Objective To compare the cure rate,recurrence rate,complication and length of hospital stay in conservative treatment versus laparoscopic appendectomy for uncomplicated acute appendicitis in adults(>18 years-old),we designed this experiment.Methods Seventy-two patients in our department with uncomplicated acute appendicitis between May 2013 to May 2015 were included in our study,in which 43 cases as the experimental group accepted appendectomy,and the other 29 cases as the control group received conservative treatment,all of the patients were followed-up one year out of hospital.And there clinic data about cure rate,recurrence rate,complications and hospitalization time were redcorded.Results As a result,4 cases in the experimental group showed worsening of symptoms under conservative treatment and received laparoscopic appendectomy.2 cases in the experimental group showed recurrence after discharge.In the experimental group,cure rate was observed to be 86.2%,recurrence rate 8.0%(excluding the 4 cases that received laparoscopic appendectomy following aggravation).Conclusion In comparison,control group showed cure rate of 100% with 0% recurrence rate.In terms of complications,no apparent complications were observed in both groups.The mean length of hospital stay were 4.1 days and 5.1 days for experimental and control group,respectively.Our research showed that laparoscopic appendectomy remains to be the most effective treatment for uncomplicated acute appendicitis with a cure rate of 100%;and conservative treatment exhibited cure rate of 86.2%,resulted in less suffering of the patients,less occurrence of complications,and shorter duration of hospital stay.Although may recur,conservative treatment is still an effective treatment worth recommending.

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Roukouwuwei Wan in the treatment of schizophrenia and its effect on serum superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde and nitric oxide.Methods 84 cases of patients with schizophrenia were enrolled in our hospital from September 2015 to June 2016,according to coin-casting method divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional regimen, and the observation group was treated with Rouku Wuwei Pills on the basis of control group.The quality of life, serum SOD, MDA and NO were measured before and after treatment,the clinical efficacy and side effects were analyzed.Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physical life,social function,mental health and physical health of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group ( P <0.05 );The levels of superoxide dismutase, malondialdehyde and nitric oxide in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of schizophrenia patients with Roukouwuwei Wan can reduce the levels of SOD,MDA and NO, improve the quality of life of patients, the clinical efficacy is good and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.

This paper selects the characteristics of hospital deans as a starting point to study the influence of private hospital competitiveness .According to the competitiveness of the private hospitals 100 list in Hong Kong , Eric Peter Hospital Management Research Center released in 2014 , regard the list derived competitiveness evaluation score as the independent variable , and according to the manual excerpt from hospital official website and publicly available information ,the Author has calculated the sample characteristics data of the list of 100 private hospitals and other con-trol variables .Research results demonstrate that private hospital deans 'age distribution structure is too large , and the average years of work in the health care practice is higher , with a higher proportion of senior professional titles and o-verseas study and work backgrounds .Through the establishment of multiple linear regression models for further study showed that the private hospital deans 'age , professional , technical titles and work experience has affected the com-petitiveness of the evaluation of the hospital .Therefore , this paper recommends that private hospitals should give full play to the advantages of expert dean and dean of the decision-making for core position should be clear , and the intro-duction and training of personnel presidency as a priority work .

Objective To study gene polymorphisms (CC, CG, G-G) of macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF) in children of the Han nationality and Moggol nationality and to find that whether MIF-173 gene position is associated with HSP of the Han nationality and Moggol nationality, and differences between the Han nationality and Moggol nationality in MIF-173 gene position.Methods All cases were enrolled in Inner Mongolia Medical University Affiliated Hospital and Inner Mongolia International Mongolian hospital from December 2012 to December 2013.There are 105 cases of the Han nationality and Moggol nationality with HSP and control groups, Aged from 1 to 14 years old.There are four groups: Moggol nationality with HSP group (25 cases) and the group of the Han nationality with HSP (25 cases), Moggol nationality control group (25 cases) and the Han nationality control group (25 cases).Each sample was drawed from children's venous blood 2ml for inspection.We used DNA extraction kit to extract all DNA and used the method of polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) to detect the polymorphism of MIF-173 gene loci.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used for analysis.Results MIF-173 gene position could be detected out three genotypes, GG, CG and CC type.Compared to the group of the Han nationality with HSP and the Han nationality control group, there is mostly MIF-173 CC gene type.the difference is significant statistically in these two groups (x2 =10.46, P ＜0.05).Compared to Moggol nationality with HSP group and Moggol nationality control group, there was mostly MIF-173 CC gene type.The difference is significant (x2 =6.61, P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion MIF may play an important role in the occurrence and development of HSP.There were no significant differences between Moggol nationality with HSP group and the Han nationality with HSP group (x2 =2.299, P＞0.05).

Based on periodicals resource of hand-foot-mouth disease in this database, we analyzed the current situation of preventing and treating hand-foot-mouth disease by bibliometrics method, providing references for scientific studies.

Objective To investigate the effects of adiponectin on cell activity and expression of T-cadherin in human retinal pigment epithelial(hRPE) cells cultured with high glucose.Methods ①The hRPE cells were divided into three groups:normal glucose group(5.5mmol/L glucose),high glucose group (33mmol/L glucose),high glucose plus adiponectin group (33mmol/L glucose+2.5ug/ml adiponectin).48h later,the cell activity was observed by MTT assay.②After the above groups were cultured respectively for 24h,48h,72h again,the expression of T-cadherin mRNA was observed by RT-PCR. Results ①Cell activity in high glucose group significantly decreased. Cell activity adiponectin group was higher than that in the high glucose group.②With the extension of time ,the expression of T-cadherin decreased in high glucose group,but increased in adiponectin group. Conclusion Adiponectin may be protect the hRPE cells by T-cadherin.

To analyze the clinical results of orbicularis muscle shortening surgery and eyelid skin orbicularis muscle resection for senile entropion.
●METHODS: From January 01, 2006 to December 31, 2012, senile patients with lower eyelid were divided into two groups according to different surgical methods. Group A with the orbicularis muscle shortening improved operation in 20 cases (38 eyes), group B used the eyelid skin orbicularis muscle resection in 21 cases (36 eyes). The effects of surgery were followed-up postoperatively.
●RESULTS: Patients were followed up for 1 - 2a, 20 patients ( 38 eyes ) in group A were cured without recurrence; 7 eyes recurred in group B, the recurrence rate was 19%, the recurrence rate after surgery both groups were statistically significant (P<0. 05).
●CONCLUSlON: The effect of orbicularis muscle shortening improved operation for senile entropion is good and stable.

OBJECTIVE:To understand the teaching effect of cooperative training model between colleges and hospitals,and provide reference for the teaching effect of clinical pharmacy. METHODS:Questionnaire survey was conducted on 87 clinical phar-macy students that joint trained by our hospital and Chongqing Medical University. The questionnaire included the students’opin-ions on teachers,teaching materials,teaching methods and suggestions for teaching improvement,all the questionnaires were col-lected and analyzed. RESULTS:There were totally 87 effective question naires with effective rate of 100%. 94.25% of students showed overall satisfaction in cooperative training model between colleges and hospitals,however,5 students thought distribution of the theoretical study time and the traine time still exist some problems;57.48% of students considered the textbook was not suit-able to use and they made recommendations;25.29% of students thought that clinicians responsible for teaching was not appropri-ate,the main reason was clinicians were not clear enough for drug teaching. CONCLUSIONS:Compared with traditional teaching model,the clinical pharmacist training model of cooperation between college and hospital has certain advantages,but some prob-lems still exist in the teachers,textbooks and curriculum arrangements,which need to be further improved.

The serum specimens were collected from ovarian cancer (n =100),benign ovarian disease (n =69) and healthy women (n =95).The serum levels of HE4 and CA125 were detected.Risk of ovarian maliqnancy algorithm (ROMA) was calculated.Accuracy of prediction was evaluated by the area under receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC-AUC).And validity of prediction was evaluated by sensitivity and specificity.The results showed that the median level of ROMA algorithm was 83.0％,8.9％ and 8.7％ in ovarian cancer,benign ovarian disease and healthy women groups respectively.The difference were statistically significant (all P ＜ 0.01).Compared with benign ovarian disease group,the ROC-AUC of ROMA algorithm was 0.900 in ovarian cancer group.The sensitivity and specificity were 81.0％ and 92.8％ in ovarian cancer group respectively.Thus ROMA algorithm is a useful parameter in risk stratification for ovarian cancer.The diagnostic accuracy of ROMA algorithm is better than that of HE4 and CA125 in ovarian cancer.

Objective To investigate the protective effects of ambroxol on lung during perioperation in elderly patients with myasthenia gravis.Methods 58 elderly patients diagnosed as myasthenia gravis combined with thymic disease were divided into treatment group and control group randomly.During the perioperation,the treatment group was treated with ambroxol,while the control group was not.Comparative analysis of pulmonary complications,pulmonary ventilation indexes,blood gas indexes,and serum concentration of C-reactive protein (CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α),interleukin 1β (IL-1β) and IL-10 was performed.Results The incidence rate of postoperative pulmonary complications (pulmonary atelectasis,pneumonia and bronchitis) was significantly lower in the treatment group in the control group (9.4％ vs 15.6％,P＜0.05).Peak inspiratory pressure (PIP) and resistance of air way (RAW) were lower in treatment group than in control group [(22.32±3.43) cmH2O vs (26.54±4.81) cmH2O,(29.17±5.74) cmH2O· L-1s-1vs (34.47±7.94) cmH2O · L-1 · s-1 both P＜0.05],while compliance of lung (CL) washigher in treatment group than in control group [(106.04±-14.73)ml/cmH2O vs (95.11±9.50) ml/cmH2O,P＜0.05].Two days after operation,PaO2,SaO2 and PaO2/FiO2 were significantly higher in treatment group than in control group [(89.66 ±13.23) mmHg vs (70.94±12.75) mmHg,(96.95±2.65)％ vs (89.44±2.78)％,(219.47±54.05)mmHg vs (187.38±37.72) mmHg,respectively,all P＜0.05].Serum concentration of CRP,TNF-α,IL-1β were lower and serum level of IL-10 was higher in treatment group than in control group [(29.37 ± 14.87)mg/L vs (43.94 ±21.42) mg/L,(35.55±4.74)μg/L vs.(52.80±6.63) μg/L,(17.06±6.85)μg/L vs.(28.62±7.72) μg/L],[(132.84± 12.91)μg/L vs.(87.18± 16.37)μg/L,respectively,all P＜0.05].Conclusions Ambroxol hydrochloride can effectively reduce the incidence rate of postoperative pulmonary complications after thymectomy,improve the pulmonary ventilation function,and inhibit the inflammatory reaction in elderly patients with myasthenia gravis,which is worthy of wide application in the perioperation.
