In pregnant women, positive rate of thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb) is approximately 3%~10%.It is still controversial whether thyroid antibody positive rate is higher in women undergoing artificial assistant reproductive technologies.TAI might have a negative effect on pregnant outcome, which has been proved in different groups of women.Intravenous immunoglobulin, thyroxin replacement therapy and selenium therapy have been used for TAI intervention.More evidence is needed to demonstrate mechanism and evaluate effect for each therapy.
3.Study Progress on Detection Technique and Treatment of Inheirted Metabolic Disorders
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(20):-
Inheirted metabolic disodrers(IMD)involves in multiple substance dysbolism, which usually results in irreversible neurological lesions because of various categories and complicated clinical manifestations. In resent years,IMD became one of the hot spots in medical domain around the world, original diagnostic technique and management progressed unceasingly. This paper provides an overview of the traditio-nal detection and treatment about IMD,and reviews the new techniques such as gene analysis, gene chip, organ transplantation and enzyme replacement therapy at the same time.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of Wenyang Huoxue Recipe (WRHXR), a compound traditional Chinese herbal medicine for warming yang and promoting blood flow, on the expression of angiopoietin mRNA in rats with chronic aristolochic acid nephropathy induced by Caulis Aristolochia Manshuriensis (CAM) decoction, and to explore the protection mechanism of WYHXR against kidney damage. METHODS: Twenty-eight male SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group, CAM group and WYHXR-treated group. Rats in the normal control group (n=8) and CAM group (n=10) were intragastrically administered with normal saline 10 ml/(kg.d) or CAM decoction 10 ml/(kg.d) respectively. Rats in the WYHXR-treated group (n=10) were intragastrically administered with WYHXR 30 g/(kg.d) and CAM decoction 10 ml/(kg.d). The expressions of Ang-l and Ang-2 mRNAs were detected by real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) after 20-week treatment. RESULTS: Compared with the normal control group, the expression of Ang-l mRNA was significantly decreased, and the expression of Ang-2 mRNA was significantly increased in the CAM group (P<0.01). Compared with the CAM group, the expression of Ang-l mRNA was increased in the WYHXR-treated group (P<0.01). The expression of Ang-2 mRNA had no significant difference between the CAM group and the WYHXR-treated group (P>0.05). Renal pathology showed that renal damage in WYHXR-treated group was significantly reduced as compared with the CAM group. CONCLUSION: WYHXR can up-regulate the expression of Ang-l mRNA, which may be its action mechanism in protecting the kidneys.

With polyethylene glycol vitamin E succinate (TPGS) as the carrier materials, and berberine hydrochloride ( BER) as model drug, we formed berberine hydrochloride (BER) -loaded TPGS nanomicells (BER-PMs) using filming-rehydration method to improve its solubility and in vitro anti-tumor effect. The transmission electron microscope (TEM) was used to observe the particle appearance; particle detector was used to detect the diameter and Zeta potential; and ultracentrifugation was utilized to determine the encapsulation efficiency (EE) and drug-loading (DD); dynamic dialysis method was used to study the in vitro release behavior of BER-PMs, and the anti-tumor activity against MCF-7 cells was determined by MTT method. Results showed that the average particle size of BER-PMs was (12.45 ± 1.46) nm; particle size was uniform and spherical; drug loading and encapsulation efficiency were (5.7 ± 0.22)% and (95.67 ± 5.35)%, respectively. Zeta potential was (-1.12 ± 0.23) mV; release rate within 24 h was 37.20% and 41.14% respectively in pH 7.4 and pH 6.5 phosphate buffer in vitro; compared with BER, BER-PMs can significantly inhibit MCF-7 cell proliferation (P < 0.05), promote cell apoptosis and improve the anti-tumor activity of BER in vitro. Therefore, the formed berberine hydrochloride micelle can more effectively promote the apoptosis of MCF-7 cell, and improve the drug's in vitro anti-tumor effect.

Objective To investigate the female infection situation of human papilloma virus (HPV) and the distribution charac-teristics of HPV gene subtypes in the hospital ,so as to provide a theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of HPV cer-vical infection and the study for developing the preventive HPV vaccine suitable for this hospital .Methods The PCR-reverse dot blot hybridization (PCR-RDB) was adopted to check the genotypes of HPV on the cervical samples in 625 gynecologic outpatients and inpatients .Results Among 625 cases ,210 cases were infected by HPV with the total HPV infection rate of 33 .6% .The single subtype infection was in 152 cases ,accounting for 72 .38% ,the mixed infection by more than or equal to 2 kinds of subtype was in 58 cases ,accounting for 27 .62% .The subtypes with the higher infection rate from high to low were HPV 58(7 .52% ) ,HPV16 (6 .72% ) ,HPV6(5 .76% ) ,HPV43(4 .80% ) ,HPV11(4 .64% ) ,HPV35(3 .36% ) ,HPV56(2 .56% ) ,HPV18(2 .40% ) ,HPV52 (2 .40% ) and HPV68(2 .40% ) .Conclusion The HPV infection rate in the gynecologic outpatients and inpatients in the hospital is high ,the subtype distribution is wider and is dominated by the high risk HPV infection .The most common subtype is HPV58 and multiple HPV infection rate is high .

Objective: To analyze and identify the carotenoid in gingko seed. Methods: The chemical composition of the pigment from gingko seed was identified as carotenoid by UV absorption spectrum. Its content was determined by spectrophotometric method and its composition was analyzed and identified by thin-layer chromatography and HPLC method. Results: Gingko contained carotenoids, roughly about 489 ?g/100 g in which lutein, ?-carotene and ?-carotene amounted to 69.20%,15.80% and 7.45% respectively. Conclusion: Gingko contained large quantity of carotenoids, mainly lutein, and next in order ?-carotene and ?-carotene.
