1.POEYPECTOMY OF 21 PATIENTS WITH POLYPS OF UPPER GASTROINTESTINAL TRACT USING ENDOSCOPE
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(02):-
Fourteen patients with polyps in the upper gastrointestinal tract were polypec-tomized endoscopically from 1986 to 1988. The pathological specimens were obtained in 14 patients, while the adenomatous polyps were diagnosed in 11 patients, and 2 cases were hyperplastic polyps. Carcinoid of duodenum was demonstrated in one patient. In our group, 6 patients had a residual ulcer two weeks after polypectomy but no hemorrhage and perforation occured
2.EFFECT OF SOYBEAN ISOFLAVONE ON PROLIFERATION AND EXPRESSION OF HIF-1? IN GASTRIC CANCER CELL SGC-7901 DURING HYPOXIA
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 2004;0(05):-
Objetive: To study the effect of soybean isoflavone(SI) on the growth of gastric cancer cell SGC-7901 during hypoxia and its mechanisms. Method: The environment of hypoxia was established by GasPaK method. The effect of SI was determined by MTT and FCM which was used for studying apoptosis and cell cycle of SGC-7901. Electron microscopy was used to study the effects of SI on apoptosis and necrosis of SGC-7901. Cell-immunochemistry was used to observe the change of hypoxia-inducible factor HIF-1? and FAS expression. Results: SI could inhibit significantly the growth of SGC-7901, and arrest the cell in G2/M phases during normal and hypoxia environment. The inhibitory effect was elevated significantly during hypoxia. Electron microscopy showed the cell apoptosis and necrosis. FAS expression was elevated by SI during normal and hypoxia environment, and HIF-1? expression was downregulated during hypoxia. Conclusion: SI can inhibit SGC-7901 cell growth via arrest of cell cycle, elevated expression of FAS, apoptosis and necrosis induction and other pathways. The inhibition of the increased HIF-1? expression is probably the mechanism of the inhibitory effects of SI during hypoxia.
3.INHIBITION OF GASTRIC CANCER CELLS INVASION AND METASTASIS BY GENISTEIN IN VITRO
Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(03):-
Objetive: To study the effect of genistein on the invasion and metastasis of human gastric cancer cells SGC-7901 in vitro. Method: MTT was used to study the effects of adhesion by genistein on SGC-7901. The Boyden Chamber membrane invasion culture system was used to study invasion and metastasis. Cell-immunochemistry was used to observe the change of TGF- 1. Results: In the membrane invasion culture system, the numbers of invading and migrating SGC-7901 cells were significantly lower in genistein treated groups than those in the control groups (P
4.The present situation and countermeasures of humane spirit education in Diagnostics Teaching
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(05):-
Diagnostics Teaching is the important transition period from the completion of basic medical knowledge to clinic practice. In the period,we should not only pay attention to medical knowledge and clinic techniques, but also emphasize humane spirit education, which is the basic principle of medical science, the intrinsic request of medical mode and especially the urgent request of relieving confliction between doctors and patients and of reconstructing harmonious society. At present, the present situation of humane spirit education of the interns is not ideal. This article tries to analyze the associated reason and discusses the countermeasures.
5.How to improve interns' ability of doctor-patient communication
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(07):-
Objective With the increasing number of medical disputes,it is urgent to train the interns'skills. Methods Interns improved their doctor-patient communication skills by enhancing awareness on the doctor-patient communication, learning a variety of medical laws and regulations, improving clinical skills, training good medical ethics to master some communication skills. Results Through such training, medical disputes due to interns never happened during the internship period. Conclusion Our training program is practicable.
6.The Psychoanalysis on Medical students' Hypochondriasis
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(03):-
As a regular mental disease,Hypochondriasis more takes place on medical students. It affects seriously the undergraduates both physically and mentally, and disturbs their life and studies. If proper enlightenment and treatment are not given to the students, hypochondriasis may possibly evolve to neuropathy and psychoses, leading to the prolonged and refractory diseases. Therefore by psychoanalyzing medical students' hypochondriasis and discussing how to prevent its occurrence,we put forward that it is important to build the students' psychological character and personality characteristics in cultivating the students' clinical thinking ways and basic practice ability.
7.The Design and Application of the Case Study in Teaching Gastroenterology
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(11):-
Case Study embodies the target teaching model with the teacher as the leading guidance and the students as the main part.Making the best design and application will help to develop high-guality medical talents.
8.Experience in Teaching the Trainees of Digestive Endoscopy
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(02):-
The technology role in diagnosing and treating gastroenterological of digestive endoscopy plays a significant diseases at present. The trainees for advance study are required to get familiar with the appliance,to learn about the indication, the contraindication, and the complication of using digestive endoscopy,to understand the advanced diagnosing and treating technology of digestive endoscopy in the world and they are also instructed without reservation the gist of endoscopic technique in accordance with their aptitude.
9.How to improve medical students' capability of writing case reports
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(09):-
With the increasing confrontation between doctors and patients and the increasing number of medical conflictions, case reports, as convincing evidence, have played a more and more important role. How to improve medical students’ capability of writing case reports and avoid the occurrence of some medical conflictions turns out to be a problem that has to be solved. This article makes a tentative exploration in this respect.

Chinese Journal of Digestion 2001;0(12):-
Objective To study the effect of aspirin on cell proliferation of human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 and the probab le mechanism involved. Methods Using MTT method, flow cytometr y (FCM),~~~3 H-TdR incorporation a nd electron microscopy, the effect of aspirin on the SGC-7901 of proliferation and related mechanism were studied. Results Results showed that th e growth of SGC -7901 was inhibited by aspirin. The inhibitory rates for growth of SGC-7901 we re positively correlated with the concentration and duration of aspirin in the m edia. ASA could inhibit DNA syntheses. Sub-G_1 pe ak was detected by FCM, and the rate of apoptosis was between 7.8% and (34.4)% . The cell ratios o f S and G_2/M increased, whereas the cell ratio of G_0/G_1 phase decreased (after) treatment and was in a dose-dependent manner. The SGC-7901 cell line exhibited some mor p hologic features of apoptosis, including cell shrinkage, nuclear condensation, D NA fragmentation, and formation of apoptotic bodies under electron microscopy. Conclusions Aspirin inhibited the growth of human gastric cancer ce ll line SGC-7901. The effects of aspirin on the phase of cell cycle and inducing apoptosis may be partially explained as the cytotoxic effects of aspirin.
