixia), and CO15 (Xin). There were significant differences in impedance characteristics of ear acupoints between stroke patients with excess syndrome and stroke patients with deficiency syndrome (P<0.05, P<0.01). The ear acupoints AH6a (Jiaogan) and CO10 (Shen) played an important role in differentiation diagnosis of excess syndrome and deficiency syndrome of stroke, followed by CO18 (Neifenmi), TF4 (Shenmen) and TG2p (Shenshangxian). Conclusion: Some ear acupoints with diagnostic value for stroke may provide basis of objective research for stroke diagnosis as well as identifying excess syndrome and deficiency syndrome of stroke.

Objective To observe the efficacy of combination of pranoprofen and artificial tears in treatment of dry eye syndrome after recovery from acute conjunctivitis. Methods This study involved 206 eyes of 157 consecutive patients who had recovered from acute conjunctivitis after routine treatment between July 2008 and September 2010. All cases were randomly divided into artificial tears group (79cases,104eyes) : artificial tears eye drops alone and combination group(78cases,102eyes) : pranoprofen combined with application of artificial tears eye drops. All patients'symptoms, signs such as tear film break 2 up time (BUT ) ,Schirmer I test (SIT) , corneal fluoresce staining (FL) score at 3,7,14days after treatment Were observed. Results All patients finished the trial at the end of the follow-up duration. There were significant differences in symptoms, BUT and corneal fluoresce staining between the two groups after treatment, combination group was superior to artificial tears group in BUT and FL. Conclusion Pranoprofen combined with artificial tears eye drops is superior to artificial tears eye drops alone

Acta Anatomica Sinica 1953;0(01):-
Immunohistochemical study revealed the distributions of substance P, neurokinin A, neurokinin B and calcitonin gene related peptide immunoreactive nerve fibers in the medulla, cortex and capsule of tracheobronchial lymph nodes in 10 guinea pigs. More immunopositive fibers were found to be distributed in the area around the blood vessels and lymph sinuses, less in the area distant to blood vessels. The four kinds of positive immunoreactive nerve fibers were also seen within the wall of the blood vessels. The results provide some morphological basis for the study of neuroimmunomodulation.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(05):-
The total glucosides of Paeony root ( TGPs ) extracted from Anhui Boxian Paeonia lactiflora Pall can dialet the vessels of rabbit's ears in vitro and increased both the number of drops and the volume (ml) per minute. TGPs had no definite effects on the isolated aorta strips of rabbits directly, but it significantly increased the contraction of aorta strips induced by NA. In vivo, TGPs raised the diasto-lic pressure (which could not be blocked by phentolamine) , and increased the dp/dtmax and decreased the heart rate. TGPs also strengthened the effect of raising the blood pressure and increasing the heart sound intensity induced by NA. The results about the blood pressure and heart function studied on cats were almost the same as on rabbits
10.Endocrine glands-derived-vascular endothelial growth factor and tumor
China Oncology 2001;0(02):-
The review is focused on the development and recent research of the first tissue-specific angiogenic molecule, endocrine gland-derived vascular endothelial growth factor(EG-VEGF).It has been found that EG-VEGF only targeted on steroidgenic endocrine organs or cells through G-protein coupled receptor, the phosphorylation of G-protein coupled receptor could activate mitogen-activated protein kinase p44/42 and phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase(PI3K) pathways signal transdution. There are many reports that believes MAPK and PI3K is involved in the regulation of proliferation, migration, survival of endothelial cells and tumor angiogenesis,so EG-VEGF may serve as a potential target for antiangiogenic therapy of cancer in the future.
