Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 1993;0(01):-
Objective: To study the relationships among attributional style, self-efficacy and subjective well-being(SWB). Methods: 269 college students participated the study. Attributional Style Questionnaire , Self-efficacy Questionnaire and Subjective Well-being(SWB) Questionnaire were applied to the college students. Results: ① Attributional style predicated SWB, but three dimensions (internality-externality; whole-part; controllability-uncontrollability)of negative events were significant negative predicators of SWB. ② Self-efficacy was a significant positive predicator of SWB. ③ There were no differences in SWB between sexes and specialities. ④ There were significant differences in SWB between students with different self-efficacy levels, and the SWB of high self-efficacy group was better than that of the low self-efficacy group. Conclusion: College students'attributional style and self-efficacy impact their subjective well-being.Educators should cultivate students's positive attributional style and enhance their self-efficacy.

Objective To investigate the protective effect and mechanisms of NF-?B decoy oli- godeoxynucleotides(ODNs)on rat liver graft following ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Ani- mals were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=8 in each group):control group,ischemia-reperfusion (IR)group, and decoy ODNs group,in which donor grafts were transfected with 120?g NF-?B decoy ODNs before graft procurement.Following 2 h of reperfusion,Kupffer cells(KCs)were isolated, and NF-?B biding activity was detected with electrophoretic mobility shift assay(EMSA),and TNF-?、IL- 6 mRNA expression was assayed by using RT-PCR method.Meanwhile, the liver and serum samples were collected, the histopathologic change of liver was examined by light microscope, and liver func- tion was analyzed. Results The NF-?B biding activity,TNF-?,IL-6 mRNA expression, and the ALT,TBIL levels in serum were significantly increased following 2 h of reperfusion in IR group as compared with those in control group(P<0.01).A large amount of degeneration and necrosis in hep- atocytes accompanied with obvious congestion in hepatic sinusoid occurred. However, these tested in- dexes were significantly ameliorated in decoy ODNs group as compared with those in IR group(P<0.01),and the architecture of hepatic lobules was remained. Conclusions KCs NF-?B activation fol- lowing reperfusion plays an important role in IRI in liver transplantation.Decoy strategy shows appar- ent effect on suppression of NF-?B activation, and thus inhibits the production of downstream cyto- kines, which protects the liver graft from IRI.

Objective To evaluate the prognostic value of MTV measured by pretreatment 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging in patients with pancreatic cancer (PC).Methods The clinical data of 52 patients (31 males,21 females, median age 58.5 years) with pathologically or clinically proved PC from January 2011 to October 2014 were retrospectively analyzed.Serum CA19-9 was measured within 1 week before PET/CT examination.SUVmax and MTV were measured respectively, and PET/CT staging was obtained simultaneously. All patients were followed up until January 2015.The CA19-9,MTV,SUVmax,PET/CT staging and clinical factors(age, gender, treatment methods) were assessed by ROC curve analysis,Kaplan-Meier analysis and multivariate Cox model. Results The median survival time of 52 patients was (11.20±7.25) months.ROC curve analysis showed that the AUC of MTV,SUVmax and CA19-9 were 0.735,0.614 and 0.527 respectively.Kaplan-Meier survival analysis manifested that the survival times were significantly different between patients with different MTV (< 12.14 cm3 vs ≥ 12.14 cm3),different SUVmax (< 8.95 vs ≥ 8.95),different PET/CT staging and different treatment methods (x2 =4.272-11.693,all P<0.05).The survival time of patients with MTV < 12.14 cm3 and that of patients with MTV ≥ 12.14 cm3 were (13.44±8.40) and (7.00± 4.82) months, respectively.Cox single-factor analyses indicated that MTV,PET/CT staging and SUVmax were risk factors of survival, the hazard ratios (HR) were 0.393,0.503,0.547 respectively (P=0.002,0.020,0.027).Cox multi-factor analyses indicated that MTV and PET/CT staging were independent risk predictors of survival. Conclusion MTV and PET/CT staging are significant factors in prognosis prediction of patients with PC,which would be helpful to make individual treatment for patients with high risks.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2013;(51):8901-8906
BACKGROUND:The rise of tissue engineering has opened up new ways for tissue repair and reconstruction of the urinary tract, and the bladder acellular matrix is a better alternative material for urinary tissue engineering.
OBJECTIVE:To construct the compound of hair fol icle stem cells with heterologous bladder acellular scaffold, and to observe the growth of hair fol icle stem cells on the scaffold.
METHODS:Bladder acellular matrix from New Zealand rabbits were prepared and detected using scanning electron microscopy and Masson staining. Passage 3 hair fol icle stem cells were statical y inoculated into the surface of bladder acellular matrix using secondary sedimentation method. Under inverted microscope, cellgrowth was observed, and cellgrowth curves were drawn. cellgrowth on the scaffold surface was observed through histological detection and scanning electron microscope observation.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Prepared bladder acellular matrix was a white translucent film with fiber mesh structure, and no residual cells were seen. Masson staining results indicated that the bladder acellular matrix had col agen structure, and no obvious residual cells. After culture for 48 hours, hair fol icle stem cells grew wel around the bladder acellular matrix under inverted microscope;1 week later, hair fol icle stem cells extended and adhered to the scaffold surface. These findings indicate that hair fol icle stem cells have a good biocompatibility with the bladder acellular matrix through in vitro culture.

Objective To evaluate the effect of 3-dimmentional conformal radiotherapy (3-DCRT) for mediastinal metastasis from esophageal carcinoma after surgery. Methods Sixty-three such patients were treated by 3-DCRT. Tumor diameter was: cm 20 patients. Positive supraclavicular lymph node was found in 9 patients. The number of tumor at the upper right, upper left and upper median mediastinum was 27, 27 and 20. All patients received 3-DCRT to the dose of 40?Gy (2?Gy/f, 5f/w), after resetting of portals, the dose was boost to 64~70?Gy by 3?Gy/f, 5f/w. Dose of the patients who had been irradiated was boosted to 50?Gy without further positioning. Results Complete response rate and partial response rate were 43% and 48% one month after the treatment was concluded, with no progression of disease. The 1-, 2- and 3-year survival rates were 75%, 43% and 15%. Conclusions Three-dimmentional conformal radiotherapy, with little side-effects, can markedly improve the local control rate and suvival rate of patients with mediastinal metastasis from esophageal carcinoma after surgery.
