Objective: To explore the clinical value of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) stress99mTc-methoxyisobutylisonitrile (99mTc-MIBI) gated myocardial perfusion imaging (G-MPI) for evaluating the severity and region of myocardial ischemia and left ventricular function in patients with myocardial bridge. Methods: A total of 58 patients with CAG or CTA confirmed diagnosis of myocardial bridge received ATP stress99mTc-MIBI G-MPI examination in our hospital. The short and vertical long-axis image of left ventricular myocardium were divided into 13 segments and the radionuclide distribution was semi-quantitatively evaluated into 4 classes by 0-3 scores visually (0: normal, 1: mild reduction, 2: moderate reduction, 3: severe reduction). The summed stress score (SSS) of left ventricular myocardium was calculated, the severity and region of myocardial ischemia were judged and compared with the severity of myocardial bridge. The LVEF obtained by ATP stress 99mTc-MIBI G-MPI was compared with LVEF obtained by cardiac color ultrasound (UCG).Results: The detection rate of myocardial ischemia by ATP Stress 99mTc-MIBI G-MPI and by 24h dynamic ECGwere 82.76% vs 56.10%, P <0.05. ATP Stress 99mTc-MIBI G-MPI presented abnormal radionuclide distribution in258 segments (63.55%) of LAD supplied territory, 82 (47.13%) of LCX supplied territory and 74 (42.53%) of RCAsupplied territory; the ischemic segments in LAD supplied territory were more than those in LCX and RCA suppliedterritories, P <0.0125. The resting LVEF obtained by ATP Stress 99mTc-MIBI G-MPI and by UCG were (69.59 ± 4.13)% vs (63.22 ± 4.12) %, P >0.05 and they had positive correlation (r =0.555, P <0.05).Conclusion: ATP stress 99mTc-MIBI G-MPI could accurately and intuitively evaluate the severity and region ofmyocardial ischemia and left ventricular function in patients with myocardial bridge, it has certain guiding value inclinical practice.

Chinese Journal of Biotechnology 2011;27(8):1215-1224
We constructed transgenic chicken bioreactor vector, driven by chicken ovalbumin promoter, lentiviral vector and cytomegalovirus (CMV) promoter control vector encoding green fluorescent protein (GFP) and luciferase (Luc) as reporter genes. The three vectors were used to transfect or infect chicken primary oviduct epithelial cells, embryo fibroblasts cells, mouse 3T3-L1 preadipocytes cells and bovine mammary epithelial cells. High efficient and specific expression vector for transgenic chicken bioreactor was determined by detecting fluorescence and luciferase activity. Reporter gene analysis showed that chicken ovalbumin promoter expression vector was not cell type-specific in these four different cells. Additionally, luciferase reporter analysis illustrated that the chicken ovalbumin promoter activity was over 100 times lower than that of the CMV promoter in four different cells. Both of these two reporter genes were expressed in those four different cells infected by lentiviral expression vectors. Similarly, the GFP reached the similar expression level in cells infected by lentivirus and cells transfected with CMV promoter plasmid vectors when the multiplicity of infection was 20. In conclusion, the transgenic chicken bioreactor vector under the control of chicken ovalbumin promoter was not highly efficient and cell type-specific. However, the efficient expression and extensiveness oflentiviral vector could be used for studying chicken oviduct bioreactor.

Objective:To understand the relationship between new-type drug use and high risk behavior in men who have sex with men (MSM) in Shandong province.Methods:Cross-sectional surveys was conducted to collect the information about demographics, sexual and drug use behaviors of MSM and HIV-related services in MSM in three sentinel surveillance sites in Shandong from April to July in 2019. Blood samples were taken from the MSM for serological tests of HIV antibody and syphilis antibody. Results:A total of 1 203 MSM were included in this study. The average age of the MSM was 30.2±8.9 years. Among these MSM, 67.7 % (815) were unmarried; 66.9 % (805) had education level of college or above; 62.2 % (721/1 160) had unprotected sex behaviors and 16.3 % (189/1 160) had group sex behavior in the past six months and 54.2 % (652/1 203) ever used new-type drugs. HIV infection and syphilis prevalence rates were 3.1 % (37/1 203) and 4.7 % (56/1 203), respectively. Multivariable logistic analysis indicated that MSM who had unprotected anal sex in the past six months were more likely to be from Qingdao (a OR=1.59, 95 %CI:1.13-2.23), with education level of high school or below (a OR=1.61, 95 %CI: 1.20-2.16), with male sex partners from bars/dance halls or other venues (a OR=1.69, 95 %CI: 1.06-2.69), with HIV knowledge awareness score <6 (a OR=1.55, 95 %CI: 1.01-2.37), with ≥2 sex partner in the past week (a OR=1.48, 95 %CI: 1.12-1.95), to have group sex behaviors in the past six months (a OR=2.43, 95 %CI:1.61-3.67) and to use new-type drugs (a OR=1.46, 95 %CI: 1.11-1.91). MSM who had group sex were more likely to have following features: being from Qingdao (a OR=2.21, 95 %CI: 1.45-3.38), non-Shandong residents (a OR=2.13, 95 %CI: 1.28-3.55), HIV knowledge awareness score ≥6 (a OR=3.11, 95 %CI: 1.55-6.25), ever having unprotected anal sex behaviors (a OR=2.60, 95 %CI: 1.71-3.96) and ever having male commercial sex (a OR=3.38, 95 %CI: 1.92-5.95) in the past six months, ever using new-type drugs (a OR=2.71, 95 %CI: 1.82-4.04), and never having HIV testing in the past year (a OR=2.66, 95 %CI: 1.59-4.43). Conclusion:New-type drug use is common in MSM in Shandong. The use of new-type drugs promotes unprotected sex and group sex in MSM. Surveillance and intervention measures targeting this population should be strengthened.
