Objective To explore the clinical application of two different fixation methods for nasal continuous positive airway pressure (NCPAP) in newborns. Methods One hundred and forty newborns who had NCPAP treatment were selected and divided into experimental group and control group with 70 cases in each group by random digits table method.The newborns in experimental group received self- made caps to fix the prong systems,while the newborns in control group received U shape towel. The incidence of nose, head of facial skin injury, frequency of detachment for nasal prongs and duration mechanical ventilation were compared between two groups. Results The frequency of detachment for nasal prongs per 24 h was (0.65±0.18) times in experimental group and (1.64±0.22) times in control group, and there was significant difference (t=28.68, P<0.01). The incidence of nose, head of facial skin injury were 8.6%(6/70), 2.9%(2/70) in experimental group and 27.1%(19/70), 14.3%(10/70) in control group,and there were significant differences ( χ2 =8.23, 5.83, P<0.01 or 0.05). There was no significant difference in duration mechanical ventilation between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions Use of the self- made caps for NCPAP in newborns is associated with significant reduction in the incidence of nose, head of facial skin injury,and the frequency of detachment for nasal prongs.The fixation should be prompted in clinic.

Objective To investigate the effect of steroid receptor coactivator family in initiation, development, treatment and prognosis of breast cancer. Methods The literatures in recent years which have related to the effect of steroid receptor coactivators in breast cancer are reviewed. Results Steroid receptor coactivators are essential for several kinds of steroid hormones binding to steroid receptors, so they are important accessory factors that induce the initiation, development and recurrence of breast cancer, and predictive factors that estimate the prognosis of breast cancer. Conclusion Inhibition of the expression and signaling pathway of steroid receptor coactivators may be effective for breast cancer prevention and treatment.

Porous titanium is a kind of new biomaterial. After being implanted into the bone, the ingrowth of the bone was demonstrated. This ingrowth of bone tissuse was thought to be beneficial to fixation of a prosthesis and filling of a bone cavity.In this study, the porous sample was abtained from sintered amorphous titanium powder, with the mean size of pores larger than 150? in diameter, and the porosity in the range of 45-47%. It was implanted into the femurs of rabbits and dogs, and specimons were taken for examination 2, 4, 6 and 12 weeks after operation.It was shown that the shear strength of the samples at the implant bone surface was 7.51kg/cm2 2 weeks after surgery. It was demonstrated that bone tissue had begun to grow into the meshwork 2 weeks after surgery, and deeper penetration was seen after 4 weeks. Scanning electron microscopy was done to show the appearance of bony growth into the meshwork. Bony growth was verified by x-ray diffraction scan analysis for calcium. Bone ingrowth could be seen in the majority of the interstices of the meshwork 12 weeks after surgery. Bone lacuna and tubules could be seen when stained with silver nitrate. The deepest penetration of bone ingrowth was 1400?. There was no obvious tissue reaction or formation of fibrous membrane.The use of the porous material may help to prevent loosening of a prosthesis. It is believed that porous titanium we used possesses the characteristics that a porous material should possess. Further research should be done to ascertain its clinical usefulness.

Objective To understand the status and developmental trends of the research on anterolateral thigh flap. Methods The PubMed search was downloaded and the results were imported into the EndNote database,then the distribution was analysed by age,nation,language,periodical and frequency.Results There were 236 articles on anterolateral thigh flap in PubMed from 1996 to August 2006.The amount of articles multiply increased from 2002 to August 2006,at eighty percent of all.They were published in 8 languages,in 47 journals and from 9 countries.China and the USA are the major countries of the publication,with 77 articles each,which altogether took up 65.2% of the total.Words of a high frequency are as follows: free skip flap,island skin flap,ultrathin skin flap,perforating artery,and descending branch of lateral circumflex femoral artery,the frequency ratio of which is up to 97.46%.Conclusion The papers on anterolateral thigh flap are written mainly by China and USA;English is the main publishing language;The articles are chiefly published by Plast Reconstr Surg and other 8 journals.The research emphases of the anterolateral thigh flap are on free skip flap,perforating flap,ultrathin skin flap,and island flap.Angiography and 3D-reconstruction are the recent techniques for the research.

Objective:To imestigate the effect of Shenxiong injection on neuronal aooptosis and Fasassociated death dormin protein(FADD)and its mRNA expression after ischernia-reperfusion in rats.Methods:Atotal of 100 SD rats wgre randomly allocated into normal(n=10),sham-operation(n=10),cerebral ischemia-reperfusion(n=40),and Shenxiong injection(n=40)groups.A model of middle cerebral wtery occlusion was induced by suture method.The neuronal apoptosis was detected by the TUNEL assay.The expressions of FADD protein and mRNA were detected by inmmnohistochemical staining and reverse tramcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR),respectively.Results:As compared with the normal and sham-operation groups.the numbers of apoptotic cell in the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion group were increased significantly(P＜0.01),and the expressions of FADD protein and mRNA were enhanced significantly(all P＜0.01).As compared with the ceretral ischemia-reperfusion group,the numbers of apoptotic cell were decreased significantly (P＜0.05,P＜0.001),and the expressiom of FADD protein and mRNA were reduced significantly in the Shenxiong group(P＜0.05,P＜o.001).Convlusions:Shertxiong injection may inhibit the neuronal apoptosis after ischemia-reprfusion in r-cas by down-regulaftng the expression of FADD.

Objective To optimize the extraction of volatile oil from Qingjie Granules and process of inclusion compound of beta-cyclodextrin. Methods Water Distillation was used for extraction. Extraction time, grinding degree, and the amount of water were set as inspection factors, and volatile oil volume was set as the evaluation index to inspect extraction process of volatile oil from Qingjie Granules. With inclusion rate as the evaluation index, the single factor test and the Box-Behnken combined with the response surface method were used to choose the optimum inclusion process. Results The optimum extraction process for Schizonepetae Herba, Saposhnikoviae Radix and Forsythiae Fructus coarse powder should be with 10 times amount of water, extracting 3 h. Inclusion method should be saturated water solution method, and the inclusion process of volatile oil as feed and beta-cyclodextrin inclusion ratio was 1:12; the temperature was 40 ℃; inclusion time was 3.5 h. By means of TLC, UV and IR spectra, the formation of the inclusion compound of volatile oil in clear solution particles was preliminarily proved. Conclusion The optimum extraction and inclusion process of volatile oil from Qingjie Granules are stable and feasible, which can be used in industrial production.

Objective:To study the effect of naoxintong capsules combined with nerve growth factor on the serum levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6),matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and S100B of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:88 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital from August 2015 to July 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group The patients in the control group were treated with nerve growth factor,while the patients in the observation group were treated with naoxintong capsules combined with nerve growth factor.Then the clinical efficacy,GCS,GOS score,serum levels ofIL-6,MMP-9 and S100B were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the GCS and GOS scores of the two groups were significantly higher than before,and the GCS and GOS of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of IL-6,MMP-9 and S100B in the two groups were significantly lower than before,and the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05).There was adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Naoxintong capsule combined with nerve growth factor can reduce the serum levels of IL-6,MMP-9 and S100B in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,with obvious clinical curative effect and high safety.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of bladder hyperactivity in Huzhou city,Zhejiang prov-ince.Methods 1 872 patients aged over 50 years old male residents were selected as research subjects in Huzhou. To investigate the prevalence of bladder hyperactivity in the elderly male population in the local area.The correlation between age,IPSS score,body mass index,diabetes and the bladder was investigated.Results In 1 872 cases,the data were complete and in accordance with the requirements of this study were 1 863 cases.1 863 cases,505 patients with bladder hyperactivity,bladder disease prevalence was 27.1%.Bladder hyperactivity patients with IPSS score (17.9 ±8.1 )points,prostate volume (36.6 ±18.5 )mL,QOL score (3.6 ±1.1 )points,residual urine volume (26.9 ±3.5 )mL in the bladder,were higher than those with non bladder hyperactivity,IPSS score (3.2 ± 16.8)points,prostate volume (28.1 ±1.3)mL,QOL score (2.3 ±1.8)points,the differences were statistically sig-nificant (t =7.277,5.910,19.814,2.406,P <0.01 -0.05).Qmax(12.6 ±6.3)mL/s in the patients with bladder hyperactivity was significantly lower than Qmax(17.1 ±7.4)mL/s of non bladder hyperactivity,and the difference was statistically significant (t =3.577,P <0.01).With the increasing age of male population,the prevalence of blad-der diseases was increased.With the increase of IPSS score,the incidence rate of bladder excessive activity increased. Diabetes,higher body mass index,the incidence of bladder excessive activity was higher.Conclusion Men with blad-der hyperactivity disorder has higher prevalence in Huzhou city,Zhejiang province.Age,lower urinary tract symptoms, diabetes,obesity are the risk factors in the incidence of bladder disease.
