Integrating visualization toolkit and the capability of interaction, bidirectional communication and graphics rendering which provided by HTML5, we explored and experimented on the feasibility of remote medical image reconstruction and interaction in pure Web. We prompted server-centric method which did not need to download the big medical data to local connections and avoided considering network transmission pressure and the three-dimensional (3D) rendering capability of client hardware. The method integrated remote medical image reconstruction and interaction into Web seamlessly, which was applicable to lower-end computers and mobile devices. Finally, we tested this method in the Internet and achieved real-time effects. This Web-based 3D reconstruction and interaction method, which crosses over internet terminals and performance limited devices, may be useful for remote medical assistant.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2009;25(2):110-113
A brief description of performance appraisal as used in the healthcare sector, and an analysis of problems existing in performance appraisal for posts in community heahhcare organizations in the country. The paper proposes a job-analysis based performance appraisal for such posts, featuring the appraisal model of "performance + skills + attitude+ work intensity". On the basis of work analysis, a job description should be worked out for such healthcare workers as doctors, nurses and prevention workers in community healthcare organizations, aided by a targeted job-based performance appraisal system. These efforts can effectively enhance the job performance in such organizations, catering to the healthcare needs of community residents.

Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2011;27(3):195-198
An analysis of the existing incentives mechanism of performance appraisal for community health service centers, and insight into the challenges for linking the post performance appraisal in community health service centers with incentive measures. It is pointed out the administrators should take a variety of measures including material incentive, target incentive, knowledge incentive, and emotional incentive among others. In addition, such measures should be used sophistically, flexibly and reasonably, while timing of incentives should meet the human resource needs of the institution, notably a combination of positive incentive with negative ones,, mostly the former incentive.

Objective To construct a Polyphosphate kinase 1 ( ppk1) gene deletion mutant of uro-pathogenic Escherichia coli (E.coli) CFT073, and to explore the biological properties of the mutant strain . Methods The ppk1 gene deletion strain (△pk1) was constructed based on CFT073 E.coli strain by usingλRed homologous recombination technology .A comparison analysis was conducted on adhesive and invasive abilities between CFT073 wild type strain and △pk1 strain in in vitro model of human bladder cancer epithe-lial cell 5637 .Crystal violet staining method was used to evaluate the influences of ppk1 gene deletion on biofilm formation. Results The CFT073 ppk1 deletion mutant strain was successfully constructed .Com-pared with the wild type strain ,△pk1 strain showed impaired adhesive and invasive abilities to 5637 cells. Moreover , the absorbance values of crystal violet at 570 nm at each time point of the mutant strain group were also lower than those of the wild-type strain group .Conclusion The ppk1 gene deletion mutant of uro-pathogenic E.coli CFT073 could be successfully constructed by Red homologous recombination technology and its biological properties indicates that ppk1 gene plays an important role in the pathogenesis of uropatho-genic E.coli infection through regulating the abilities of adhesion , invasion and biofilm formation .

AIM To study the effects of growth inhibition of different concentrations of diallyl trisulfide(DATS) on gastric cancer MGC 803 cell line in vitro. METHODS The influence of different concentrations of DATS were examined by MTT assay, clonal formation rates and cell growth curve. RESULTS Suppression and decrease of MGC 803 cell proliferation was found after treatment by DATS in vitro. The inhibitory rates on MGC 803 cell growth of different concentration of DATS,4, 8, 12, 16 and 24 mg?L -1 , were 26%,46%,65%,76% and 89% respectively, and its half inhibitory concentration (IC 50 ) was 8 2 mg?L -1 . The clonal formation rates and clonal formation relative counts of 8, 12, 16 and 24 mg?L -1 were 32 4% and 58 7%,24 8% and 42 5%,19 0% and 33 5%?8 8% and 15 1% respectively. There was significant correlation between dose and effect in all, and the cell growth culve became lower and flatter when concentration of DATS increase gradually. CONCLUSION The effect of growth inhibition of DATS for gastric cancer MGC 803 cell in vitro is remarkable.
