Objective To evaluate the dinical value of MCA and UtA Doppler parameters for the predication of fetus hypoxia. Methods407 singleton pregnancies at the third trimester were underwent Color Doppler,of which 67 cases were in high risk group and 340 cases were in control group.UtA-PI、UtA-RI、UtA-S/D、MCA-PI、MCA-RI and MCA-S/D were all measured. The ratio of UtA to MCA was calculated. All parameters were analyzed. ResultsIn high risk group,UtA-PI,UmA-RI and UtA-S/D were all higher than that in control group(all P<0.01),MCA-PI is lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the ratio of UtA to MCA was higher than that in control group(all P<0.01).By the standards of(UtA/MCA)-PI ≥ 0.72,(UtA/MCA)-RI ≥ 0.81,and(UtA/MCA)-S/D ≥ 0.74,the predication sensitivity of fetus hypoxia was 63.3%,and the specificity was 90.2%. ConclusionThe ratio of UtA to MCA could predict fetus hypoxia.

Objective To observe the influence of routine statins drugs combined with Guanxin Danshen (Coronary Salvia Root)Gutta Pills and Chuanxinlian(Andrographitis)Tablet on serum inflammatory markers and blood fat in patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS)after percutaneous coronary inter-vention(PCI).Methods ACS patient(n=40)were randomly divided into control group and treatment group(each n=20)after PCI.The control group was treated with basic therapy of Western medicine and statins, and treatment group was additionally given Guanxin Danshen Gutta Pills and Chuanxinlian Tablet for 30 d.The levels of serum high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)and blood fat were detected by using ELISA,and integrals of blood stasis pattern were calculat-ed.Results The levels of hs-CRP and TNF-αdecreased significantly in 2 groups after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01), and difference between 2 groups had statistical significance after treatment(P<0.01).The level of serum total cholesterol(TC)decreased significantly and level of high-density lipo-protein-cholesterol(HDL-C increased in treatment group(P<0.05).The integrals of blood stasis pat-tern decreased significantly in treatment group after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Guanxin Dan-shen Gutta Pills and Chuanxinlian Tablet, with effects of activating blood and removing toxicity, can fur-ther reduce the levels of inflammatory markers, hs-CRP and TNF-α, relieve blood stasis and assist to control blood fat in patients with ACS after PCI.

Objective To summarize the best evidence of nutritional support therapy with food for special medi-cal purpose for patients undergoing adjuvant chemotherapy after oncology surgery, and to provide a reference basis for standardizing the application of food for special medical purpose and guiding clinical nutritional therapy practice for oncology patients. Methods Computer search was conducted on UpToDate,Guidelines International Network(GIN),National Guideline Clearinghouse,National Comprehensive Cancer Network,National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence,Oncology Nursing Society,American Society for Parenteral Enteral Nutrition,European Society for Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism,Chinese Society for Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition,Joanna Briggs Institute Evidence-Based Health Care Centre database,Cochrane Library,PubMed,CINAHL,Scopus,Web of Science,Em-base,CBM,Wanfang,and China Knowledge Network on the nutritional support treatment of food for special medical purpose for postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy patients. The retrieval period was from January 2012 to August 2022.Quality evaluation of the literature was completed independently by 2 evidence-based trained researchers and combined with expert advice to extract and summarise evidence for the literature that met quality standards. Results A total of 14 articles were included, including 4 guidelines,1 clinical decision,2 systematic re views,4 expert consen-suses,and 3 randomized controlled trials. The 14 pieces of best evidence were compiled, covering 6 aspects of nu-tritional screening and assessment, nutritional education, recommended dose, formulation selection, nutritional treat-ment,and management of adverse effects. Conclusion This study summarises the best evidence on the nutritional management of food for special medical purpose in postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy patients with cancer, which is scientific and systematic. When administering nutritional therapy to patients, healthcare professionals should fully assess the nutritional status of patients, make clear and prudent choices on the dosage and type of food for special medical puipose to be used by patients, and guide patients to improve their nutritional status safely and effectively to improve their quality of life.To improve the quality of life.

OBJECTIVETo perform a prospective, multicenter, open, randomized study to determine a treatment regimen for treatment-naive patients with refractory chronic hepatitis C (RHC) using the predictive value (PV) of early virological response (EVR).
METHODSA total of 438 patients from 18 hospitals were recruited between December 2008 and December 2010 and administered peg-interferon/ribavirin treatment for 12 weeks. Patients who achieved complete EVR (cEVR) were assigned to group A for a 48-week course of treatment, while patients without cEVR were randomly allocated to either group B 1 for a 72-week course of treatment or to group B2 for a 96-week course of treatment. Serum hepatitis C virus RNA levels at baseline, treatment weeks 4, 12 and 24, end of treatment, and post-treatment week 24 were measured and used to evaluate the efficiency of therapy.
RESULTSThe overall sustained virological response (SVR) rate was 85.1%. In all, 91.0% of patients achieved cEVR and were assigned to group A, which had an SVR rate of 90.8%. There was no statistically significant difference in the SVR rates of groups B1 and B2 (29.4% vs. 25.0%, P more than 0.05). The positive PV of rapid virological response (RVR), cEVR and delayed virological response (DVR) for SVR was 93.4%, 90.8% and 77.8% respectively, and the negative PV of RVR, EVR and DVR for SVR was 28.0%, 93.3% and 100% respectively. Overall, 66.9% of the patients experienced adverse events (AEs), but only 1.9% of patients experienced sevcre AEs.
CONCLUSIONThe majority of Chinese RHC treatmentna(i)ve patients (91.0%) can achieve cEVR and a high SVR rate with a low rate of severe AEs using the cEVR guided personal treatment regimen.

Anoctamin 1 (ANO1) is a kind of calcium-activated chloride channel involved in nerve depolarization. ANO1 inhibitors display significant analgesic activity by the local peripheral and intrathecal administration. In this study, several thiophenecarboxylic acid and benzoic acid derivatives were identified as novel ANO1 inhibitors through the shape-based virtual screening, among which the 4-arylthiophene-3-carboxylic acid analogues with the best ANO1 inhibitory activity were designed, synthesized and compound
