1.Research progress in relationships between thyroid carcinoma and interferon-γand interleukin-6
Practical Oncology Journal 2017;31(1):88-92
Thyroid cancer is the most common malignancy in the endocrine system .In recent years ,the incidence of thyroid cancer has increased year by year ,which sparked people′s attention. With the development of thyroid cancer research ,it is found that cytokines play a key role in the occurrence and development of tumor .At present ,the cause of thyroid carcinoma and mechanism is not yet entirely clear ,however ,the occurrence of thyroid cancer is possiblely associated with the body regulating cellular immune dysfunction .Cytokines play an important role in the whole process ,in which the relationship between cytokines IFN -γ,IL-6 and thyroid carcinoma is closely related .
2.Effects of Compound Amino Acids Capsules on Hypoalbuminemia in Patients with Chronic Renal Failure Undergoing Hemodialysis
China Pharmacy 2001;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effects of compound amino acids capsul es on hypoalbuminemia in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis.METHODS:30hemodialysis patients were selected to orally take2compound amino acids capsules(0.35g per capsule)twice daily for12weeks,renal and liver function and levels of serum albumin and pre-albumin were measured before and after the experiment.RESULTS:The levels of serum albumin and pre-albumin were increased significantly after the treatment,it were(30.5?4.6)g/L vs(35.9?7.1)g/L,and(213.0?46.9)mg/L vs(275.8?52.3)mg/L respectively(P

Chinese Journal of Clinical Infectious Diseases 2008;1(3):156-158
Objecfive To investigate the prevalence of Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU)and Mycoplasma hominis(MH)infections in urogenital tract and their sensitivities to drugs in Qinhuangdao area from 2006 to 2007.Methods UU and MH were detected by Mycoplasma IST kits in urine samples from 3062 patients suspected as urogenital tract infection and the sensitivity tests for 8 antimicrobial agents were performed. Results Mycolasmas were detected in 1262 patients from 3062 patients suspected as urogenital tract infection,in which 1037 were of UU infection,41 were of MH infection and 184 were of UU+MH infection. Both strains were sensitive to josamycin, doxycycline and tetracycline, but were less sensitive to ofloxacin and ciprofloxacin. Conclusions Drug resistance is increasing for Mycoplasma and sensitivity test is important in treatment of urogenital tract infection by Mycoplasma.

Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS),a neurodegenerative disorder,is subtle in disease onset, difficult to diagnose, and fast-growing at progression.There.are at present little specific neurological imaging characteristics of ALS.Functional brain imaging techniques, such as SPECT and PET,were the early tools for investigation of ALS.The application of pixel-based analysis software (such as SPM) renders research in this area more convenient and objective. In recent years, improvement in brain receptor PET imaging has demonstrated its important value in the early diagnosis of ALS and evaluation of cognitive impairment.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(09):-
Objective To study the expression of neural cell adhesion molecule CD 56 in the human lung cancer and its pathological significance. Methods 59 paraffin imbedded specimens of lung cancers were collected and human small cell lung cancer H128 cell line was cultured. The CD 56 expression in the lung cancer tissues and H128 cells was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results The expression of CD 56 was positive in 35 of 43 NSLC specimens, and the other specimens showed weakly positive staining. All 19 cases of the SCLC specimens showed CD 56 positive staining, 12 specimens of which were strongly positive. There was a significant difference in CD 56 expression between the SCLC and NSCLC. CD 56 was extensively expressed in H128 cells. Conclusion CD 56 might be an ideal tumour marker for SCLC.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 1991;0(04):-
Objective: To explore the burden of spouse caregivers of patients with dementia at home and factors having influence.Methods:Forty-two patients with dementia were collected from psychiatric out-clinic consecutively. Trained investigators did home visit to collect data on severity of the disease (CDR, MMSE), pathological behavior (BEHAVE-AD), activity of daily living (ADCS-ADL) and burdens of their spouse as caregiver (CBI). The caregivers' anxiety, depression (Zung's Anxiety Scale and Depression Scale) and knowledge about dementia were also collected. Results:The caregivers felt big burden (BDI total score: 30.7?15.1). Nearly half of them (42.9%) were in depression and one quarter (23.8%) were anxious. They were lack of knowledge about dementia and unskillful in care-giving. 26.2% caregivers thought dementia is curable or equal to normal aging, 57.1% of them did not believe it is an improving disease. The burden of caregivers was correlated positively with pathological behavior of patients (r=0.40, P

10.Mitochondrial transfer mechanism of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells for rescue of tissue injury
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(41):6708-6713
BACKGROUND:Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells have beneficial effects on the treatment of various diseases. Mitochondria transfer is newly proposed and its specific mechanisms of action and control factors remain unclear.
OBJECTIVE:To review the studies about stem cells and mitochondrial transfer, then to discuss its value on clinical.
METHODS:The PubMed, VIP and Wanfang databases were searched for related articles concerning stem cells and mitochondrial transfer. Key words were“stem cell, embryonic stem cell, progenitor cell, mitochondria”in Chinese and“Stem cell[s], Mother cell[s], Progenitor cell[s], Colony-Forming Unit[s], Colony Forming Unit[s], Mitochondria[l] transfer”in English. Thirteen articles were found initial y, and using the citation tracking method, final y 42 articles were determined. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Studies have shown that mitochondrial transfer from bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells is associated with rescue of aerobic respiration and restoration of mitochondrial function in the injured somatic cells. Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and recipient cells form tunneling nanotubes for mitochondrial transfer. Movement of mitochondria between cells is regulated and directed by Miro1. The successful transfer of mitochondria may be accompanied with the clearance of damaged mitochondria. The rescue of mitochondrial function in early stages may provide a valuable therapeutic strategy for various diseases include acute lung injury.
