1.Regulatory necrosis:a novel way to recognize and prevent injury-relevant diseases
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2017;33(2):153-157
Necrosis is also tightly controlled by signaling path-ways,thus it is called as regulated necrosis, which includes ne-croptosis,ferroptosis,parthanatos and CypD-mediated necrosis. It has been shown that regulated necrosis is closely related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of injury-relevant disea-ses such as myocardial infarction, stroke, neurodegenerative dis-eases.It will be significant for prevention and therapy of injury-relevant diseases to clarify the signal transductions and regulatory mechanisms for the regulated necrosis.
2.Clinical efficacy and safety of alteplase thrombolysis in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2017;24(1):110-113
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of alteplase thrombolysis in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods 42 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.1 8 cases in the control group were treated by urokinase thrombolysis, and 24 cases in the study group were treated by alteplase thrombolysis. The clinical efficacy and safety were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group(91 .7%)was higher than that of the con-trol group(77.8%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ2 =9.7,P <0.01 ).Compared with the control group, the total vascular patency rate was higher, the difference was statistically significant(χ2 =97.6,P <0.01 ).The NIHSS score was lower in the two groups after treatment(t =1 0.1 58,1 5.962,all P <0.05),and that in the study group was more lower, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t =1 0.564,P <0.05 ). Conclusion Alteplase thrombolysis in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke patients, thrombolytic therapy for patients,in the use of drugs within the time window patients can get good clinical curative effect,no more than drug use the most extensive restrictions rarely cause patients with intracranial hemorrhage, and being suitable for populari-zation and application.

Microbiology 1992;0(03):-
In order to enhance the survival rate of abalone larvae, antibiotic susceptibility tests were performed on the bacteria isolated from whitened postlarvae, biofilm and the pond water of abalone (Haliotis diversicolor superteta) and proven to be virulent pathogens by challenge tests. API tests indicated that the isolates were mainly comprised of Vibrio alginolyticus, vibrio cholerae, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, the total Vibrio number of which was seventeen and made up about 50% of the total population. Among vibrios, Vibrio alginolyticus was the dominant strain (11 isolates) and made up 70%. Antibiotic susceptibility tests demonstrated that while majority isolates exhibited relatively high sensitivities toward streptomycin, erythromycin and gentamycin, they nevertheless displayed resistance to tetracycline and novobiocin. Results clearly indicated that streptomycin, erythromycin and gentamycin could be potentially used to suppress vibrio growth and hence improve abalone postlarval survival rate.

A 54-year-old female presented with indurated nodules and plaques on the left chest and back for 32 years.Skin examination showed little finger- to soybean-sized,slightly whitish indurated nodules with little mobility arising on skin-colored indurated plaques following Blaschko's lines on the left chest and back. The lesional skin was sclerotic and atrophic, and the lesions were distributed unilaterally.Serum levels of calcium, phosphate, alkaline phosphatase and parathyroid hormone were normal.Histopathological examination revealed fibrous scar with flake-like calcification. The diagnosis was idiopathic calcinosis cutis following Blaschko's lines.

The daily intake levels and trend of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins(PCDDs), polychlorinated dibenzofurans(PCDFs), polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs) of general population of several developed countries are reviewed. Based on the data of China, PCDD-Fs levels in Chinese human milk and blood were less than that of other countries, in addition, a daily intake of PCDD-Fs for Chinese general population was estimated in the present paper, the tolerable daily intake of Chinese general population was less than that the World Health Organization proposed.

Tetrabromobisphenol-A (TBBP-A) is the most widely used brominated flame retardant in the world. It is a kind of potential environmental endocrine disruptor, similar to the persistent organic pollutants. It can accumulate in the environment and biota and it has adverse effects on the environment and the living creature, such as disrupting the action of hormones related to the skeleton and brain development. Research progresses on TBBP-A, including toxicology, analysis methods, were reviewed in this paper.
