OBJECTIVE:To observe the characteristics and influential factors of aderverse drug reactionl(ADR)induced by Re-duning injection. METHODS:The clinical information of pediatric patients receiving Reduning injection were collected from pediatric department of our hospital during Nov. 2014-Oct. 2015. Using ADR as outcome indicators, case control in the queue design was con-ducted. The influential factors of ADR induced by Reduning injection were analyzed by using binary univariate and multivariate Logis-tic regression analysis,Cox regression fitted 1∶3 matching Logistic regression analysis. RESULTS:Of 9 187 cases, the average age of children was(4.21±2.63)year-old;there were 23 ADR cases, with the incidence of 0.25%. There were 21 cases of rash(9 cas-es of combined pruritus)and 2 severe ADR cases(including 1 case of twitching limbs, blue complexion, peripheral cold, high fe-ver,leg pain and 1 case of limbs cold and high fever);23 cases of ADR symptoms finally disappeared after treated. Based on drug dose and usage of low concentrations and low drip rate in our hospital, regression analysis showed that age, sex, drug dose, solvent amount, concentration, drip rate, source of children, drug combination, the group number of daily continuous intravenous infusion, infusion order, the days of continuous medication and other factors were not statistically significant (P>0.05);the incidence of ADR induced by Reduning injection was 0.11% in the group of 1-3 years old children and was 0.31% in the group of 3-16 years old children. There was no statistical significance between 2 groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSIONS:The reasons for ADR induced by Re-duning injection might be the drug itself, the wrong methods, etc. Reasonable drug dosage, low concentration, low drip rate, using sophisticated filters infusion device and changing infusion device while dressing can reduce the occurrence of ADR.

Objective To investigate the alteration of chaperonine hsp40 and its influence on delayed death of neurons in the CA1 region of hippocampus after transient cerebral ischemia. Method After transient global ischemia for 20 minutes, rat model was made. Following different lengths of reperfusion, all the 28 wistar rats were divided into sham-operation group,4 hour recovery group, 24 hour recovery group and 72 hour recovery group ( n = 7 rats in each group). Immunochemistry and laser scanning confocal microscopy were used to observe the distributional alteration of hsp40 in the neurons. Differential centrifuge and western blot assay were used to analyze the quantitative alteration of hsp40 and its redistribution in the neurons. Results Immunochemistry and laser scanning confocal microscopy showed the progressive reduction of hsp40 occurred at first in the cytosol, then in the nucleus until the death of all the neurons in the CA1 region died. Differential centrifuge and western blot assay showed the level of hsp40 decreased from 1.00 ± 0.21 to 0.23 ± 0.13 ( P < 0.01 ) 24 hours after reperfusion; the quantity of hsp40 in the protein aggregates increased from 1.00±0.18 to 8.61 ± 1.89 (P <0.01 =24 h after reperfusion. Conclusions The reduction of hsp40 in the neurons of hippocampus CA1 region is an important role in protein aggregates formation.

Objective To explore the reliability of assessing the renal damage and prognosis with enhance-lfow (E-Flow) in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) by detecting hemodynamics indexes of intrarenal arteries. Methods There were 50 SLE patients who were treated in the Second Hospital Afifliated to Harbin Medical University from May 2012 to March 2013. The 50 SLE patients were divided into 2 groups:28 patients with LN and 22 ones without LN, and 30 healthy persons were served as the control group who were from the health check centre. All patients underwent renal ultrasonic examination, and two-dimensional images were observed. E-Flow technique were used to measure the peak systolic velocity (PSV), end-diastolic velocity (EDV) and vascular resistance indexes (RI) of the segmental, interlobar, arcuate and interlobular arteries. ANOV was used to compare the PSV, EDV and RI of segmental, interlobar, arcuate and interlobular arteries in the three groups, and LSD-t was used to compare the indexes between the two groups. A linear correlation analysis was used to determine the correlation between the RI of the intrarenal arteries in patients with LN and the levels of serum creatinine. Results The two-dimensional images of kidneys in patients without LN were normal. There were 8 cases with renal parenchymal diffused change in patients with LN. The spectrums of interlobular arteries in patients without LN were similar with those of control subjects, and the turgor curve of diastolic phase reduced slightly. The spectrums of interlobular arteries in patients with LN were blunt, with high resistance and hypoperfusion. Compared with the control subjects, PSV of the interlobar, arcuate and interlobular arteries in patients with LN decreased statistically (t=-2.46,-2.40,-3.49, P<0.05 or 0.01). EDV of the intrarenal arteries in patients with or without LN decreased statistically (patients with LN:t=-5.50,-5.95,-5.83,-5.01, all P<0.01;patients without LN:t=-3.41,-3.69,-3.29,-2.49, P<0.05 or 0.01). Compared with patients without LN, PSV and EDV of the arcuate and interlobular arteries in patients with LN all decreased statistically (PSV:t=-2.00,-2.16, both P<0.05;EDV:t=-2.13,-2.16, both P<0.05). Compared with the control subjects, RI of the intrarenal arteries in all SLE patients increased signiifcantly (patients with LN:t=12.78, 13.30, 11.95, 9.52, all P<0.01;patients without LN:t=9.88, 10.05, 8.71, 5.30, all P<0.01). Compared with patients without LN, RI of the the intrarenal arteries in patients with LN increased signiifcantly (t=2.05, 2.38, 2.43, 3.57, P<0.05 or 0.01). There were positive correlations between the RI of the intrarenal arteries in patients with LN and the level of serum creatinine (r=0.684, 0.752, 0.755, 0.851, all P<0.01). Conclusions E-Flow could clearly display the branches of intrarenal arteries and assess the progress and prognosis of the patients with SLE by measuring intrarenal arteries hemodynamics.

This study was aimed to optimize bio-solid bidirectional fermentation conditions of Trametes robiniophia Murr. for rhubarb. Sulphuric acid-phenol colorimetry, magnesium-methanol colorimetry, and HPLC were used in the
content determination of polysaccharide, total anthraquinone, and 4 free anthraquinones. The drying rate and con-sumption rate were combined as indicators for the optimization of technical parameters such as medicinal dosage, temperature and amount of water. The results showed that when using 500 mL conical flask, the best fermentation conditions were medicinal dosage of 10 g, the temperature of 34℃, adding water of 120%. It was concluded that bidirectional fermentation of rhubarb increased the content of free anthraquinones. Among them, the content of chrysophanol with anti-oxidation effect increased significantly. The decreasing of combined anthraquinone can relieve the severe laxative effect of rhubarb.
