1.Professor WU Lianzhong's Experience in Treating Spasmodic Torticollis and Myelitis Sequela

[Objective]To summarize the professor WU Lianzhong's experience in treatment of spasmodic torticollis and myelitis sequela by using acupuncture,so as to guide clinical practice better.[Methods] From following professor WU Lianzhong clinical studies,studying professor WU Lianzhong's medical cases,introducing Professor WU to treat spasmodic torticollis with Du channel four points and five points and treat myelitis sequela by using acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine,we can summarize his academic thoughts and experience on treating spasmodic torticollis and myelitis sequela.[Results] Professor WU thinks the key pathogenesis of Du channel type spastic torticollis is Orifices blocked and consciousness delirium,so the treatment principle is to clear the heart and reduce the fire,and regulate consciousness,at the same time strengthen the Du channel and break the nodules,this method is effective in clinical treatment.He holds that the etiology and pathogenesis of myelitis mainly for lack of spirit,attack of exogenous pathogens,prolonged illness lead to deficiency of liver and kidney,qi and blood deficiency,all these lead to tendon and vessel malnutrition.The cardinal treatment principle is to nourish liver and kidney,tonify qi and blood,dredge the channels and collaterals,also comprehensivey treat this disease by acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine,the clinical effect is satisfying.[Conclusion] Professor WU's experience in treatment of Du channel type spasmodic torticollis and myelitis sequela is worth studying and popularizing in clinic.
2.Investigation and Analysis on the Use of Library Website by Medical Students in New Media Environment

Based on the randon investigation of medical students in the library through the questionnaire designed independently,the paper takes the library of Jining Medical University as an example to understand the situation of the use of library website by medical students in new media environment,and points out that the library should understand the information requirements of medical students in new media environment,be closely related to course teaching,give play to subjective initiative of the librarian,and make full use of the new media platform.
3.Clinical intervention of somatostatin combined with psychological intervention in the treatment of acute

Objective To study the application effect of somatostatin combined with psychological intervention. Methods 88 patients with acute pancreatitis treated in Hangzhou Hospital of Zhejiang Medical and Health Group from January 2016 to July 2017 were divided into two groups: observation group (n=44) and control group (n=44). Two groups of patients were treated with somatostatin, the control group received routine care, the observation group patients on this basis, take psychological intervention and other nursing interventions. Results The observation group after the therapeutical effect of somatostatin combined with psychological intervention, the cure rate (93.18%) was significantly higher than the control group (70.45%), and the incidence of complications (11.36%) and mortality (6.82%) than in the control group (40.91%, 27.27%), with statistical significance (P<0.05); at the same time, the observation group nursing satisfaction scores were significantly higher than the control group, significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of acute pancreatitis, take somatostatin combined with psychological intervention can improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the incidence of mortality and complications, improve patient satisfaction.
4.A histologic study on osteophytes in severe osteoarthritis by Masson staining and immunohistochemical staining for collagen type Ⅱ

Objective To establish a histological classification system for osteophytes by Masson staining and immunohistochemical staining for collagen type II. Methods Osteophytes were collected from knee joints in os?teoarthritis patients after joint replacement surgery. To develop an osteophyte classification ,serial tissue sections were identified using histological(hematoxylin and eosin,Masson ' s trichrome,toluidine blue)and immunohisto?chemical staining(collagen typeⅡ). Joint function was assessed by WOMAC score and radiological findings was measured by Kellgren?Lawrence grading. The consistency between the osteophyte classification and WOMAC/Kell?gren?Lawrence grading were evaluated. Results 31 patients and 101 osteophyte samples were included in this study. Based on the histological and immunohistochemical evaluation,osteophytes can be divided into type A (4.9%),type B(4.0%),type C(26.7%)and type D(64.4%). This histological classification system had better consistency with joint function score(χ2 = 0.108,P = 0.947)and Kellgren?Lawrence grading(χ2 = 3.205,P =0.201). Conclusions This trial establishes a histological classification system for osteoarthritis osteophytes ,types A and B indicating early osteophyte and types C and D indicating advanced osteophyte. The system is helpful in clini?cal and basic research on osteoarthritis.
5.Discussion on the professional ability of the nursing staff in CT examination

Objective:To enhance the CT department full-time staff professional quality. Methods: Summary according to the CT room personnel in CT department working experience. Results: Eliminate or reduce the CT enhancement in the accident.Conclusion: CT room staff should have good communication and coordination ability, rich clinical experience, skilled professional skills, a high degree of vigilance and a strong sense of responsibility, eliminate their concerns, to implement CT successfully enhance the inspection, the prevention of medical risk.
6.Advances in research of stem cell therapy for human parasitic diseases:a re-view

The stem cell is a class of primitive cells with self?renewal,and multiple pluripotent potential capacities,which can differentiate into multiple specialized cells and generate human organs and tissues. Stem cell therapy is an interventional treatment that introduces new stem cells to damaged tissues,which facilitates the regeneration of trauma,disease and ageing?in?duced damaged human tissues to repair or replace the damaged tissues,thereby achieving the goal of disease treatment. It has been proved that the stem cell therapy is effective in the treatment of multiple human diseases,including cancer,diabetes,neu?rological disorders,autoimmune diseases,cardiovascular disorders and blood diseases. This review summarizes the advances in the research of stem cell therapy for human parasitic infections.

8.Effects of 32P intracavitary irradiation on scar formation in benign esophageal strictures

Objective To establish a benign esophageal stricture model and observe the effect of 32P radioactive isotopes on benign esophageal stricture scarring with intracavitary irradiation so as to provide experimental evidence for inhibiting scar hyperplasia and preventing esophageal restenosis after endoscopic dilation for benign esophageal stricture.Methods Benign esophageal stricture models were established in 18 healthy adult rabbits by annular incision and anastomosis.Then the rabbits were randomly divided into control group,hormone group and irradiation group,with six rabbits in each group.On day 2 after surgery,we measured inner diameter of the anastomotic stoma;then the control group received saline intervention,the hormone group was given dexamethasone,and the irradiation group was given 32P radioactive isotopes.The rabbits were observed for two weeks for their general condition and weight.After the intervention,we measured inner diameter of the anastomotic stoma.Liver functions (ALT and AST) were tested again before modeling and after intervention.Then the rabbits were put to death and had tissue in the esophageal stricture area removed for pathological examination and esophageal HE staining.We determined hydroxyproline (HYP) content of esophageal tissue around the anastomotic stoma.Restlts Benign esophageal stricture model was established successfully.After 2 weeks,the rabbits' appetite was obviously diminished in control group and relatively poor in hormone group;obviously improved in irradiation group.The rabbits' weight increased in radiation group compared with the other two groups (P<0.05).The esophageal inner diameter in irradiation group widened obviously compared with the other two groups (P < 0.05).In irradiation group,the number of fibroblasts decreased obviously,collagen fiber and granulation tissue were not obvious;HYP content was lower than that in the other two groups,and was close to that in a normal esophagus (P>0.05).ALT and AST did not differ before and after intervention in all groups (P>0.05).Conclusion ① We can establish benign esophageal stricture model successfully through the surgery.② 32Pradioactive isotopes radiation therapy can be used to prevent early scar formation in esophageal benign stricture,and is superior to dexamethasone therapy.
9.Effects of Periconceptional Folate Intake and Methylenetetrahydrofolate Reduetase Gene C667T Polymorphism of Pregnant Women on Congenital Heart Diseases in Offspring

Objective To explore the environmental risk factors,periconceptional folate intake and methylenetetrahydrofolate reduetase(MTHFR) gene C667T polymorphism of pregnant women on congenital heart diseases(CHD) in offspring.Methods Retrospective case-control study was carried out to investigate periconceptional folate supplementation and environmental factors in 98 parents with CHD offsprings and 101 parents with normal offsprings.The mothers'MTHFR gene C667T mutation was also identified.The possible risk factors were analyzed by simple and multiple factors Logistic regression methods.Results Six factors were related to the occurrence of CHD in the offspring:education of gestation mother,no prenatal examination,under depressed or nervous condition during pregnancy and maternal exposures to harmful substance;periconceptional folate and compound vitamin supplementation were protection factors.There were significant difference between case and control group in folate supplement(P
10.Experimental study on the sealing of dentin tubules by penetrating resin or fluid resin

Objective:To study the sealing effect of penetrating resin and fluid resin on the exposed dentin with self-etching and to-tal-etching methods,respectively.Methods:60 fresh extracted teeth were randomly divided into 4 groups(n =15).The enamel layer at the tooth neck was cut off,the dentin layer was exposed and adhered with penetrating resin Icon-Infiltration following Icon-Etch etching(group A),Icon-Infiltration following SE-Bond etching(group B),FiltekTMZ350X following SE-Bond etching(group C)and Prime &Bond NT combined with FiltekTMZ350XT following Gluma acid etching(group D),respectively.The morphological change of the dentin-resin interface was examined by the scanning electron microscope.The thickness of adhensive layer hybrid layer and the length of resin tag were measured.Data were statistically analysed.Results:Tight adhesion layer was observe in all groups.The hy-brid layer of the adhesive interface of group D was thicker than that of other groups(P <0.05);the resin tags in the dentin tubules of group A were longer than those of other groups(P <0.05);the bonding agent layer of group C was the thickest(P <0.05).Conclu-sion:The penetrating resin can form more effective protection layer on the exposed dentin surface and longer resin tags pernertrating in-to the dentin tubules than self-etch/total-etch bond system with fluid resin.
