[Objective] To evaluate the value of cardiac screening in the first trimester by using three-dimensional ultrasound with spatiotemporal image correlation (STIC) and to analyze the value of different views for cardiac assessment.[Methods] This study retrospectively reviewed the eighty-seven fetuses with congenital heart diseases which were diagnosed in our institution between January 4th 2013 and June 30th 2016.We compared the detection rate of prenatal ultrasound screening with STIC in the first trimester and the results of postnatal echocardiography or autopsy. In addition, the detection rates of the different planes, including four-chamber view (4CV),outlet of the left ventricle (OLV),outlet of the right ventricle (ORV) and three vessels-trachea view (3VT) were analyzed.[Results] Severe cardiac anomalies were identified in 62 fetuses (71.3%) and non-severe cardiac anomalies were identified in 25 fetuses (28.7%).Seventy-eight cases (89.7%,78/87) with congenital heart diseases could be detected by using three-dimensional ultrasound with STIC.The detection ratesfor 4CV,4CV+OLV,4CV+ORV,4CV+3VT,4CV+OLV+ORV and 4CV+OLV+ORV+3VT were 48.3%,64.4%,66.7%,79.3%,69.0% and 89.7% respectively.[Conclusions] Three-dimensional ultrasound with STIC could detect congenital heart disease in the first trinester. The four-chamber view plus outlet of the left ventricle, outlet of the right ventricle and three vessels-trachea view could increase the detection rates of congenital heart diseases.

OBJECTIVE To develop an HPLC method for the determination of floxuridine in human serum.METHODS With metronidazole as the internal standard,200 μL of serum was extracted by n-propyl alcohol/methyl t-butyl ether in a two-step extraction. The organic layer was evaporated under nitrogen stream and the residual was reconstituted with the mobile plase.A Shim-Pack CLC-ODS column was selected and the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-phosphate buffer-water (75∶100∶900) at a flow rate of 0.6 mL*min-1.The detection wavelength was 268 nm.RESULTS A linearitywas obtained from 0.005 to 0.5 mg*L-1 of floxuridine in serum with a good correlation coefficient (r=0.9999,n=8).The intra-run and inter-run coefficients of variation were less than 4.09%.The mean recoveries were 103.00%,107.00% and 100.88% for the low, middle and high concentrations of check samples, respectively. The limit of detection was 0.001 mg*L-1.CONCLUSION The method was sensitive, specific and simple. It is suitable for clinical pharmacokinetic study.

Objective To analyze and compare the therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) and regularity of tacrolimus in deceased donor liver transplantation (DDLT) and living-donor partial liver transplantation (LDLT) the therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) and regularity of tacrolimus.Method The clinical data of 68 patients undergoing liver transplantation from January 2010 to October 2011 were analyzed retrospectively.Thirty cases underwent LDLT as group A,and the remaining 37 underwent DDLT as group B.Result The time to reach therapeutic window was shorter in group A(3.9 ± 0.7 days) than in group B (6.5 ± 1.0 days,P<0.01).The tacrolimus dosage in group A was significantly less than that in group B during the first 28 days post-transplantation.However,the tacrolimus dosage approached gradually and tended to be consistent after 28 days.On the postoperative day 7,14,21 and 28,the Tacrolimus dosage in group A was 72.37%,79.31%,90.11% and 95.45% of that in group B respectively.Concentration-dose ratio in group B was in a steady state (80-90 g/L).Concentration-dose ratio in group A was decreased with time, culminating at 28th day and close to that in group B.Correlation analysis revealed that graft recipient weight ratio(GRWR) had a significantly positive correlation with the tacrolimus dosage on the first 7 days (r =0.557) and a significantly negative correlation with the tacrolimus concentration/dose ratio (r =-0.578).Conclusion The early tacrolimus dosages in patients subject to LDLT were correlated significantly with the GRWR.The early tacrolimus dosages in patients undergoing LDLT were about 70% of those in patients undergoing LDLT.However, with the regeneration of the liver, they tended to be consistent after 28 days.

Acetabular is an important human joint for weight bearing. Quadrilateral plate is a crucial structure of medial acetabulum with special morphology and important function. Quadrilateral plate fractures are common fracture in acetabulum. Quadrilateral plate fracture is hard to expose and reduction because it is in the medial of acetabulum. At the same time, the bone in the quadrilateral plate is not easy to fixed for thinning bones and adjacent to the articular cavity. The operator should know well about the anatomy and choose the suitable internal fixation. After quadrilateral plate fractures, the femur head maybe displace medially even break into pelvis. That make reduction and treatment always be a challenge. With different kinds of fractures, the efficacy of treatment is not the same. This paper intend to review the relation of anatomic features, approaches, internal fixations, key point of treatment and efficacy.

To a certain extent, precision medicine based on individualized medical treatment process, like syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper mainly analyzed the similarities and differences of theory, practice and development between precision medicine and TCM syndrome differentiation. After the analysis, we found that these two medicine body could be integrated to improve the progress of medicine albeit some differences.

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of several methods in eliminating Mycoplasma contamination in cell culture of human hepatoma-derived cell line C3A. Methods PCR was performed to detect the Mycoplasmas contamination in cell cultures. The contaminated samples were treated by ciprofloxa-cin, heating, Plasmocure or co-culturing with macrophages. Transmission electron microscope ( TEM) and Q-PCR were used to comparatively analyze the cell morphology and gene expression before and after Plas-mocure treatment. Results Plasmocure succeeded in eliminating Mycoplasma contamination, while cipro-floxacin showed temporary efficacy. Heating and co-culturing with macrophages failed to eliminate Mycoplas-ma contamination. No Mycoplasma contamination in the Plasmocure-treated group was observed under TEM and the expression of ALB, TF and CYP3A4 genes were higher than the genes expressed in the contaminated group (P<0. 01). Conclusion Plasmocure treatment was effective in eliminating Mycoplasma contamina-tion in cell culture. Moreover, the cell morphology and gene expression in Plasmocure-treated group were re-stored to normal.
