Objective To explore the clinical value of measuring myoglobin (MYO) for the early diagnosis of ACS and monitoring the effect of thrombolysis. Methods MYO and cTnT, CK、CK-MB were measured. The sensitivity, specificity, positive predicting value and negative predicting value of cTnT and CK-MB at different time points were studied. And the correlation was investigated between the MYO plasma level and the severity of coronary artery lesion according to coronary arteriongraphy. The changes of MYO level with thrombolysis were also observed. Results The concentration of MYO, cTnT, CK, CK-MB in acute myocardial infarction patients were (56?34)?g/L, (0. 05?0. 03 )?g/L,(94?84) U/L,(17?13) U/L respectively, which were higher than that in the healthy controls(P 0. 05). The level of MYO rises to the peak at 5. 26 hours after operating thrombolysis. The peak time was earlier than CK and CK-MB (P

Objective To investigate the effects of preoperative parecoxib on the levels of inter-leukin 6 (IL-6)and postoperative analgesia for breast surgery. Methods Sixty breast cancer patients undergoing mastectomy were randomly divided into two groups:parecoxib group (group P)and con-trol group (group C),n=30 in each group. All patients received sevoflurane and fentanyl anesthesia. Group P was injected parecoxib 40 mg at 10 minutes before induction of anesthesia, meanwhile group C was injected saline 5 ml.All patients received postoperative patient-controlled intravenous analgesia (PCIA)with fentanyl.VAS scores for pain were assessed at postoperative 2,4,8,12,24 hours. The serum levels of IL-6 were measured by ELISA at 10 minutes before induction,4 h,8 h,and 24 h after surgery. Results Group P had lower VAS scores than group C at 2-12 h after surgery (P <0.05).Compared with 10 minutes before induction, the levels of IL-6 increased significantly at post-operative 4,8,24 h in two groups (P<0.01),while group P had lower levels of IL-6 than group C (P <0.01).Conclusion Preoperative administration of parecoxib has a stronger analgesic effect in breast cancer patients after mastectomy, and decreases the levels of IL-6.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(02):-
In order to research into the relationship between atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP), aldosterone (Aldo) and pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH), as well as normal pregnancy, the plasma concentrations of ANP and Aldo from normal pregnant women. PIH patients and their fetuses were measured by radioimmunoassay. It was found that maternal venous Aldo and ANP were higher in normal pregnant women than those in non-pregnant women. The plasma ANP was higher in PIH patients than that in normal pregnant women while plasma Aldo was lower. The plasma concentration of ANP was higher in the fetuses of PIH patients than that in the normal controls, but Aldo was lower. It is concluded that ANP concentration correlates significantly to the severity of PIH, and may be used for an early diagnosis of PIH.

Chinese Journal of Industrial Hygiene and Occupational Diseases 2018;36(1):18-21
Objective:
To evaluate the occupational health risk of decorative coating manufacturing enterprises and to explore the applicability of occupational hazard risk index model in the health risk assessment, so as to provide basis for the health management of enterprises.
Methods:
A decorative coating manufacturing enterprise in Hebei Province was chosen as research object, following the types of occupational hazards and contact patterns, the occupational hazard risk index model was used to evaluate occupational health risk factors of occupational hazards in the key positions of the decorative coating manufacturing enterprise, and measured with workplace test results and occupational health examination.
Results:
The positions of oily painters, water-borne painters, filling workers and packers who contacted noise were moderate harm. And positions of color workers who contacted chromic acid salts, oily painters who contacted butyl acetate were mild harm. Other positions were harmless. The abnormal rate of contacting noise in physical examination results was 6.25%, and the abnormality was not checked by other risk factors.
Conclusion
The occupational hazard risk index model can be used in the occupational health risk assessment of decorative coating manufacturing enterprises, and noise was the key harzard among occupational harzards in this enterprise.

Objective:To explore the impact of King's theory of goal attainment combined with goal setting on the effect of standardized training of general practitioners. Methods:A total of 39 general practitioners who underwent the standardized training in The Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2019 to January 2020 were classified as control group, and traditional teaching was adopted. Another 42 general practitioners who underwent the training in The Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University during the same period were classified as a research group, and the teaching based on King's theory of goal attainment combined with goal setting was adopted. The theoretical knowledge and operational skills scores, changes in clinical comprehensive ability before and after the training, and teaching recognition were compared between the two groups. SPSS 25.0 was used for t test and chi-square test. Results:After the training, the scores of theoretical knowledge and operation skills of the research group were both higher than those of the control group [(92.83±5.62) vs. (85.47±12.11); (90.15±7.22) vs.(83.36±11.24)]. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of inquiry and communication ability, problem-solving ability, general medical thinking ability, interpretation ability of auxiliary examination results, clinical analysis and decision-making ability, team cooperation ability, community common disease diagnosis and treatment ability and humanistic care ability before the training ( P>0.05); the above scores were all improved after the training ( P<0.05), and the above scores of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P<0.05). The total recognition of teaching in the research group was 95.24%(40/42), which was significantly higher than that 76.92%(30/39) in the control group ( P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of King's theory of goal attainment combined with goal setting in standardized training of general practitioners can effectively improve the level of general practitioners' theoretical knowledge, operational skills, clinical comprehensive ability and recognition of teaching.
