Journal of Practical Stomatology 2016;32(4):480-484
Objective:To study the gene regulatory network during the osteogenic differentiation process of dental follicle stem cells (DFSCs)with bioinformatic analysis. Methods:The differentially expressed genes during the osteogenic diffrentiation process of DF-SCs were selected from the GEO Datasets. Then the relationship among the genes were analysed using DAVID and GeneMANIA data-base.Results:Numerous differentially expressed genes during the osteogenic differentiation process of DFSCs were obtained,289 genes with significance of different expression(P <0.05)were enriched into “cell differentiation”,“cell proliferation”,“skeletal sys-tem development”and “calcium signaling pathway”subgroups.ALPL,CTSK,TUFT1 ,TGFBR2,FHL2,ROR2,STC1 ,POSTN, ZBTB1 6,FRZB,PRELP and IGFBP5 were enriched into the “skeletal system development”subgroup. The 1 2 genes exhibited interac-tions,including co-expression,co-localization,genetic interaction and signal pathways. Conclusion:There is a complex molecular regulatory network among the differentially expressed genes during the osteogenic differentiation process of DFSCs.It is necessary to an-alyse the osteogenic differentiation process of DFSCs as a whole from WNT,TGFbeta,MAPK siganal pathyways,Homeobox transcrip-tion factors and osteogenic differentiation marker genes.

Objective To improve the efficacy of the Nd : YAG laser-induced chorioretinal venous anastomosis in the rabbits'eyes. Methods Immediately after branch retinal vein occlusion (BRVO) model was made by argon laser in 40 eyes of 20 normal rabbits, the rabbits were divided into two groups. In the first group (experimental group), there were 10 rabbits treated with the argon laser followed by the Nd : YAG laser induced chorioretinal venous anastomosis. In the second group (control group), the rabbits were treated only with the argon laser induced chorioretinal venous anastomosis. Results An anastomosis in experimental group was formed in 6 rabbits within 4 - 6 weeks after treatment while no anastomosis was formed in control group. During 2 - 6 months the hemorrhage of retina or vitrous with laser photocoagulation were absorbed within 8 weeks and no other severe complications were found. Conclusion Applying Nd : YAG laser can improve the efficacy of chorioretinal venous anastomosis in the rabbils eyes.

Objective: To analyze and identify the carotenoid in gingko seed. Methods: The chemical composition of the pigment from gingko seed was identified as carotenoid by UV absorption spectrum. Its content was determined by spectrophotometric method and its composition was analyzed and identified by thin-layer chromatography and HPLC method. Results: Gingko contained carotenoids, roughly about 489 ?g/100 g in which lutein, ?-carotene and ?-carotene amounted to 69.20%,15.80% and 7.45% respectively. Conclusion: Gingko contained large quantity of carotenoids, mainly lutein, and next in order ?-carotene and ?-carotene.

This study was aimed to assist the clinic diagnosis and analysis with the application of modern ausculta-tion diagnosis technology. Meanwhile, this study provided certain objective evidences for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) auscultation diagnosis in syndrome differentiation according to Zang-Fu. The Voice Sampling System of TCM was used in the collection of voice signals of patients with liver-depression and spleen-deficiency, deficiency of both heart and spleen, disharmony between heart and kidney (231 cases). Meanwhile, voice signals of healthy peo-ple (100 cases) were used as the control group. Based on wavelet packet decomposition and reconstruction technique, four kinds of featured parameters, including energy proportion, generalized energy proportion, energy gradient and generalized energy gradient, were extracted. The results showed that there were significant differences in multiple fre-quencies on energy proportion, generalized energy proportion, energy gradient and generalized energy gradient be-tween the liver-depression and spleen-deficiency, deficiency of both heart and spleen, disharmony between heart and kidney, and healthy people (P< 0.05). There were significant differences in multiple frequencies of four features a-mong samples from each type (P < 0.05). The generalized energy proportion of the deficiency of both heart and spleen type was higher than patients from other types and healthy people. The generalized energy gradient of healthy people was lower than the other three types. Differences were mainly posterior to the middle frequency segment. The recognition rate of three types and healthy people was ideal after feature screening. It was concluded that modern auscultation diagnosis technology can be used in the analysis of TCM phonetic feature parameters among common TCM syndrome types. The research results provided references for the objective study of TCM auscultation diagnosis. It provided theoretical evidences for the objective detection of TCM auscultation diagnosis and intelligent computer.

OBJECTIVE:
To discuss the scoring formula and evaluate the lists equivalence of Mandarin Quick Speech-in-Noise (M-Quick SIN) test materials in mainland China, and for standardizing our research.
METHOD:
Double 39 subjects with normal hearing were participated in part one and part two of our experiments, respectively. 20, 18, 15, 13, 10, 8, 5, 3, 0, -2, -5, -7, -10 dB SNR were presented in part one; and 20, 15, 10, 5, 0, -5 dB SNR were presented in part two. The results were analyzed by SPSS 13.0.
RESULT:
SNR-50 was -2.24 dB SNR and "SNR loss = 24.5--correct words" was defined as the scoring formula. All the 13 lists had the e quivalent difficulty.
CONCLUSION
Defined "SNR loss = 24.5--correct words" as the scoring formula of M-Quick SIN, and the 13 lists had better difficulty equivalence, which could be used in our further clinical research.

Chinese Journal of Digestive Surgery 2021;20(4):471-478
In recent years, many researchs have found that microRNA (miRNAs) has differential expression in pancreatic tissues, pancreatic cancer cells and drug-resistant pancreatic cancer cells, and miRNAs can change the sensitivity of pancreatic cancer cells to chemotherapy drugs by acting on downstream target genes. The molecular mechanism of drug resistance in tumors is complex. In the drug-resistance of pancreatic cancer, miRNAs can mediate drug resistance in pancreatic cancer cells by affecting epithelial-mesenchymal transformation, DNA damage and repair, downstream signaling pathways, non-coding RNA, related coding genes, pancreatic cancer stem cells and other mechanisms. Therefore, the investigation of drug resistance mechanism and related miRNAs in pancreatic cancer will help to find new anti-drug resistance treatment methods. The authors summarize exosome miRNAs invloved in regulating chemoresistance in pancreatic cancer, in order to provide theoretical support for clinical treatment and find new targeted therapy of pancreatic cancer.
