OBJECTIVE :To develop a RP-HPLC method for determination of minocycline concentration in human plasma.METHODS:Chromatographic separation has been achieved on C18 column with acetonitrile-H2O-TFA(15∶85∶0.1)as the mobile phase, and oxytetracycline as internal standard. The detection wavelength was 350nm.The minocycline was extracted from buffered plasma(pH=6.5)by ethyl- acetate, and quantified by the ratio of minocycline peak area to that of internal standard.RESULTS :The linear range of minocycline detection concentration was 0.05~8?g/ml(r=0.9 999).The minimum detection concentration was 0.02?g/ml with an average recovery of 101.89% .The inter and intra-day RSD were both less than 5%.CONCLUSION :The present method is simple, rapid and accurate for determination of minocycline in human plasma.

OBJECTIVE: To propose a HPLC method for quantitative assessment of cilostazol in human plasma. METHODS: Chromatogram column was C18(150mm?4.6mm, 5?m), mobile phases were acetonitrile-water(40∶60,V/V), the flow rate was 1.4ml/min,determined wavelength was 254nm. RESULTS: Cilostazol concentration was in the linear range of 25~2000ng/ml(r=0.9 999)with the lowest determinable concentration of 12.5ng/ml,recoveries of cilostazol from plasma were 99.99%~101.44%,the relative standard variation of intra-day and inter-day were 0.20%~2.90% and 0.19%~2.13%(n=5) respectively. CONCLUSIONS: This method is s simple, convenient, accurate, and applicable for study of pharmacokinetics of cilostazol in clinic.

Objective To built up the ERP model, measure mode and P300 potential reference standard in mice with vascular dementia(VD),and characterize the P300 potential in mice with VD.Methods Fortyeight mice were randomly divided into a normal group.sham operation group and a VD group. The mice in the Vd group were subject to repetitive ischemia and reperfusion by using the ligation of bilateral common carotid arteries so as to establish the VD model. The behavioral abnormalities were investigated by step-down test and water maze test. The N2 and P3 components of P300 potentials were also recorded. Results It was shown that the learning and memory abilities as reflected by the step down test and water maze test scores were decrease in mice in the VD group when compared with those in the normal group and sham operation group(P<0.05).The N2 and P3 latencies significantly prolonged(P<0.01)and P3 amplitudes decreased(P<0.05)in VD group as well. Conclusions In VD mice, there is a significant prolongation of the P300 potential latency and a significant decrease of learning and memory abilities.Recordings of P300 from unanesthetized mice could be an objective,non-invasive,quantitative and valuable electrophysiological method for studying the cognitive function of VD mice.

Objective To explore the relationship between the polymophisms of interleukin?17 (IL?17)?197A/G and the outcomes of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infections. Methods The polymorphism of genotypes and al?leles of IL?17?197A/G in 222 chronic HBV infected patients and 88 HBV infected ones as controls. The contains of serum HBV DNA were detected using PCR combined with DNA amplification in vitro, serum IL?17 expression was detected with ELISA and genotype and allele frequency of IL?17?197A/G locus was detected by Beckman SNP kit. Results There was a significant difference in the serum IL?17 expression (F=158.1, r2=0.61, P<0.000 1) among all the groups. For IL?17?197A/G, there were significant differences for the comparison between the two groups, and the frequency of AA genotype was 47.72%in liver cirrhosis group. Moreover, the highest frequency of GG was in HBV clear?ance group (74.81%);and the lowest group was in chronic HBV liver cirrohosis group (19.05%). Conclusion IL?17?197A/G AA genotype and allele might be associated with susceptibility of HBV infection in Han population in Hei?bei Province.

Objective To establish a numerical model of the shear module of alginate beads stimulated by ultrasonic sound. Methods The compression ratio and force of alginate beads were recorded with the compression test .The shear module of beads was measured with a Hertz model .When to alginate beads were stimulated ultrasonically for different durations , the ultrasonic stimulation power , ultrasonic pulse ratio , and changes in the shear module and solution temperature were measured. Results Temperatures in the solution and shear module of alginate beads increased under different ultrasonic stimulation conditions .Modeling analysis revealed the relationship between the shear module of alginate beads and the corresponding temperature .The shear module of beads was in a quadratic equation with temperature (20℃

By referring to the management model of chief residents, the system of chief resident pharmacists is established to promote the training of clinical pharmacists and the construction of clinical pharmacy disciplines. Professional clinical pharmacists are elected to be the chief resident pharmacists, who are designated based on qualification for application, appointment procedures, scope of responsibilities and job description. The establishment and implementation of the chief resident pharmacist system plays a positive role on the team building of high-quality clinical pharmacists, accelerating the development of clinical pharmacy disciplines. It can serve as an important measure to further strengthening the construction of clinical pharmacists system.

Estrogen is an important hormone secreted by the female reproductive system. Its main function is associated with reproduction, growth and development. Studies have shown that estrogen has biological functions such as regulating vasoconstriction, antioxidant stress, anti-inflammatory and neuroprotection, and also affects brain structure and network. Studies have shown that estrogen is closely associated with the occurrence and development of white matter hyperintensities (WMHs). This article reviews the relationship between estrogen and menopausal hormone replacement therapy and WMHs, and their possible pathophysiological mechanisms.
