ObjectiveTo explore the application effect of the quantization table of nursing practice risk in clinical teaching of nursing students. MethodsThe quantization table of nursing practice risk was designed.106 intemships were selected as the control group in our hospital from June 2008 to April 2009,the original nursing practice risk management measures were implemented in the control group.105 internships from June 2009 to April 2010 were set as the observation group, the quantization table of nursing practice risk was applied in this group. The risk awareness, nursing defects and other indices were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe risk awareness, operation assessment, percentage of nursing defects and blood- borne occupational exposure were significantly better than the control group. ConclusionsApplication of the quantization table can improve the risk awareness of nursing students and teaching quality, and safeguard nursing safety.

Objective To study the protective effect of hyperin( Hyp) on the acute liver injury in rats induced by CCl4 . Methods The acute liver injury model was induced by CCl4 . The effect of Hyp on acute liver injury of rat liver histopathology was observed;and the impact of changes of homogenates total superoxide dismutase ( T-SOD) ,glutathione ( GSH) activity and malondialdehyde ( MDA) in liver were de-tected. Results The acute liver injury of tissue induced by CCl4,apparent pathological inflammation and fibrous tissue degeneration and necrosis were observed by HE staining; At the high doses of 60 mg/kg and medium doses of 30 mg/kg treated by Hyp,liver pathology changes was significantly obvious. The T-SOD,GSH activity of liver tissue was significantly increased in the groups of Hyp treatment,MDA content was significantly decreased, which related to the dosages. Conclusion In the rat model of acute liver injury induced by CCl4 . A better therapeu-tic effect of Hyp was shown, the mechanism may be related to its antioxidant activity.

Objective:To retrieve, evaluate, and integrate domestic and foreign evidence on the prevention of central venous access device medical adhesive-related skin injury (CVAD-MARSI) , and analyze and summarize the best evidence, so as to provide a reference for establishing a sound intravenous infusion treatment system and CVAD-MARSI management mechanism.Methods:Evidence-based nursing methods were applied, and the evidence on the prevention of CVAD-MARSI in British Medical Journal (BMJ) Best Practice, UpToDate, Australia Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Evidence-Based Practice Database, Canada Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario, Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network, National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence, Cochrane Library, Intravenous Nurses Society, PubMed, Medlive, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database, Wanfang Data, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) was retrieved according to the "6S" model system. The evidence included guidelines, best practices, systematic reviews, expert consensus, and evidence summary. The search time limit was from January 1, 2011 to February 1, 2021. Two researchers independently completed the quality evaluation of the included literature, and carried out the evidence extraction and summary of literature that met the quality standards. Results:A total of 10 articles were included, including 3 guidelines, 1 systematic review, 5 expert consensuses, and 1 evidence summary. The best evidence covered 5 aspects including patient evaluation, skin preparation, dressing use, improvement of comfort, and organization management, with a total of 26 pieces of evidence. Conclusions:Clinical medical and nursing staff can take measures in terms of patient evaluation, skin preparation, dressing use, improvement of comfort, and organization management. In the process of evidence application, the best targeted evidence should be selected combined with the clinical situation, so as to reduce the harm of CVAD-MARSI.

ObjectiveTo analyze the feasibility, reliability and validity of the disability assessment for dementia scale for the elderly. MethodsA total of 290 dementia patients from 17 survey sites in 13 districts and counties of Chengdu were enrolled by convenient sampling method, and they were assessed using demographic data inventory, Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE), Neuropsychiatric Inventory (NPI), Physical Self-Maintenance Scale (PSMS) and disability assessment for dementia scale for the elderly. Cronbach's α coefficient, Spearman-Brown coefficient, Guttman split-half coefficient and test-retest reliability were used to evaluate the internal consistency of above scales. Criterion-related validity of the scale was analyzed based on MMSE, NPI and PSMS. ResultsA total of 276 patients (95.17%) completed valid questionnaires. The intraclass correlation coefficient of the total score and each dimension were between 0.828~0.976, the Spearman-Brown coefficient were between 0.790~0.917, the Guttman split-half coefficient were between 0.812~0.857, and the Cronbach’s α coefficient were between 0.737~0.886. The cognitive function dimension score was positively correlated with the MMSE score (r=0.948, P<0.01), the mental behavior symptom dimension score was positively correlated with the NPI score (r=0.893, P<0.01), and the daily living ability dimension score was positively correlated with the PSMS score (r=0.997, P<0.01). The dimensions scores were positively correlated with the total score of the scale (r=0.634~0.841, P<0.05). ConclusionDisability of dementia assessment scale has good feasibility, reliability and validity, which is a reliable tool to assess senile dementia and disability.

Chinese Journal of Trauma 2024;40(10):865-881
Patients with severe trauma require an extremely timely treatment and transfusion plays an irreplaceable role in the emergency treatment of such patients. An increasing number of evidence-based medicinal evidences and clinical practices suggest that patients with severe traumatic bleeding benefit from early transfusion of low-titer group O whole blood or hemostatic resuscitation with red blood cells, plasma and platelet of a balanced ratio. However, the current domestic mode of blood supply cannot fully meet the requirements of timely and effective blood transfusion for emergency treatment of patients with severe trauma in clinical practice. In order to solve the key problems in blood supply and blood transfusion strategies for emergency treatment of severe trauma, Branch of Clinical Transfusion Medicine of Chinese Medical Association, Group for Trauma Emergency Care and Multiple Injuries of Trauma Branch of Chinese Medical Association, Young Scholar Group of Disaster Medicine Branch of Chinese Medical Association organized domestic experts of blood transfusion medicine and trauma treatment to jointly formulate Chinese expert consensus on blood support mode and blood transfusion strategies for emergency treatment of severe trauma patients ( version 2024). Based on the evidence-based medical evidence and Delphi method of expert consultation and voting, 10 recommendations were put forward from two aspects of blood support mode and transfusion strategies, aiming to provide a reference for transfusion resuscitation in the emergency treatment of severe trauma and further improve the success rate of treatment of patients with severe trauma.
