The characteristics of medical and health literature novel assessment in institutions of armed forces were described from the secrecy of projects for literature novelty assessment , the limitations of consignee institution , and the non-profitability of literature novelty assessment agency .The major problems of medical and health literature novel assessment in institutions of armed forces were elaborated in terms of the literacy, instability, competency and knowledge limitation of literature novel assessment staff with suggestions put forward for their solution such as strengthening the construction of talent team, joint development and sharing of resources.
3.Dynamic changes of biventricular and pulmonary circulatory function and relations among them after left coronary artery ligation in dogs
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1986;0(04):-
In anesthetized and thoracotomized dogs the dynamic changes of biventricular contractility, relaxation, pump function, pulmonary circulatory pressure and resistance were observed and the relations among them were analysed in 2 hours after left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) ligation. The myocardial ischemic size made by LAD ligation amounted to 35.2?1.4% of left ventricular (LV) mass. After LAD ligation, the decrease of LV relaxation and increase of pulmonary artery pressure happened at first. Then left and right ventricular pump function, LV contractility and right ventricular (RV) relaxation decreased in turn. And pulmonapy vascular resistance increased by a big margin at last. Biventricular pump functions decreased more obviously while pulmonary vascular resistance increased. RV contractility did not change significantly. The results show that the decrease of LV function results in the decrease of RV relaxation directly and RV pump function directly and indirectly by means of increased pulmonary circulatory pressure and resistance but do not effect on RV contractility during early stage of LV myocardial infarction (MI). Factor analysis indicates that the alterations of LV contractility and biventricular pump function are very consistent and play a leading role in the changes of cardiac function after LVMI, the alterations of biventricular relaxation and pulmonary circulatory function take second place in due order.
4.NS-398 inhibites MVD value and VEGF、MMP-9 expression of hepatocullar carcinoma SMMC-7721 cells and xenograft tissue
Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(10):-
Objective To explore the role of NS-398 on MVD and VEGF、MMP-9 expression of hepatocullar carcinoma. Methods VEGF and MMP-9 expressions were detected by RT-PCR and flow cytometry.Microvascular density of xenograft tissue were detected by immunohistochemical staining and the serum PGE_(2) was detected by ELISA.Results The expression of VEGF and MMP-9 was significantly downregulated in SMMC-7721 cells exposed to(NS-398) in a dose-dependence and time-dependent manner(P
5.Application and Practice of Network Management Software Based on B/S Structure in HIS
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(09):-
Objective To discover and troubleshoot before user's appeal so as to keep the hospital daily work in order. Methods Through the use of network management software, unified monitoring and management were achieved. Results After many years of practice in information technology,a set of network safety plan was carried out from the system architecture design, implementation and network management. With desirable effect,we keep ahead in this field. Conclusion It is of vital importance to design and carry out effective management based on the practical running of HIS.
6.A study and evaluation of bacteriophage's utilization in rapid detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(03):-
Objective:To study and evaluate the utilization of bacteriophage in rapid detection of Mycobacterium tuberculosis in clinical samples. Methods:The titer of replicated phage with different methods in 24 or 48 hours were compared, including centrifuge-filter method and incubate-filter method with 0.2?m filter. When the phages were preserved at different conditions with various preservers, the titer was tested and compared in 28 weeks.Other agents of the method, including virucide and help bacteria(Mycobacterium smegmatis) were investigated at different time when they were preserved at 4℃.After the phage assay was established,34 sputum samples were tested by both phage assay and culture method in L-J medium.Based on the results of culture method, phage assay in detection of mycobacterium tuberculosis were evaluated by the sensitivity, specificity and accordance.Results:①The titer of replicated phage was high, when it had been collected after infected for 48 hours. The collection through incubation-filter method was simple and effect.② The phage stored at 4℃ with liquid form was stable, and the declined titer was not more than 101.when the preserver was phage's host bacteria and it was stored at 4℃,it was as stable as that in dehydration form.③The important agents, including virucide and help bacteria, had the same character in 40 weeks, when they were stored at 4℃.④ Compared with the results of culture method, the sensitivity, specificity and accordance of phage assay in rapid detection of mycobacterium tuberculosis were 86.2%,66.7%,and 84.4% respectively. Conclusion:The phage assay could detect viable Mycobacterium tuberculosis of sputum samples in 48 hours.it is feasible to produce testing reagent box from the phage, and can be expected to be used for clinical.

9.Clinical study on Jin’s three-needle plusXiang Ju Capsules for allergic rhinitis
Journal of Acupuncture and Tuina Science 2016;14(4):279-283
Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Jin’s three-needle plusXiang Ju Capsules for allergic rhinitis (AR). Methods:Fifty patients with AR were randomly divided into an acupuncture-medication group and a medication group by the random digital table, 25 cases in each group. The acupuncture-medication group was treated with dorsal three-needle and nasal three-needle in Jin’s three-needle therapy, once every day, plus oral administration of Xiang JuCapsules, 4 pills each time, and three times per day. The medication group was only treated with oral administration ofXiang JuCapsules, 4 pills each time, and three times per day. For both groups, 10-day treatment constituted a course. The therapeutic effects were observed after continuous 2 courses. The symptoms and signs are scored before and after treatment, and the therapeutic effects were assessed based upon the changes of the patient’s symptoms and signs. Results:After treatment, the total effective rate was 96.0% in the acupuncture-medication group and 72.0% in the medication group. The difference in the total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The therapeutic effect was remarkable in treating AR of Jin’s three-needle plusXiang JuCapsules, better than oral administration of Xiang JuCapsules alone.
10.Anterior cervical decompression and autograft fusion with plate fixation for treating spondylotic cervical myelopathy(report of 32 cases)
Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(09):-
[Objective]To evaluate the clinical effect of anterior cervical decompression and autograft fusion with plate fixation on spondylotic cervical myelopathy.[Methods]From February 2002 to April 2008,32 cases of spondylotic cervical myelopathy were treated with anterior cervical decompression and autograft fusion with plate fixation.During the follow-up,the effect of fusion was observed for 12 months, complications were observed, and the results were evaluated by JOA.[Results]Thirty-two patients were followed up for 6~24months(15 months on average).Symptoms after operation were apparently found or cured. The JOA grade raised from 7~10 before operation(average 8.6) to 12~14(average 12.8) after treatment. The mean time for interbody fusion were 12 weeks, and its effective rate was 100 %.Cervical hematoma was found 3 hours postoperatively in 1 case, and symptom was relived after drainage treatment.Screw loosening was found after operation in another case, solid fusion of the fixation segment was achieved after external fixation for 6 months.[Conclusion]Spondylotic cervical myelopathy patients can be treated through the surgical method with anterior cervical decompression and autograft fusion with plate fixation. The method can release the anterior pressure on the spinal cord, and significantly increase the rate of interbody fusion.
