Objective To analyze pathological and ultrasound imaging features of breast cancer in young women. Methods The pathological and ultrasound imaging data of 42 young female breast cancer patients(≤35 years old,the young group)between January 2016 and October 2017 from the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University were retrospectively analyzed. Meanwhile, 62 elder female breast cancer patients (> 60 years old, the elder group) simultaneously diagnosed by pathology (age≥60 years) were randomly selected as the control group. Results The vessel carcinoma embolus rate and lymph node metastasis positive rate in the young group were higher than those in the elder group [31.0 % (13/42) vs. 29.0 %(18/62),59.5 %(25/42)vs.38.7 %(24/62)],and there was no difference between the two groups(χ2=16.187, χ2= 5.749, both P< 0.05). Compared with the elder group, the expression of estrogen receptor (ER) in the young group was lower (χ2= 11.598, P = 0.001). The positive rates of Ki-67 and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 (HER-2) in the young group were higher (χ2= 5.396, P = 0.024; χ2= 5.166, P =0.026). Inhomogeneous internal echo of breast cancer, microcalcifications, flow classification (grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ) and resistance index (RI) ratio in the young group were higher than those in the elder group [83.3 % (35/42) vs. 59.7 % (37/62), P = 6.576; 57.1 % (24/42) vs. 22.6 % (14/62), P = 12.899; 78.6 % (33/42) vs. 58.1 % (36/62), P = 4.716; 83.3 % (35/42) vs. 59.7 % (37/62), P= 6.578], and the differences were statistically significant (all P < 0.05). Conclusion The young female breast cancer patients have a higher rate of malignancy,invasion and metastasis rate compared with the elder breast cancer patients.

Objective: To understand the status quo of social support for and social adaptation of HIV/AIDS patients in Henan province, analyze the relationship between social support and social adaptation, and provide reference for improving the quality of life of HIV/AIDS patients. Methods: A multi-stage stratified random sampling method was adopted to select HIV/AIDS patients in high HIV prevalence areas (Shangcai, Shenqiu), middle epidemic areas (Queshan, Yongcheng), low prevalence areas (Jiyuan, Sanmenxia) in Henan province. A social support scale was used to investigate the three dimensions of objective support, subjective support and support utilization. A social adaptation scale was used to investigate the three dimensions of patient cognitive willingness, social interaction and role adaptation. Finally, the characteristics of the social support, social adaptation and their relationships were analyzed. Results: The overall score of 506 HIV/AIDS patients’ social support was 36.30±9.34, the score of objective support was 7.48±3.01, the score of subjective support was 22.35±5.79, and the score of support utilization was 6.28±2.38, the overall score and the scores of three dimensions of social support of HIV/AIDS patients were lower than the national levels, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The overall score of patients’ social adaptation was39.10±7.10, the score of cognitive willingness was 9.96±3.23, the score of social interaction was 18.57±3.25, and the score of role adaptation was 10.57±2.52. The average score of social adaptation of patients was less than 2/3 of the overall score, and the average cognitive willingness score was less than 1/2 of the overall score. The differences in social support score and social adaptation score among patients with different gender, age, marital status, occupation, transmission route, number of symptoms were statistically significant (P<0.05). For the HIV/AIDS patients, there was a correlation between the social support and the social adaptation (r=0.14, P<0.05). Conclusion HIV/AIDS patients had a low level of social support and social adaptation, and social support might be a contributing factor to the social adaptation of HIV/AIDS patients.

Objective: To explore the therapeutic value of interventional methods for hemorrhage caused by mandibular arteriovenous malformations. Methods: The clinical data of 7 patients (3 males and 4 females) with mandibular arteriovenous malformations treated by interventional therapy from January 2012 to January 2018 in the First Affiliated Hospital, Zhengzhou University were retrospectively analyzed. Of all patients, 4 patients suffered from sudden massive hemorrhage and 3 patients suffered from spontaneous repeated bleeding. The age ranged from 8.0 to 13.0 (10.6±1.7) years. Of the 7 patients, 3 underwent interventional embolization via arteries and veins, and 4 underwent embolization only via arteries. The embolic materials were polyvinyl alcohol granules and coils. The follow-up period was 9—18 months and the curative effect was observed. Results: Among the 7 patients, 4 cases of acute massive hemorrhage were effectively controlled after interventional operation, 3 cases of chronic bleeding disappeared after interventional operation. No recurrence of bleeding occurred during the follow-up period, only 1 patient presented with oral infection and gingival swelling and hyperplasia. The symptoms were effectively controlled after anti-infection and debridement. No severe complications occurred in all patients. Conclusion Interventional therapy for ateriovenous malformation with hemorrhage is effective, safe and feasible, which is worthy of clinical application.

Objective To understand the prevalence and risk factors of hyperuricemia in electronics factory workers in Wuhan, and to provide evidence for the health protection of electronics factory workers. Methods A total of 1 415 employees in an electronics factory in Wuhan were selected as the research subjects, and the physical examination and determination of various biochemical indicators, as well as questionnaire survey were carried out. Results The detection rate of hyperuricemia among workers in the electronics factory in Wuhan was 32.43%, with 36.33% for men and 14.11% for women, and the difference was statistically significant ( χ²＝46.077，P＜0.001). The detection rate of hyperuricemia was the highest (33.77%) among those with university or college education, followed by graduate students and above (31.50%). Compared with subjects with good lifestyle habits, people with drinking habits had higher hyperuricemia detection rate (49.38%), and the difference was statistically significant (P =0.001). The detection rates of hyperuricemia in those with central obesity and elevated alanine aminotransferase were 48.23% and 61.29%, respectively, which were significantly higher than those in the subjects without the above diseases (26.91% and 27.21%, respectively), and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.001). Obese people had the highest detection rate of hyperuricemia (66.95%), followed by overweight people (43.75%), and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.001). Multivariate logistic analysis showed that alcohol drinking (OR=1.836, 95% CI=1.139-2.961, P =0.013) and body mass index ≥ 24 kg/m² (OR=2.175, 95% CI=1.686 -2.806, P <0.001) were risk factors for hyperuricemia in electronic factory workers. Elevated alanine aminotransferase (ALT) was significantly correlated with hyperuricemia (OR=2.964, 95%CI=2.146-4.095 , P <0.001). Female gender was a protective factor for hyperuricemia in workers in the electronics factory (OR=0.441, 95%CI=0.297-0.653 , P <0.001). Conclusion The detection rate of hyperuricemia among workers in an electronics factory in Wuhan is high, and the detection rate of hyperuricemia in men is higher than that in women. Alcohol consumption, overweight and obesity will increase the risk of hyperuricemia. Elevated ALT is associated with hyperuricemia. Maintaining an ideal body mass index and establishing a good lifestyle play an important role in preventing hyperuricemia.
