Great achievements have been made in Chinese organ transplant technology and development. However, the organ supply is far less than demand in current condition. Therefore, the distribution of organ transplantation resources has become a focus of attention,in which the micro-distribution of organ transplantation resources is of urgent importance.Due to the imperfect mechanism in current micro-allocation of organ transplants resources in China,a novel micro-allocation mechanism with better ethical justification and social recognition is to be established.

Aim To study effects of metfomin(MF) on calmodulin(CaM) mRNA exprssion of the pitutary-gonad axis in rats. Methods The CaM mRNA expression of the pitutary-gonad axis in rats was measured with the real time quantitative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) technique. Results MF (270 mg?kg-1?d-1,ig,21 d) significantly inhibited the CaM mRNA expression in testes (P

Obiective To study the characteristics and the correlation factors of ADR induced by Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection on the purpose of providing reference for clinical rational administration. Methods All ADR cases that induced by Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection reported between January 2006 and August 2009 were retrieved and statistically analyzed. Results Of all 24 ADR patients induced by Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection, the female patients were more than the male, and the senile patients had highest incidence 41.67%.Most ADR events happened within 30min(70.83%).ADR mainly manifested as adverse reactions of skin and appendants(33.33%),followed by central nervous system adverse reaction. Conclusion Great importance should be attached to ADR induced by Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole Injection.Medication monitoring should be enhanced to avoid occurrence of ADR clinically.

Objective To evaluate the effect of crisis intervention on prevention of patients with mental disorder who had suicide ideas or attempt to commit resuicide. Methods 280 patients with mental disorder, holding suicidal ideas or attempting to suicide were randomly divided into the intervention group and control group with 140 cases in each group. The diagnosis of all patients was accorded with the CCMD-3 criteria. The cases of the control group only accepted routine treatments and cares in the hospital, and drug maintenance therapy after discharge. The cases of the intervention group accepted a comprehensive treatment of crisis intervention except the routine treatments. All cases were evaluated when they were admitted and 6 and 12 months after discharged. Results After discharged 6 months and 12 months, the social supports and treatments compliance of the intervention group were better than that of the control group(P<0.01),while suicidal ideas and the numbers of suicides were less than the control group significantly. Conclusion The crisis intervention can improve patients' social supporting and treatment compliance, eliminate their suicide ideas, and prevent the patients committing resuicide significantly.

ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation of lipids and lipoproteins with cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).MethodsParameters of blood pressure, serum lipids and lipoproteins, clinical features, radionuclide ventriculographic and coronary angiographic findings were analyzed retrospectively in 584 CHD patients treated with standard treatment.ResultsThe left cardiac dysfunction of CHD patients was correlative positively with age, systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), blood glucose, body mass index (BMI), smoking, total cholesterol(TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-ch) significantly(P<0.001), not correlative with high density lipoprotein-cholesterol (HDL-ch). The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and left ventricular peak filling rate (LVPFR) were decreased along with the levels of TC and LDL-ch increased (P<0.05~0.01).ConclusionTC and LDL-ch are positively correlative with left cardiac dysfunction in CHD patients. In order to reduce cardiac damage of CHD associated with hyperlipoidemia, more attention should be paid to the amelioration of coronary arteriosclerosis and the reduction of serum lipids and lipoproteins.
