BACKGROUND: Supraspinatus tendon injury is common in rotator cuff injury, the repair difficulty of which is reconstructing the bone-tendon interface. Currently, there are no effective therapeutics and suitable experimental animal models.OBJECTIVE: To establish rabbit rotator cuff injury prosthetic experimental animal model and to observe the effect of continuous passive motion (CPM) on early healing of rabbit rotator cuff bone-tendon interface by MRI, which can provide guidance for preparing an optimal rehabilitation strategy after rotator cuff injury.METHODS: Sixteen male New Zealand rabbits, aged 8 months, were received a rotator cuff acute injury and reconstructing insertion of supraspinatus tendon on greater tuberosity of humerus. The rabbits were randomly divided into cage activity group (n=4) and CPM group (n=12). At 2 days after operation, rabbits were treated by rabbit shoulder joint continuous passive motion apparatus of 75°～75° flexion-extension with various CPM speeds[2 (°)/s, 4 (°)/s, and 10 (°)/s)]. General state and MRI changes of rabbit rotator cuff bone-tendon interface was observed prior to and at weeks 1,2, and 4 after operation.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Gross observation showed that the incisions healed very well at 2 weeks after operation. There was no infection, haematoma or disruption after removing the suture. Compared to the cage activity group, the tendon-bone interface of CPM group heeled better at weeks 1, 2 and 4, especially at the speed of 4°/s with 75°-75° flexion-extension. Results demonstrated that this animal model can be satisfied to experimental study. From the following day after operation, various CPM speeds can accelerate the healing of tendon-bone interface, and the optimal speed of CPM was 4 (°)/s.

Objective To study the effects of paeonol on the tyrosinase activity and melanogenesis in co-culture model of human melanocytes and keratinocytes. Methods Melanocytes and the co-culture model of human melanocytes and keratinocytes were cultivated and the proliferation of melanocytes and the co-cultures was measured by MTT colorimetric assay. The tyrosinase activity and melanin level were measured by enzymic method. Results The melanin synthesis and tyrosinase activity were markedly suppressed by paeonol in a dose-dependent manner at the concentrations of 50?mol/L, 100?mol/L, and 200?mol/L in both melanocytes and co-cultures. BACKGROUND:Continuing stress stimulation has been confirmed to promote repair of rotator cuff injury.This experiment attempts to fu rther quantify the intensity of stress stimulation in order to reach a better therapeutic effect in the entire process of rotator cuff injury repair.OBJECTIVE:To explore the biomechanical performance of stress stimulation with different intensities on repair of acute rotator cuffinjuryMETHODS:Sixteen male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into high intensity,low intensity and control groups,with 12 animals in each group.Rabbits were received a rotator cuff acute injury and reconstructing insertion of supraspinatus tendon on greater tuberosity of humerus.At 1 week after operation,rabbits were treated by continuous passive motion(CPM)apparatus,which was-60°to 60° flexion-extension for the high intensity group,and-15° to 15° for the low intensity group.At 2 weeks after operation,the CPM was performed every other day,with 10 minutes per time;which was changed to daily training from week 3 with the same frequently,and 15 minutes per time at week 4.Rabbits in the control group were housed freely.Each 4 animals were sacrificed at weeks 2,3 and 4 after operation,and the largest tensile strength and severity at osteotendinous junction were compared.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The maximum tensile intensity and stiffness of the supraspinatus tendon in the low intensity group were greater than that of the control and high intensity group(P＜0.05),which was smallest in the high intensity group.All the breakage point existed at the intra-articular portion.The result demonstrated that low intensity stimulation exhibits superior repair effect in acute rotator cuff injury,while high intensity stimulation is harmful to the early repair of acute rotator cuff injury.

Objective To compare the image features of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and ultrasound (US) for papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC).Methods From January 2015 to April 2016,86 consecutive patients underwent surgery and pathologically confirmed PTCs in the People 's Hospital Affiliated to Jiangsu University were selected.All patients received neck US and MRI examination before thyroid surgery .For each case,the US and MRI features emphasized included the echogenic /signal,margin,shape,anteroposterior to transverse diameter ratio (A/T), microcalcifications and lymph node metastasis .Statistical analysis was performed using the χ2 test.Results In the comparison of US and MRI features,A/T≥1(41.9％in US and 62.8％in MRI) and lymph node metastasis(88.0％in MRI;56.0％in US) demonstrated statistically significant differences (χ2 =7.551,P=0.009;χ2 =6.349,P=0.025),and no significant differences were observed in the margin ,shape(P=0.724,P=0.316).Conclusion The MRI features of PTCs included A/T and lymph node metastasis was superior to US .

Objective To observe the change situation of body metabolism and gastrointestinal function of patients with laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer during the perioperative period.Methods 56 patients with colorectal cancer who were treated with radical resection in our hospital from May 2015 to July 2016 were selected as the research subjects.56 surgical patients were divided into control group (conventional open surgery group,28 cases) and observation group (laparoscopic surgery group,28 cases) by the random number table.The indexes of protein metabolism,lipid metabolism indexes and gastrointestinal function of surgical patients in two groups during the perioperative period were detected and compared.Results The protein metabolism indexes,lipid metabolism indexes and gastrointestinal function indexes of surgical patients in two groups before the surgery had no statistical significance (all P ＞ 0.05),while the protein metabolism indexes,lipid metabolism indexes and gastrointestinal function indexes of surgical patients in two groups after the surgery all had significant differences,and they were all better than those of control group (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The body metabolism and gastrointestinal function indexes fluctuations of patients with laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer during the perioperative period are smaller than those of open surgery,so the laparoscopic radical resection is more suitable to the patients with colorectal cancer.

Therefore, this study outlines the development status of E sports, analyzes the influence of E sports on adolescent depression, and highlights the hidden concerns that E sports pose for the mental health development of adolescents. While taking into account the advantages of E sports and exercise intervention programs, an emphasis should be placed on the prevention of depression, and feasible suggestions and countermeasures should be put forward to promote E sports, while at the same time safeguarding the healthy and orderly development of adolescent mental health.

Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system， with a high incidence， a low overall survival rate， and poor prognosis after treatment. It has become a major public health problem that threatens the lives and health of people. Since the pathogenesis of gastric cancer is still not fully unraveled， it is difficult to implement primary prevention. Therefore， the research on secondary prevention of gastric cancer， i.e.， precancerous lesions of gastric cancer， is extremely important and has become the focus of many researchers. Precancerous lesions of gastric cancer are the key pathological links in the transformation of inflammatory lesions of gastric mucosa into gastric cancer， including chronic atrophic gastritis， intestinal metaplasia， and dysplasia. Relevant studies have confirmed that with the aggravation of gastric mucosal lesions， the incidence and risk of gastric cancer also increase. Therefore， early diagnosis and effective intervention in the pathological link of gastric precancerous lesions is a key measure to prevent and reduce the incidence of gastric cancer， with great significance. More studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） can truncate and reverse the pathological grading of gastric mucosa， and can also effectively improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients， with few adverse reactions and low recurrence rate， which has unique advantages and characteristics. The theory of ''pathogen invading nutrient and blood aspects'' was first proposed by WU Youxing， a febrile disease doctor， in Treatise on Pestilence （《温疫论》）. It was originally used for the treatment of syndrome changes in the late stage of febrile epidemics， but after being enriched and developed by different doctors， it is now mostly used to guide the treatment of various chronic diseases. Precancerous lesions of gastric cancer are a common and difficult disease in clinical practice. Its evolution process is characterized by asthenia in origin and sthenia in superficiality and deficiency-excess in complexity， which is consistent with the core pathogenesis of ''pathogen invading nutrient and blood aspects''， namely， positive deficiency and intruding pathogen， and intruding pathogen cementation in the blood vessels. They are also interlinked in terms of treatment principles. Therefore， with the theory of ''pathogen invading nutrient and blood aspects'' as the breakthrough point， this article expounded the intervention effect of TCM on precancerous lesions of gastric cancer from the perspective of this theory， reflecting its important guidance and application value and providing new ideas for clinical treatment of diseases.

The angiogenic microenvironment is a new blood vessel with different molecular and functional characteristics that sprouts on the original blood vessels through different mechanisms,which directly affects the process of tumor cell growth,proliferation,and migration and has an important impact on the occurrence and development of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.Correa mode has shown that precancerous lesions of gastric cancer is the key pathological stage before the occurrence of gastric cancer,and it is of great significance to advance the prevention and treatment strategy to this stage.TCM believes that qi deficiency and blood stasis is the key pathogenesis of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,and its basic treatment is to replenish qi and remove blood stasis,and based on the syndrome differentiation,drugs with the efficacy of nourishing yin and tonifying stomach,soothing the liver and regulating qi,resolving phlegm and dispersing lumps,and clearing heat and dampness for treatment.This article discussed the correlation between precancerous lesions of gastric cancer and angiogenic microenvironment and its regulatory pathways,and summarized the methods and mechanisms of TCM in the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer from the perspective of regulating angiogenic microenvironment-related pathways,in order to provide a reference for the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer with TCM.

OBJECTIVETo retrospectively explore the effectiveness of surgical intervention model for repairing the tuberculosis wound with sinus tract.

METHODSForty-three patients with tuberculosis wound with sinus tract who met the inclusion criteria were admitted to the 309th Hospital of PLA from January 2010 to October 2015. These patients were divided into test group (n=38) and control group (n=5) according to the different treatment and patient's consent. Patients in test group were treated as follows. Firstly, antituberculosis drugs were taken orally for at least 3 weeks, and the wounds were accurately assessed using magnetic resonance imaging combined with 3-dimensional reconstruction software. Then sinus tract and its surrounding devitalized tissue were completely excised, and vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) treatment with negative pressure value of -26.6 kPa was performed for 1 to 2 weeks (dressing change was performed per 7 days). Lastly, the wounds were covered through direct suture or grafting skin or flap. Patients in control group were firstly given antituberculosis drugs orally for at least 3 weeks, and then they were treated with routine dressing change in outpatient service every 3 days. After the former therapy, patients in both groups were given antituberculosis drugs by oral administration for at least 6 months and were followed up for 6 to 36 months. Detection of Bacillus tuberculosis, Acid-fast bacilli, and tuberculosis granuloma, wound healing time, and relapse of tuberculosis wound in patients of both groups were recorded. The rates of single sinus tract, two sinus tracts, and more than or equal to 3 sinus tracts of patients in test group were recorded. Data were processed with Fisher's exact test and Wilcoxon rank-sum test.

RESULTSBacillus tuberculosis was respectively detected in wounds of 5 patients in test group and 2 patients in control group. Acid-fast bacilli were positively expressed in wounds of 8 patients in test group and 3 patients in control group. A typical tuberculosis granuloma phenomenon was observed in the wounds of 27 patients in test group and 4 patients in control group. These differences in above-mentioned 3 indexes between two groups were not statistically significant (with P values respectively 0.238 4, 0.154 4, 1.000 0). The median of wound healing time of patients in test group was 19.6 d, which was significantly shorter than that in control group (94.4 d, χ(2)=12.986 0, P=0.000 3). There were 2 and 1 patients with recurrent tuberculosis wound in test group and control group respectively, without statistically significant difference (P=0.363 0). Among patients in test group, the rate of single sinus tract was 23.7%(9/38), the rate of two sinus tracts was 28.9%(11/38), and the rate of more than or equal to 3 sinus tracts was 47.4% (18/38).

CONCLUSIONSRepairing the tuberculosis wound with sinus tract in surgical intervention model of antituberculosis therapy+ accurate wound assessment+ debridement+ VSD treatment+ surgical repair is beneficial to making the optimal operation plan under the premise of knowing location of sinus tract, which can reduce surgical risk.

Objective:To provide strategical reference for large-scale colorectal cancer screening with full regional coverage by analyzing the results of the first colorectal cancer screening in the target population in Linhai city,Zhejiang Province. Methods:The target population of 50-74 years old in Linhai were invited to take part in the colorectal cancer screening program from 2020 to 2021.The risk of colorectal cancer of the participants were preliminarily evaluated by questionnaire and qualitative fecal occult blood test(FOBT),and participants with positive screening results were suggested to take colonoscopy test for further evaluation.The screening results were collected and analyzed. Results:A total of 71 942 people were screened from 2020 to 2021,and 15 1 70 of them were found positive in preliminary screening.The positive rate in males was significantly higher than that in females(x 2=724.005,P＜0.001),and the positive rate was highest in the population of 60-69 years old during preliminary screening.The compliance rate of colonoscopy was 24.1 9％with no significant difference between males and females(x 2=0.256,P=0.61 3),showing a decreasing trend as the age increases.From 2020 to 2021,the detection rate of lesions by colonoscopy was 52.92％,with 47 case of colorectal cancer(CRC),333 case of advanced colorectal adenoma,561 case of non-advanced colorectal adenoma and 1 001 case of benign lesions.The detection rate of lesions in males was much higher than that in females(x 2=82.451,P＜0.001).The detection rates of lesions,advanced colorectal adenoma,and non-advanced adenoma showed increasing trends with the age.The compliance rate of colonoscopy,the detection rate of lesions,and the detection rate of CRC,advanced colorectal adenoma,and non-advanced adenoma were 32.94％,69.53％,2.87％,1 6.85％and 1 9.71％,respectively,in participants who were both assessed as high-risk according to questionnaire evaluation and FOBT positive,the highest among all participants.The compliance rate of colonoscopy in 2021 was obviously higher than that in 2020(32.11％vs 1 9.09％,P＜0.001),but no significant difference was found in the detection rate of lesions between 2021 and 2020(P＞0.05). Conclusion:From 2020 to 2021,the compliance rate of colonoscopy was low and the detection rate of colorectal lesions was high during the screening of colorectal cancer in the target population in Linhai,Zhejiang Province.It is necessary to enhance the public awareness of the importance of colorectal cancer screening,standardize the enrollment criteria,and improve the compliance of colonoscopy,in orderto give full play to primary screening in the general public.
