Objective To investigate the changes of retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) exposed to hypoxia and the mechanism. Methods RGCs were isolated from the retina of neonatal Long Evans rats aged 1 day and cultured, then divided into normal control group and hypoxia group (cultured in incubator containing 1 O_2, 5 CO_2 and 94 N_2). At 1, 3, 12 and 24 h after incubation, the calcium ion level by laser scanning confocal fluorescence microimaging system, the activity of SOD and the content of MDA by biochemistry technology, TNF-? by ELISA were detected. 2.Clinical analysis of phacoemulsification on patients with cardiovascular disease

Objective To investigate the changes of systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,oculocardiac reflex(OCR) and vision of patients suffering from cardiovascular disease when they applied phacoemulsification.Methods Totally 168 cases(182 eyes) who had underwent phacoemulsification were analyzed in random selection.Of all the cases,97(106 eyes) were combined with cardiovascular disease,the others were without any general disease.The changes of blood pressure,OCR,ECG and vision were observed in two groups.Results Compared with preoperative period,the mean systolic blood pressure increased significantly during operation,but the differences of diastolic pressure,OCR,ECG and vision were not significant between the two groups.Conclusion The safety and reliability of the surgery depend on reasonable medication,careful surgical procedure and monitoring for the patients with cardiovascular disease in the peri-operation period.
3.Significance of umbilical artery blood gas on diagnosis of neonatal asphyxia

Objective To study the reference range of umbilical artery blood gas and the significance of umbilical artery blood pH on the diagnosis of neonatal asphyxia. Methods Five thousand six hundred and eleven live-births new born in our hospital were consecutively enrolled. The following five items related to birth asphyxia were recorded including antepartum high-risk factors, Apgar scores, umbilical artery blood pH, organ damage, and differential diagnosis on the causes of low Apgar score. Reference range of umbilical artery blood gas, the correlations between the umbilical artery blood pH and the other items were analysed. Objective To invcstigate the clinical effect of Bushenxuanfei decoction combined with salmon calcitonin on osteoporosis in COPD patients.Methods 60 COPD patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into two groups:30 patients as controls were treated with calcium carbonate and vitamin D3 tablets and salmon calcitonin and another 30 patients in the treatment group with salmon calcitonim combined with Bushenxuanfei decoction.The two groups were compared in terms of pain,BMD and calcium concentration.Results The treatment group was significantly better than the control one in terms of indexes of pain BMD and calcium concentration (P<0.05).Conclusion Bushenxuanfei decoction combined with salmon calcitonin is of significant effect in the treatment of osteoporosis in COPD patients.
5.Effect of rehabilitation on 2-year survival rate of patients with malignant tumor

Objective To investigate the effect of multidisciplinary intervenient on survival of patients with malignant tumor. Methods Six hundred and thirty-nine malignant tumor patients were randomly assigned to the intervenient and the control group. A total of 584 completed the follow-up study. The intervenient group received comprehensive treatment for 2 years,while the control group was in a process of self-rehabilitation. The 2-year survival rate was compared between the groups by using Cox proportional hazard model. Results The 2-year survival rate was 94. 74% (108/114) or 80. 67% (121/150) in II stage patients of the intervenient or control group, respectively ( P < 0. 01 ) . The 2-year survival rate was 88. 03% (163/177) or 82. 8% (184/222) in early and medium stage patients of the intervenient or control group,respectively(P <0. 01). Conclusion The multidisciplinary intervenient may help to improve the 2 year survival of early or moderate stage malignant tumors.
6.Serum biomarkers in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a chronic airway diseases,which leads to heavy social and economic burden to our country.We can use serum biomarkers to evaluate diagnosis,classification,treatment and prognosis of COPD.The change of biomarkers provides lots of valuable clinical information.A variety of biomarkers are associated with the severity of lung function,which can be used to judge disease severity.Some indicators are related to the diagnosis of acute exacerbation or hospitalization risk.Some serum markers would guide therapy and can be effectively applied to clinical work.Study of COPD serum biomarkers would provide more reference information for clinical physicians in diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of COPD.
7.Proposal for a job-analysis based performance appraisal for posts in community healthcare organizations

A brief description of performance appraisal as used in the healthcare sector, and an analysis of problems existing in performance appraisal for posts in community heahhcare organizations in the country. The paper proposes a job-analysis based performance appraisal for such posts, featuring the appraisal model of "performance + skills + attitude+ work intensity". On the basis of work analysis, a job description should be worked out for such healthcare workers as doctors, nurses and prevention workers in community healthcare organizations, aided by a targeted job-based performance appraisal system. These efforts can effectively enhance the job performance in such organizations, catering to the healthcare needs of community residents.
8.Effects of hypoglycemia index and hypoglycemia loaded diet on oxidative stress and anthropometric parameters in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To evaluate the effects of low blood sugar production index (LGI) combined with low blood sugar production burden (LGL) dietary intervention on blood glucose, oxidative stress and anthropometric indicators in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 150 cases of type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into two groups,maintain the original treatment plan of two groups,75 patients in the control group were given traditional food interchange method for dietary intervention;the experimental group of 75 patients, provide food education based on LGI+LGI food exchange method , the time period of 3 months. Fasting blood glucose (FPG)、2h postprandial blood glucose (2hPG), Glycated hemoglobin (HbAlc), Superoxide dismutase (SOD), Malondialdehyde (MDA), Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Body Mass Index (BMI), Waist circumference (WC) Upper arm muscle circumference (AMC), Triceps skin fold thickness (TSF) were observed before and after the intervention. Results There were no significant differences in blood glucose, oxidative stress and anthropometry between the two groups (P>0.05). After intervention, in the control group: FPG, 2hPG, HbAlc, SOD, MDA, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, BMI, WC, AMC, TSF were (10.27 ± 2.67) mmol/L, (11.51 ± 2.54) mmol/L, (8.78 ± 1.95)%, (322.73 ± 51.97) kU/L, (5.80 ± 1.76)μmol/L, (40.78±4.86)μmol/L, (19.33±4.79)μmol/L, (23.94±3.18) kg/m2, (89.57±10.23) cm, (24.10± 3.01) cm, (18.38 ± 3.79)mm respectively. In the experimental group: they were (8.76 ± 2.77) mmol/L, (10.63 ± 1.76) mmol/L, (7.96 ± 1.86)%, (357.29 ± 60.04) kU/L, (5.26 ± 1.33)μmol/L, (44.01 ± 7.06)μmol/L, (21.58 ± 5.25) μmol/L, (22.93 ± 2.75) kg/m2, (86.05 ± 10.79) cm, (22.75 ± 2.86) cm, (16.98 ± 4.48) mm respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups after intervention (t=2.049-3.769, all P < 0.05). In the experimental group, the improvement of blood sugar, oxidative stress and anthropometry was better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions LGI combined with LGL diet intervention is better than the traditional method of food interchange, the blood glucose, oxidative stress and anthropometric indicators have improved, which can improve treatment efficacy in type 2 diabetes and easy for home self-management.
9.CT Guided Interventional Treatment of Intracranial Hematoma

Objective To investigate the value of CT guided interventional treatment in intracranial hematoma.Methods There were 108 cases with intracranial hematoma(30~100 ml,average of 50 ml) in our hospital from 2000~2003.Among them,58 cases were located in putamen,6 cases in subcortial,4 cases in thalamus,4 cases in cerebella,12 cases were traumatic eprdural hematoma and 12 cases were subdural hematoma.The table distance of the aspirated slice was the sum of table distance at the slice of the maximum hematoma and half slice thickness.It was considered successful for CT guided aspiration if the distance between the front of aspiration needle and the center ofthe biggest hematoma was not more than 1mm and it was regarded effective,when the patients' lives were saved and their life quality was improved.Results The success rate of CT guided aspiration was 99.8%.The effective rate of hypertensive intracerebralhemorrhage located in putamen,subcortial and thalamus was 94.3%.The effective rate of CT guided interventional treatment for cerebellar hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage above 30ml was 0,the cure rate of traumatic epidural and subdural hematoma was 97.2%.Conclusion The effect of CT guided interventional treatment of intracranial hematoma is well except for cerebellar hematoma.
10.Rigid choledochoscopy via biliary fistula tracts to remove bile duct stones

Objective To study the indications,feasibility and efficacy of rigid choledochoscopy via biliary fistula tracts to remove bile duct stones.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 86 patients with bile duct stones treated with rigid choledochoscopy via biliary fistula tracts at our hospital between November 2011 and July 2016.Patients with bile duct stones were divided into the percutaneous transhepatic cholangio drainage (PTCD) group and the T tube tract group.There were 40 patients who underwent lithotomy using rigid choledochoscopy via the PTCD tract and 46 patients who underwent choledocholithotomy using rigid choledochoscopy via the T-tube tract.A comparison was conducted to compare the duration of the procedures,the amount of perioperative bleeding,the postoperative complication rates and residual stone rates between the two groups.Results In the PTCD group,the average operation time was (77.0 ± 36.5) min,the amount of perioperative bleeding was (26.5 ± 54.1) ml,and the postoperative complication rate was 37.5 % (15/40).Complete lithotomy in one-stage was successful in 33 patients,and in two-stages in 1 patient.The residual stone rate was 15.0% (6/40).In the T tube tract group,the average operation time was (82.5 ± 44.1) min,the amount of perioperative bleeding was (14.8 ± 21.0) ml,and the postoperative complication rate was 32.6% (15/46).Complete lithotomy in one-stage was successful in 34 patients,and two-stages in 2 patients.The residual stone rate was 21.7% (10/46).There were no significant differences in the residual stone rates,complication rates and operation time between the two groups (P > 0.05).The amount of operative bleeding was significantly better in the T tube tract group than the PTCD group,(P < 0.05).Conclusions There was no significant differences in the clinical efficacy in the treatment of bile duct stones using choledochoscopy either via the PTCD tract or the T tube tract group.Both approaches can be used for bile duct stones.
