Objective To evaluate the value of MRI in acute ankle distortion without evidence of fracture. Methods The MRI appear-ances of 21 cases with acute trauma in the ankles were retrospectively analyzed,focusing on the presence or absence injuries of lateral collat-eral ligamentous complex,bone and osteochondral lesions,MRI was performed within 48 h of trauma. Results Bone bruise was observed in 15 patients. There were injuries of the lateral ligaments in 4 cases and the medial ligaments in 1 case. Injury of the osteochondral lesion was in 5 cases and Achilles tear was in 3 cases. Conclusion MRI have diagnostic value for acute ankle injury.

Objective To observe the effect of Tanggankang on the expression of CREB in diabetic-fatty liver rats;To investigate the mechanism of Tanggankang. Methods STZ and feeding high fat forage induced diabetic rats were randomly divided into model group, Huganning group, Tanggankang high dose group, Tanggankang medium dose group, Tanggankang low dose group, 10 rats in each group, with 10 normal rats as control. After 12 weeks of drug intervention, rats were killed, the livers were removed, and the expression of CREB was detected by Western blot. Results Compared with normal group, the level of CREB of model group was significantly decreased (P<0.01). Compared with model group, Tanggankang low, medium and high dose group significantly decreased the level of CREB (P<0.01). Conclusion Tanggankang may play an active role in glucose and lipid metabolism by affecting the expression of CREB.

According to the characteristics of pediatric resident training, the situation in clinic practice of medical imageology are analyzed and the major problems are pointed out.This article empha sizes significance of standardized resident training of medical imageology, presents detailed requirement which the residents must meet and aims to improve the training effect by the solutions summarized after years of experience.

Objiective To evaluate the histocompatibility of gelatin-bletilla/Salvia-miltiorrhiza i material and to discuss the appropriate concentration of salvia-miltiorrhiza in the material. Method Salvia-miltiorrhiza together with gelatin and bletilla was used to make a kind of porous membranes. A total of 175 rats were divided randomly (random number) into 5 groups ( n = 35 in each). The porous membranes containing salvia-miltiorrhiza material in different concentrations of 1, 2, 4, and 5 mL/100 g were implanted subcutaneously into the rats of the four experimental groups, respectively. The gelatin-bletilla material without salvia-miltiorrhiza was implanted into the rats of control group. In 1, 3, 7, 14, 21, 28 and 56 days after implant, the materials were taken out of the bodies of the rats, separately. The material implanted for 1, 3, 7 and 14 days were observed with immunohistoche-mistry. Results In the area of implant, no noticeable inflammation or other was found. The implanted materials were degraded and entirely absorbed in vivo in 8 weeks. The salvia-miltiorrhiza in concentration of 2 mL/100 g in vivo promoted the angiogenesis most significantly. Conclusions The gelatin-bletilla/salvia-miltiorrhiza material has excellent histocompatibility and the appropriate concentration of salvia-miltiorrhiza in material is 2 mL/100 g.

Objective To evaluate the effects of locking calcaneal plate in the treatment of SandersⅢ～Ⅳcalcaneal fractures.Methods 15 feet of 12 patients of SandersⅢ～Ⅳcalcaneal fractures received the treatment of internal fixation reduction with locking calcaneal plate and hone graft.Results All the patients were followed up for 4 to 21 months(average 11 months) with the results that according to Maryland foot score,4 feet were reported ex- cellent,6 good,1 average and 1 poor,with total excellent and good rate of 83.3 %.Conclusion Using locking cal- caneat plate in the treatment of complicated calcaneal fractures was proved to be a good method and had satisfactory effects.

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of the hip surface replacement on osteoarthrithis of hip.Methods The clinical data of 5 cases with osteoarthrithis of hip treated by hip surface replacement were retrospectively reviewed.Results Patients were followed up for an average period of 2.1 years(6～28 months).There were no femoral neck fracture,no dislocation,no infection in all patients.The average Harris score was 85.4(48.3 scores before surgery).Postoperatively quality of life improved obviously.Conclusion The therapeutic effect on osteoarthrithis of hip treated by the hip surface replacement is satisfactory,and the quality of patient's life can be improved,espcially for the youth.

Sugarcane stem is an ideal organ for producing foreign pharmaceutical proteins and chemicals by genetic engineering.A perfect promoter driving foreign gene to express strongly and specifically in sugarcane stem is necessary for this purpose.In order to isolate a Sugarcane stem-specific promoter,a fragment of 1968bp nucleotide sequence(Ppst2a)upstream 5' of sugarcane pst2a gene,which was demonstrated to express specifically in sugarcane stem previously was isolated by using chromosomal walking.Bioinformatical analysis of this sequence shows that the sequence contains some typical elements of a promoter.To identify the stem-specific of this promoter,a construct was derived from pCAMBIA1301,which original CaMV 35S promoter was replaced by the 1968bp nucleotide sequence,and named as pCAMBIA1900.Transformations of pCAMBIA1900 and pCAMBIA1301 to leaves and stem pieces of sugarcane were carried out by using particle bombardment.The transient expression of gus showed that the gus expressed specifically in sugarcane with a little higher level compared with CaMV 35S.It is the first report that pst2a promoter is a potential stem-specific promoter which can further be used in transgenes into sugarcane.

AIM: To compare the safety and efficacy of conjunctival autograft transplant ( CAT ) and limbal - conjunctival autograft transplant (LCAT) for primary pterygium.
METHODS: In this prospective, randomized and controlled clinical study, 120 patients ( 120 eyes ) diagnosed with primary pterygium were collected in NO. 474 Hospital of Chinese PLA from January 2014 to January 2015. The 120 patients enrolled in the study in turn, and divided into two group by the odd and even number. The odd number underwent CAT and the even number underwent LCAT.
RESULTS:One hundred and seven patients (107 eyes) completed the follow-up of 1a, including 54 patients (54 eyes) from the CAT group and 53 patients (53 eyes) from the LCAT group. Four patients (4 eyes, recurrence rate 7. 4%) in the CAT group and 2 patients ( 2 eyes, recurrence rate 3. 8%) in the LCAT group developed recurrence. However, there were no significant in recurrence rate between CAT group and LCAT group (P =0. 678).
CONCLUSION: CAT and LCAT might be both effective treatment for primary pterygium for reducing the recurrence rate of pterygium. However, LCAT is the optimal surgical method for primary pterygium.

Objective To investigate the cleaning effects of two different methods (modified ultrasound method VS traditional cleaning method) on endoscopy buttons,including suction button and water/gas injection button,and to provide effective clinical evidence for seeking better methods in cleaning endoscopy buttons.Methods A total of 200 endoscopy buttons were randomly divided into two groups:modified ultrasound cleaning group (experimental group) and traditional cleaning group (control group).The combination of multienzyme abluent and ultrasound vibration was applied to the experimental group and multienzyme abluent was used in the control group.ATP bioluminescence detection technology was applied to detect the residual status of organic substance and this parameter was used to evaluate the disinfection status of two different cleaning methods.Results The average organic substance residual was (217.0 ± 29.8) RLU and (42.74 ±8.6)RLU in control group and experimental group,respectively(P ＜0.01).The pass rates were 26％ (26/100) and 87％ (87/100) in in control group and experimental group respectively (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Modified ultrasound cleaning method combined with multienzyme abluent and ultrasound vibration has great cleaning effects on endoscopy buttons before disinfection.It can be regarded as a new method for cleaning endoscopy buttons.
