Objective To explore the diagnostic consistency and correlation between MR discography (MRD) and CT discography (CTD) in diagnosing chronic low back pain. Methods Guided by C - arm fluoroscopy the mixed solution of gadoterate meglumine (GD-DOTA) and Iohexol (GD-DOTA at a dilution of 1 ∶ 400 with Iohexol) was injected into 96 lumbar intervertebral discs of the 36 patients. CT scanning was performed at 15 minutes after the injection of contrast, and axial together with sagittal SE T1WI MR scanning was carried out one hour after the injection. CTD and MRD images were randomly numbered and were independently evaluated by two experienced radiologists according to Dallas discogram scale in order to assess the diagnostic consistency and correlation between (MRD) and (CTD). In addition the diagnostic value of MRD was evaluated. Results The results revealed that in determining disc degeneration grade CTD and MRD were highly consistent with each other(Kappa = 0.836, P < 0.01), and the diagnostic results judged by the two reviewers were essentially in agreement (ICC = 1.00, P < 0.01; r = 0.997, P < 0.01). Higher consistency (Kappa = 0.836, P < 0.01) and correlation(ICC = 0.90, P < 0.01; r = 0.869, P < 0.01; Kappa =0.836, P < 0.01) in determining annulus rupture extent were also obtained. Conclusion MRD is an accurate diagnostic method for the determination of disc degeneration and the severity of annulus rupture, and this technique has greater consistency and correlation with CTD in diagnosing chronic low back pain.

BACKGROUND:Rapid prototyping technique has been recently applied in the medical reconstruction and al ows the production of individual implant for patients with tissue defects, achieving an accurate repair.
OBJECTIVE:To repair discontinuous mandibular defects in dogs using rapid prototyped titanium plate in combination with autologous cancellous bone graft.
METHODS:Nine hybrid canines were used, and the skul was scanned using spiral CT. Then CT data were used to construct three-dimensional digital model, in which virtual partial mandibulectomy was performed, and an individualized bone-grafting plate was designed. A titanium plate was manufactured using rapid prototyping and titanium casting. Animal experiment was then performed. A 40-mm discontinuous defect in the right mandibular body was created in the involved dogs. The defect was restored immediately using the customized plate in combination with autologous cancellous iliac blocks. Sequential radionuclide bone imaging, biomechanical testing, three-dimensional microcomputed tomographic scanning, radiology and histological examination were used to evaluate the turnover of the grafts.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:A symmetric mandible was reconstructed using the rapid prototyped grafting plate. The grafted bone survived and got corticalized, while a fibrous intermedium was found between the bone graft and the plate. In the reconstruction of mandibular defects, optimal functional and aesthetic outcomes could be achieved using the rapid prototyped grafting plates.

?? [Abstract]? Objective? To construct a prenatal care information platform based on "Five-color Management" to improve the health of pregnant women. Methods? From January to February 2018, we selected 152 pregnant women under perinatal care in obstetrical outpatient department and 138 medical workers in obstetrical department at three Class Ⅲ hospitals in He'nan as subjects. Platform contents and functions were determined by literature review, questionnaire survey and expert group meeting. Questionnaire survey adopted the method of convenience sampling. Results? The recovery rate of the pregnant women version and doctor-nurse version of platform content and function demands questionnaire was 97.37% and 98.57% respectively. The plan first draft was developed based on questionnaire survey. Finally, the platform set three-level management content, five color grade and eight function modules by rounds of expert group meeting. Conclusions? The prenatal care information platform has a strict construction method and highly accords with the demands of pregnant women and doctor-nurse. The platform has a strong operability which realizes the high-efficient management for pregnant women and improves the health of pregnant women.

Objective:To develop a family-involved institutional care behavior scale for the elderly and provide a tool for assessing the status quo and level of long-term institutional care for the elderly involving the family. Methods:From December 2018 to July 2019, based on the theory of balance and responsibility sharing and the conceptual model of family participation, the dimensions and item pools of the family-involved institutional care behavior scale for the elderly were constructed through literature review, semi-structured interviews and expert group meetings. Totally 18 experts from 11 provinces and cities in China related to this field were selected, and the Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of consultations by correspondence. The active coefficient, authoritative coefficient, Kendall's W of experts, and the coefficient of variation, the importance score of items, the full score rate were calculated. Results:In the first and second rounds of consultations by correspondence, the positive coefficients of the experts were 90% and 100%; the authority coefficient was 0.925; and the Kendall's W were 0.160 and 0.287, respectively (both P<0.01) ; the coefficients of variation were 0.10-0.31 and 0.05-0.24; the importance score of items were 3.67-4.78 and 3.78-4.97. Finally, the family-involved institutional care behavior scale for the elderly including 6 dimensions and 35 items were constructed. Conclusions:The construction of the family-involved institutional care behavior scale for the elderly is reliable and robust, which can provide a reference for further developing the content of family participation in care institutions for the elderly and improving the quality of life in the elderly.

Seed quality plays an important role in the agricultural and animal husbandry production, the effective utilization of genetic resources, the conservation of biodiversity and the restoration and reconstruction of plant communities. Seed aging is a common physiological phenomenon during storage. It is a natural irreversible process that occurs and develops along with the extension of seed storage time. It is not only related to the growth, yield and quality of seed and seedling establishment, but also has an important effect on the conservation, utilization and development of plant germplasm resources. The physiological mechanisms of seed aging are complex and diverse. Most studies focus on conventional physiological characterization, while systematic and comprehensive in-depth studies are lacking. Here we review the recent advances in understanding the physiology of seed aging process, including the methods of seed aging, the effect of aging on seed germination, and the physiological and molecular mechanisms of seed aging. The change of multiple physiological parameters, including seed vigor, electrical conductivity, malondialdehyde content and storage material in the seed, antioxidant enzyme activity and mitochondrial structure, were summarized. Moreover, insights into the mechanism of seed aging from the aspects of transcriptome, proteome and aging related gene function were summarized. This study may facilitate the research of seed biology and the conservation and utilization of germplasm resources.
