Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2014;(1):12-14,33
The factors influencing public access to life science information were analyzed from its scope, cost, chan-nels, mechanisms and laws with suggestions put forward for the access to life science information without any barrier.
2.Pathogenesis and treatment of chronic myeloid leukemia: current status
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2016;25(8):509-512
Chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) is a malignant clonal proliferative disease, which originates from multifunctional hematopoietic stem cells of bone marrow.Imatinib is used as the first-line treatment for CML currently, owing to its obvious curative effect for patients in chronic phase and survival time prolonged significantly for patients in accelerated phase and blast crisis. With the long-term application of imatinib in clinic, the drug resistance and intolerance gradually appear, resulting in decreased long-term effects of CML.This paper will review the current status of the pathogenesis and treatment of CML.
3.Investigation on Antithrombotic Effects of Polydatin
Journal of Kunming Medical University 1989;0(01):-
Objective To investigate the antithrombotic effects of polydatin. Methods Injection of arachidonic acid into mouse, electrically stimulated carotid artery and inferior vein ligation in rats were used to evaluate polydatins antithrombotic effects respectively. Results Polydatin presented obvious antithrombotic effects in three thrombotic models and showed a good dose-effect relationship. Conclusion It is suggested that polydatin has evident antithrombotic effects in artery, vein and micro-circulation.
5.Hospital Infections among Parturients An Investigation and Analysis
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(12):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the risk factors of hospital infection among parturients to put forward prevention measures.METHODS The infection cases among parturients in our hospital 2005-2007 were analyzed by retrospective survey.RESULTS The first three infections sites were upper respiratory tract(29.79%);surgical incision(28.72%) and urinary tract(21.28%).The main factor for upper respiratory tract infetion was the traditional postnatal recovering modality.Surgical incision infections were mainly perineum ones.Catheterization after the caesarean operation led to urinary tract infection.CONCLUSIONS Postnatal recovery by scientific modality, aseptic operation and strict infection management are the keys to preventing obstetrical infections.
6.Analysis of Bilingual Medical Education on the Basis of Language Teaching Rules
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2005;0(06):-
This article analyzed today's condition of medical bilingual education in our country, considering that the problems lie in the uneven levels of teaching and the deficiency of the environment for language learning and practicing. It put forward a device to set up graded goals and syllabus for bilingual medical education and some methods to create the environment of medical English learning and practicing.

8.CONNECTIONS BET WEEN VESICULAR GLUTAMATE TRANSPORTERS-,GAD-LIKE IMMUNOREACTIVE TERMINALS AND GABA_A RECEPTOR ?3 SUBUNIT- LIKE POSITIVE NEURONS IN MESENCEPHALIC TRIGEMINAL NUCLEUS OF THE RAT
Acta Anatomica Sinica 2002;0(06):-
Objective To observe the association of vesicular glutamate transporter of typeⅠ (VGluT1 ) like immunoreactive(LI) ,the differentiation-associated Na+ dependent inorganic phosphate cotransporter(DNPI) LI and glutami cacid decarboxy lase(GAD) LI terminals with GABAA receptor ?3 subunit(GABAAR ?3) LI neurons in mesencephalic trige minal nucleus of the rat. Methods Triple immun of luorescencehis to chemical staining technique and confo call aser scanning micros copy were used. Results Alargenumber of neuronal cell bodies showed GABAA R?3 LI immunoreactivity atallrostrocaudal level softhe Vme ,and most of GABAAR ?3 LI cells were large (2 5 5 0 ?m)pseudouni polarneurons. The dense VGluT1 LI,DNPL LI and GAD LIterminal sdistri buted widelyin Vme ,some VGlu T1 DNPI LI and GAD LIterminals surrounded the somata of the GABAAR ?3 LI Vmeneurons ,and made close contacts with them .Conclusion Proprioceptive sensory signals from the or of acialregionmight be modulated at the level of the primary afferent cell bodies in the Vme both by glutamatergic and GABAergic axonal terminals from other brain areas, and the effect of GABAergic terminals might be mediated by post synaptical GABAA receptors .
9.The influence factors and the countermeasures of the clinical practice teaching in respiratory medicine
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2011;10(8):934-936
Medical clinical practice plays an important role in medical education, which influences the quality of medical peoples. In clinical practice teaching of respiratory medicine, many factors have a major impact on the quality of training. This article focuses on chnical practice teaching in influence factors and puts forward some countermeasures.
10.Clinical application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in diagnosis of liver and spleen trauma
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(16):2189-2191
ObjectiveTo discuss clinical application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) technology in the diagnosis of liver and spleen trauma. MethodsRetrospective analysis 25 cases of liver and spleen trauma patients, the conventional ultrasonic CEUS complete material, analysis of the liver and spleen damage CEUS performance, and with surgery and computed tomography(CT) strengthen comparative analysis of the sensitivity of the conventional ultrasonic, CEUS, specific degree and the classification accuracy. ResultsAmong the surgery or CT confirmed 23 cases for liver and spleen rupture, the pure 8 cases liver, injury 13 cases of pure spleen rupture ,liver and spleen composite injury in 2 cases. And surgery or CT comparison, the sensitivity of the CEUS and specific degrees were 90.5% and 66.7% ,significantly higher than conventional ultrasound 59. 1% and 33.3% (P <0.05) ;CEUS classification was 91.3% (21/23), significantly higher than the rules of ultrasound was 65.2% ( 15/23 ), both differences were statistically significant( P < 0.05). ConclusionCEUS diagnosis liver and spleen, due to the sensitivity of the damage degree high, and the classification accuracy was higher, the diagnosis to accurately evaluate the extent of the damage to the liver and spleen in liver and spleen, the loss of the diagnosis and treatment of clinical guidelines choice had important value of clinical application.
