1.From the Theory of“Qi Blood”Stroke Pathogenesis

Objective] To explore the relationship between the pathogenesis theory of Qi and blood and stroke. [Method] The system research of ancient literature on the pathogenesis of stroke, analysis of stroke from the relationship between Qi and blood and stroke, focus on exploring the basic role of Qi and blood in the onset of stroke. [Results] Before the Tang and Song Dynasties doctors hadargument in the imaginary evilstroke pathogenesis;Jin era, that the internal gas is stroke, or qi deficiency Erzhi phlegm blockage;Ming and Qing Dynasties, many from the deficiency of Qi and Blood Stasis Theory, gas, blood throughout the stroke always. Supplementing qi and activating blood circulation method can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with stroke, stroke with Qi and blood as the pathogenesis treatment, clinical therapeutic effect. [Conclusion] Stroke syndrome differentiation from the blood, more can promote blood regulating. The stroke engine has extremely important theoretical and clinical significance from the blood, can provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of stroke in different stages, and guide the clinic, it is worth further study.
2.Adverse Reactions Induced by Lidocaine: Literature Analysis of 44 Cases

OBJECTIVE: To study the general pattern and characteristics of the ADR induced by lidocaine.METHODS: A total of 44 ADR cases caused by lidocaine reported in CHKD during 2002~ 2006 were collected and analyzed statistically. RESULTS: Lidocaine-induced ADR were mostly occurred in local anesthesia and block anesthesia,especially in the first time medication and within ten minutes.ADR could involve multiple organs and systems,and the clinical manifestations were complicated and diversified,which were mainly allergic reactions or even death in severe cases.CONCLUSION: Clinical physicians and pharmacists should be alert to the ADR induced by lidocaine and they should stick to the principle of rational drug use.
3.Experience of management of 21 cases enteric fistula after surgery

Objective To review the causes of 21 cases of exteric fistula after surgery,treatment and prognosis,and to explore the clinical treatment of exteric fistula after surgery.Methods To collection the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People's Hospital of Gastrointestinal Surgery from Aug 2013 to Aug.2016 admitted during the period of parenteral fistula patients after abdominal surgery,21 patients with intestinal fistula outside,12 cases were male,9 were female cases.According to the case records of descriptive statistics,the treatment methods was summarized and analyzed retrospectively.Results Au patients with intestinal fistula outside,12 cases were male,female 9 cases.Conservative treatment of 11 cases,healing in 2 cases,5 cases,4 cases died and the sigmoid colon perforation repair 1 case,postoperative ileus postoperative renal function failure in 1 case,gastric cancer by intraperitoneal hemorrhage after early postoperative restrictive ploration in 2 cases;Early surgical treatment of 10 cases,of which the deterministic operation in 1 case,late deterministic surgery in 9,were cured.Conclusions The early diagnosis of parenteral fistula and rapid processing,taken on the basis of the condition of the patients with timely complete drainage,infection control,reasonable nutrition support and correct homeostasis imbalance as the main content of a comprehensive individualized treatment,most patients can improve the self-healing,cannot heal patients to choose the appropriate surgical timing and proper operation method,can improve the cure rate and reduce the case fatality rate.
4.The study of heat shock protein 70 as a adjuvant carrier on HBV-specific immune response in vitro

Objective To investigate the effect of mycobacterium tuberculosis heat shock protein 70(TB .HSP70) as an adjuvant carrier on stimulating hepatitis B virus (HBV) core antigen(HBcAg)specific immune response to an accompanying cytotoxic T lym-phocytes epitope peptide from HBV core antigen in vitro .Methods Recombinant proteins HSP70(P1)、HSP70-HBcAg(18-27) (P2)、HSP70-PreS2B (18-24)-PreS2Th(37-53)-HBcAg(18-27)(P3) were expressed in methylotropic yeast Pichia pastoris GS115 . The expression of recombinant proteins was identified by SDS-PAGE and Western blot .The effect of recombinant proteins on den-dritic cell and lymphocytes of chronic HBV infection volunteers was investigated in vitro .The maturation of dendritic cell was meas-ured by flow cytometry ;the secretion of Th1 cytokines such as IL-12p70 ,IL-1β,TNF-αand IFN-γ was measured by ELISA ;the proliferation of lymphocytes was measured by TdR-3H ;the HBV-spesific cytotoxic activity was measured by the classic 51 Cr .Re-sults The recombinant proteins (P1 ,P2 ,P3) were constructed successfully .P1 ,P2 ,P3 could activate dendritic cell from chronic HBV infection volunteers by upregulation CD1a ,CD40 ,CD86 and production Th1 cytokines such as IL-12p70 ,IL-1β and TNF-α. Especially P3 could better induce autologous T cells to generate HBV specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes response ,activate the prolif-eration of lymphocytes and release IFN-γeffectively .However ,the recombinant HSP70 showed no target cell killing and could not induce immune response effectively .Conclusion TB .HSP70 can be used as an adjuvant carrier to stimulate HBV specific immune response to an accompanying cytotoxic T lymphocytes epitope peptide from HBV core antigen ,and enhance immunogenicity of the cytotoxic T lymphocytes epitope peptide .The P3 with B-and T-epitope can activate the HBV specific immune response effectively .
5.ffect of basic fibroblast growth factor on rabbit lens epithelial cell proliferation

Objective To study the effect of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on proliferating of rabbit lens epithelial cells(RLECs).Methods The second and three generations of RLECs were exposed to different concentrations of bFGF, and the proliferation characteristics of the cells were measured with methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium (MTT) assay. The ultrastructure of cell were observed with transmission electron microscope (TEM).The changs of cells cycles were observed with flow cytometer (FCM).Results After the treatment of bFGF, RLECs showed the marked proliferation , especially in 10μg*L-1 of bFGF . TEM result showed that the cells were more active with bFGF, FCM result showed that the S phase cell obviously increased.Conclusion bFGF is an important factor that can promote proliferation of RLECs.
6.Effect of anterior cruciate ligament rupture on the strain of medial collateral ligament

Objective To explore the effect of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) rupture on the biomechanics of medial collateral ligament (MCL). Methods Six fresh human knee joints were fixed on the self-made fixture and flexed 90°. ACL was divided into a normal group, an anteromedi-al bundle(AMB) break group, and an ACL complete break group. 800N burden was loaded, and the MCL strain data were compared among the 3 groups. Results The MCL strain was significantly increased in the AMB break group and the ACL complete break group than that in the normal group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the MCL strain between the AMB break group and the ACL complete break group (P>0.05). Conclusion ACL rupture may cause significant changes in the MCL biomechanics, but the effect of AMB break and ACL complete break on MCL has no significant difference.
7.The mRNA expression of β-catenin and PTEN in Hepatocellular carcinoma exposed to hepatitis B virus and aflatoxin B 1

Objective To investigate the mRNA expression of β‐catenin and PTEN in hepatocellular carcinoma exposed to hepa‐titis B virus(HBV) and aflatoxin B1(AFB1) .Methods 108 HCCs came from different districts of Guangxi province were labeled as four categories based on their biomarkers of HBV and AFB1 exposure .Group A :HBV(+ )/AFB1(+ ) ,48 cases ,group B :HBV (+ )/AFB1(-) ,27 cases ,group C :HBV(-)/AFB1(+ ) ,19 cases ,group D :HBV(-)/AFB1(-) ,14 cases .And normal hepatic tissue from 20 cases of hepatic hemangioma ,liver resection and liver transplant donor were chosen as normal control group .And the mRNA expression of β‐catenin and PTEN were detected by RT‐PCR .Results The mean expression level of β‐catenin gene mRNA in group A ,B ,C ,D and control group were(1 .13 ± 0 .14) ,(1 .06 ± 0 .12) ,(1 .16 ± 0 .18) ,(1 .01 ± 0 .13) and(0 .085 ± 0 .13) respec‐tively .There were significant differences between group A and C ,A and D .And there were significant differences between these four groups and control group(all P<0 .05) .The mean expression level of PTEN gene mRNA in four subgroup A ,B ,C ,D and con‐trol group were(0 .54 ± 0 .13) ,(0 .59 ± 0 .16) ,(0 .97 ± 0 .16) ,(0 .92 ± 0 .13) and(1 .10 ± 0 .16) respectively .There were significant differences between group A and D ,C and D .And there were significant differences between group A and C (P=0 .002) ,A and D(P=0 .032) ,B and C(P<0 .001) and B and D(P=0 .011) .And there were significant differences between subgroup A ,B and D and control group(all P<0 .05) .Conclusion The over expression β‐catenin of HCC cases may be associated with the exposure to AFB1 while the loss of gene PTEN may relate to the exposure to HBV .
8.Preliminary clinical observation of new allograft posterior lumbar fusion cage of anatomical shape

Objective To explore preliminary clinical results of a new anatomical shape allogeneic bone posterior lumbar fusion cage. Methods Follow-up patients used the allogeneic bone posterior lumbar fusion cage and use imaging methods and clinical score (VAS, ODI) to evaluate the patients′ clinical efficacy. Results 14 patients were followed up for 6 months or more , with an average follow-up time of 9.7 months , mean preoperative VAS 6.8 ± 1.1, ODI 32.7 ± 4.5. The mean preoperative disc height was (9.7 ± 2.0) mm and the average intervertebral height of 3 days post operation was (13.2 ± 1.7) mm. All patients got bony fusion in 6 months post operation, pain and function scores improved significantly compared with the pre-operation: VAS 2.4 ± 0.8 (P =0.000), ODI 9.8 ± 2.5 (P = 0.000), the average intervertebral height was (13.1 ± 1.7) mm (P = 0.000). The average was VAS 2.1 ± 0.1 (P = 0.000), average ODI was 8.9 ± 0.9 (P = 0.000) at last follow up. Average of intervertebral height was (13.0 ± 1.8) mm, no significant difference compared to three days after surgery (P=0.831). No serious complications and deep surgical site infection was observed. All implants were found no fragmentation, shift, cutting boards, and obviously sinking. Conclusion The anatomical shape allogeneic bone posterior lumbar fusion device is suitable for posterior lumbar interbody fusion , advantages of high fusion rate , satisfactory clinical results in the initial clinical trials , but its long-term efficacy requires further observation.
9.The therapeutic effects of isokinetic strength training combined with intra-articular injection of hyaluronate and joint mobilization for patients with knee osteoarthritis

Objective To observe any effects of using isokinetic strengthening exercises combined with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate and joint mobilization in treating patients with knee osteoarthritis (KOA).Methods Eighty-one KOA patients were divided into a combined treatment group,a conventional treatment group and a control group.The combined treatment group received isokinetic strengthening training,intra-articular injections of sodium hyaluronate and joint mobilization therapy; the conventional treatment group received the injections and mobilization only; the control group was instructed to do ankle pumps at home on their own.Before the start of treatment and after 4 weeks,knee pain was self-assessed [using a visual analogue scale (VAS) for pain] along with knee range of motion (ROM),quality of life (using the WOMAC condensed health survey rating scale) and indexes of isokinetic strength [including the knee flexors,extensor peak torque (PT),and the flexion and extension angles corresponding peak torque (AOPT)] in both groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,statistically significant improvements compared to the baseline values were observed in both groups.The combined treatment group,however,improved to a significantly greater extent than the conventional treatment group in terms of all of the measures.Conclusion Isokinetic strength training combined with intra-articular injections of sodium hyaluronate and joint mobilization has a synergistic effect in enhancing knee stability and improving the performance in activities of daily life of KOA patients.
10.Effects of inhalation of different concentrations of isoflurane on hippocampal cytochrome c expression in aged rats

Objective To investigate the effects of inhalation of different concentrations of isoflurane on the expression of cytochrome c ( Cyt c) in hippocampus in aged rats.Methods Sixty-three aged male SD rats (20 months) weighing 500-600 g were randomly divided into 3 groups(n=21each):control group inhaling 30%O2 for 2h (group C) and 2 isoflurane groups anesthetized with 0.75 % and 1.5 % isoflurane in 30 % O2 for 2 h respectively (group Ⅰ1 and Ⅰ2 ).Arterial blood samples were obtained from 5 rats at 30 min, 1 and 2 h of anesthesia for blood gas analysis. Eight animals were killed at 24 h after anesthesia in each group.Their hippocampi were immediately removed for determination of Gyt c expression by immuno-histochemistry and Western blot analysis.Cognitive function was assessed by Morris water maze test the day before experiment and once a day for 6 consecutive days starting from the 1st postoperative day.Results The Cyt c expression in hippocampus was significantly increased in Ⅰ1 and Ⅰ2 groups in a concentration-dependent manner as compared with group C.The escape latency was significantly prolonged and the frequency of crossing the original platform and the duration of staying at the original platform quadrant were decreased in group Ⅰ1 and Ⅰ2 compared with group C.Conclusion Inhalation of isoflurane anesthesia can decrease cognitive function through up-regulating the Gyt c expression in hippocampus in aged rats.
