1.Quantitative study of fundus autofluorescence distribution at the posterior pole in normal subjects
Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2011;27(2):114-118
Objective To observe the characteristics of fundus autofluorescence (AF) distribution at the posterior pole in normal subjects. Methods Seventy-nine normal subjects (156 eyes) were studied.Confocal scanning laser ophthalmoscope (cSLO) HRA2 was used to obtain the AF average image at the posterior pole. The distance was calibrated by Digimizer image analysis system. With umbo as the center, the macula was divided into foveola, foves, parafovea and perifovea areas which with the radius 175, 750,1250 and 2750 μm respectively. Each area was further divided into inferior, superior, temporal and nasal quadrants by two radial lines angle of 90°, except for foveola. The AF intensity in four quadrants of different macular regions and optic disc were measured. The AF intensity in vertical and horizontal direction of umbo was also measured. Then the effects of age, eyes, and gender on AF intensity in four quadrants of different macular regions were analyzed. Results There were statistically significant differences in AF intensity among optic disc and four quadrants of macular regions (F=528. 648, P<0.05). AF distribution was V-type in vertical direction and M-type in horizontal direction. There were statistically significant differences between age groups in foveola, inferior parafovea, temporal parafovea, inferior perifovea, superior perifovea and temporal perifovea (P< 0. 01). There were no statistically significant differences between the two eyes (P>0. 05). Between genders group, there were statistically significant differences in foveola, superior foves, inferior fovea, nasal fovea and temporal perifovea (P < 0.05); no statistically significant differences in the other quadrants (P>0. 05). Conclusions The distribution of AF intensity is inhomogeneous in macular regions and four quadrants of each region in normal subjects. AF intensity increases with aging. AF distribution is symmetrical in both eyes. There is probably no correlation between gender and AF intensity distribution.
2.Trans fatty acids and metabolic syndrome
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 2010;26(9):827-829
There is a close relationship between high trans fatty acids intake and occurrence of metabolic syndrome. Trans fatty acids intake may lead to metabolic disorders. It affects lipid level, induces visceral obesity and insulin resistance, triggers systemic inflammation, and significantly increases cardiometabolic risks. If the chain of trans fatty acids-metabolic syndrome-cardiovascular disease is understood, a new effective way to prevent metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular events may be provided.
3.Design of medical devices management system supporting full life-cycle process management.
Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2014;38(2):145-148
Based on the analysis of the present status of medical devices management, this paper optimized management process, developed a medical devices management system with Web technologies. With information technology to dynamic master the use of state of the entire life-cycle of medical devices. Through the closed-loop management with pre-event budget, mid-event control and after-event analysis, improved the delicacy management level of medical devices, optimized asset allocation, promoted positive operation of devices.

5.Effect of tripterygium glycosides on serum ion and β2-GPI/ox-LDL in patients with IgA nephropathy
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;(11):139-141
Objective To analyse effect of tripterygium glycosides on serum ion and β2-GPI/ox-LDL in patients with IgA nephropathy. Methods 54 patients who were diagnosed with primary IgA nephropathy in our hospital were collected. All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 27 cases in each group.Control group was given conventional Benazepri1 Hydrochloride Tablets 10 mg, 1 times per day orally;given Dipyridamole Tablets 50 mg, 3 times per day orally, patients in experimental group were given tripterygium glycosides 20 mg on the basis of control group treatment orally,3 times per day.All the patients were treated for 6 month. After the treatment, the serum levels of Ca,P,β2-GPI/ox-LDL and renal function related index were detected in all patients. Results Compared with control group post-treatment, the serum level of Ca was higher(P<0.05); and the serum level of P was lower in experimental group(P<0.05); the serum level of β2-GPI/ox-LDL was lower in experimental group(P<0.05);the serum levels of Scr and BUN were lower in experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion The tripterygium glycosides can significantly reduce the serum levels of P,β2-GPI/ox-LDL,Scr and BUN,and increase serum Ca level in patients with IgA nephropathy, improve renal function.
6.Asessment of the impacts of malocclusion on the childrens oral health related quality of life
Journal of Practical Stomatology 2017;33(4):500-502
Objective:To study the impacts of malocclusion on the oral health-related quality of life(OHRQoL) of children. Methods:The study sample comprised 118 children seeking orthodontic treatment. Each participant of the children and parents was assessed by the orthodontic treatment need and OHRQoL using the index of orthodontic treatment need and Michigan-OHRQoL.Results:The objective impacts of the teeth to parents and children were consistent;parents evaluated higher than the children themselves in the subjective impacts of their teeth. The impacts were more influential on the children whose parents with higher income and the parents with higher education. Conclusion:Malocclusion affects the oral health related quality of life evaluated by both the children and their parents.
7.CT Evaluation of Tuberculous Meningitis
Journal of Practical Radiology 2001;0(07):-
Objective To evaluate the CT features and its diagnostic value in tuberculous meningitis(TBM).Methods Forty patients who had clinically proved TBM and each was performed with CT scans and enhanced CT were retrospective studied. Results CT scans showed abnormalities consistent with TBM in 36 cases(90%) whereas others(4 cases)were normal.Abnormalities were visualized on CT scans included basal exudate in 22 cases, hydrocephalus 36 cases, infarcts 11 cases and tuberculomas 9 cases. Conclusion The most characteristic findings with TBM are exudates in the basal cisterns and Sylvian fissures. It is essential in studying CT scans of TBM to make a note of the associated changes such as hydrocephalus, infarction and tuberculomas. These factors have a bearing on the plan of treatment.Surgical intervention should be considered after a conservative treatment if the tuberculoma consistent exists,or progressive ventricular enlargement are identified on CT.
8.Research advances in drug resistance markers in non-small cell lung cancer
Qin SU ; Chaojin PENG ;
China Oncology 2001;0(05):-
Chemotherapy is the basic therapy in non small cell lung cancer, but combined chemotherapy has a response rate that still remains in the range of 30%-40%. Resistance of cancer cells to the anti tumor drugs is the main factor that reduces the efficacy of the chemotherapy. The mechanism of the drug resistance of lung cancer cells is very complex involving changes of drug resistance gene MDR1, MRP, LRP,GST, change of quality and quantity of toposomerase Ⅱ, ? tubulin gene mutation and fibroblast growth factor. Prospective measurement of the molecular marker as a guide for clinical chemotherapy is a key factor that can facilitate the individualization of the regime and thus increase the response rate.

China Medical Equipment 2017;14(6):168-170
The remote electrocardiograph (ECG) monitoring technique is a combination of microelectronics technology, artificial intelligence technology, modern communication technology and modern medical technology. The key technical points of remote ECG monitoring system includes data preprocessing, identification of feature point, analysis and diagnosis, and remote warning. By using remote ECG monitoring technique, doctors can cross the limitation of domain and implement ECG monitoring, early warning and relevant disposal measures for patients at anytime and anywhere. This new technique can achieve early prevention, early found and early treatment for patients with cardiovascular disease (CVD).
