Neijing was a early medical classic existing in China and had a deep influence on the formation of traditional Chinese medicine. Besides, Neijing was also an ancient philosophic works, in which the severe view of heaven was recorded, laying a sound basis for the development of TCM. It would have great significance for health cultivation of patients with chronic liver diseases to analyze the theory on relation between human and nature recorded in Neijing and to absorb its rational contents.
2.Evaluation of the effects of health education on endemic fluorosis in Jiangsu Province in 2012

Objective To evaluate the effect of health education on endemic fluorosis in Jiangsu Province,and to provide reference data for the further prevention and control.Methods In 2012,according to the past prevalence of endemic fluorosis in Jiangsu Province,a total of 12 counties (districts) were selected,and 3 townships were chosen in each project county.Health educational activities were carried out iu the classes of grade 4-6 in the central primary school.In the meantime,3 villages were chosen in each selected township where the health educational activities in the community were carried out.Before and after the health education activitics,thirty students in one class of the fifth grade in the central primary school were extracted,and 15 housewives near the central primary school were extracted too.Questionnaire surveys on knowledge of endemic fluorosis were conducted in each project country.Results After the health educational activities,the number of questions of knowledge awareness in the students and the housewives was 3 240,1 620; the number of correct answer was 3 101,1 501;the rates were 95.71% and 92.65% respectively,and increased significantly compared with those before the intervention [65.52% (2 123/3 240),68.64% (1 112/1 620)],the differences were significant (x2=944.480,299.160,all P < 0.05).Before the health educational activities,the rate of knowledge awarenes in the students was lower than that in the housewives (x2 =4.714,P < 0.05).After the health educational activities,the rate of knowledge awareness in the students was higher than that in the housewives,the difference was significant (x2 =20.055,P < 0.05).Conclusion The rates of knowledge awareness in the students and the housewives are increased significantly after the health educational activities,and the expected goal is reached.
3.Correlation factors and therapeutic strategies for refractory ulcer

Refractory ulcer is a commonly seen disease clinically. We believe the therapeutic strategies for refractory ulcer should include changing life style, standardizing medication, tracing observation, and rechecking in regularity. Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine can be used for the treatment. When the therapeutic effect is not good, diagnosis and therapeutic methods need to be re-judged.Local therapy and operation can be performed if necessary.
4.Outcome analysis of drinking-water type endemic fluorosis in Jiangsu in 2012

Objective To know the state of endemic fluorosis,running state of water improvement project in Jiangsu Province,and to provide a scientific basis for adjusting control measures against the disease.Methods Nine key counties were selected from the endemic fluorosis areas as survey spots in Jiangsu in 2012.Three villages in each spot were selected as survey villages.To known the progress and running conditions of water facilities,water samples were collected to determine the fluorosis level.All children aged 8 to 12 were tested for dental fluorosis at the survey villages.The fluorine content in water was determined with F-selective electrode (WS/T 106-1999).Dental fluorosis was diagnosed byased on the Dean method.Results Twenty-seven villages were investigated,the number of villages that had water quality improved was 26,the rate was 96.30% (26/27);the number of villages that did not have water quality improved was 1,the rate was 3.70% (1/27).Among the 26 facilities,21 improved-water facilities ran normally,the rate was 80.77% (21/26);2 facilities ran with intermittently water supply,the rate was 8.70% (2/26);3 facilities were scraped,the rate was 11.54% (3/26).In the villages with normal improved-water facilities and qualified water fluorosis,the total rate of dental fluorosis of children aged 8 to 12 was 22.74% (380/1 761),the index of dental fluorosis was 0.45.In the villages with abnormal improved-water facilities and excessive water fluorosis,the total rate of dental fluorosis of children aged 8 to 12 was 66.51% (143/215),the index of dental fluorosis was 1.45.The total rate of dental fluorosis of children aged 8 to 12 was 42.86% (12/28) in the villages which had not changed water source,the index of dental fluorosis was 0.86.Conclusion Improvement of water decreasing fluorine project in Jiangsu Province has a certain effect on children's dental fluorosis,but some of the water fluorosis projects are scrapped,and excess fluorine water should be taken seriously.

Objective To investigate the role of transforming growth factors(TGF-?1 and ?2) in the pathogenesis of scleroderma(SD). Methods The mRNA expression of TGF-?1 and ?2 in the skin lesions from 17 patients with SD and skin from 10 normal controls were detected with in situ RT-PCR technique. Objective To validate the clinical effect of evidence-based nursing on early rehablilitation of patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing PTCA and intracoronary stenting. Methods 47 patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing PTCA and intracoronary stenting were divided into the nursing group(24 cases)and the control group(23 cases).The nursing group received nursing with evidence-based nursing pattern while the control adopted routine nursing method. The nursing effect in the two groups was compared in the following aspects such as the incidence rate of adverse effect,average hospitalization days, athletic ability and psychological status. Results The incidenece rate of adverse effect Was lower(P<0.05)and the average hospitalization days were shorter(P<0.01)than those of the control group with addition of cardiovascular complications(P>0.05).The athletic ability and psychological status were also superior to those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of evidence-based nursing could hasten the rehabilitative process of patients undergoing PTCA and intracoronary stenting.
7.To improve the mechanical function of bovine jugular vein by external stent

Objective To increase the mechanic characteristic of bovine jugular veins conduit (BJVC) by combined knitted stent outside made of nylon fiber. Methods Get rid of the cells of BJVC by enzymolysis, then combined a fabric stent with a acellular bovine jugular vein conduit that cross-linked dealed by photooxidation method to improve the mechanic function of BJVC. To compare the mechanical function and histology change of BJVC combined with fiber stent outside with that of BJVC only without stent. BJVC combined with fiber stent outside was divided into experiment group and the latter into control group. Two roller pumps on cardiopulmonary bypass unit were designed to simulate the pulmonary circulation. One produce the stream, and the other assist to bring a certain pressure by regulating a degree of tightness. The pressure of forward stream was used in messuring extension rate and leakage volume of two BJVC groups, and the pressure of backward stream was used in messuring the regurgitation volume. Results Set the formula to calculate the rate of variation of BJVC diameter under a certain pressure or not. The experiment group extension rate was zero under pressure of 10-20 mm Hg, about ( 7.7 ± 2.3 ) % under pressure of 40 mm Hg, until 60 mm Hg to ( 11.4 ± 3.1 ) %. While the control group reached about ( 14.8 ± 4.7 ) % at 20mm Hg already. There was no regurgitation volume of the experiment group under pressure of 30 mm Hg vs. the control group' s reached 34ml/min at 30 mm Hg while the two groups were same under pressure that lower than 20 mm Hg. When the pressure higher, the difference between the two groups more notable. There was no leakage of the BJVCs with fabric stent till pressure from 40 mmHg to 60mmHg, vs. the control group 1,5, 13 ml/min at pressure 30, 40, 60 mm Hg. Except the regurgitation and leakage volumes under pressure at 10 -20 mm Hg, as the two numerical values were both zero that can not be caculated by the statistic software, the differences of the two groups above had statistics significance. In vivo, 9 dogs received bovine jugular vein conduit transplant procedure to observe the mechanic fnction and tissue reaction. Five adopted B.JVC with stent and four just BJVC only. Six month later after the transplant procedure, there was no significant difference between the two groups but more inflaming cells than the former group, especially at the location round the nylon fibers. Through the observation in HE stain, that was considered as foreign body reaction. Conclusion Fabric stent can improve the mechanical function of BJVC and relatively easy to get.
8.Clinical evaluation of compound betamethasone combined with anisodamine in treatment of eyebrow alopecia areata

Objective To observe the curative effect, safety and patient's satisfaction degree of combining compound betamethasone with anisodamine injection in the blocking treatment of eyebrow alopecia areata.Methods A total of 66 cases were randomly divined into two groups: patients were treated by compound betamethasone ( group A) and combining compound betamethasone with anisodamine ( group B). The drugs were injected from the middle of eyebrow alopecia areata to two sides by the standard of 0. 2 ml/cm2 in both groups one time a month. The curative effect of the all cases were observed at 1, 2 and 3 months after treatment. The safety of them were evaluated based on incidence rate of the side effect and their satisfactory degree were evaluated based on subjective reception 3 months after treatment. Results The effective rates in the group B were 58.82 %, 73.53 % and 88.23 % by turns at 1,2 and 3 months after treatment, and those in the group A were 31.25 %, 53.13 % and 71.88 %, respectively. The curative effect in the group B was better than that in the group A (P < 0. 05), and the incidence rate of side effect in the group B was similar to that in the group A (P>0.05) and the patient's satisfaction degree in group B was better than that in group A (P <0. 05) 3months after treatment. Conclusion The compound betamethasone combined with anisodamine injection in the treatment of eyebrow alopecia areata has superior curative efficacy, more safety and higher satisfactory degree in the patients.
9.Angiogenesis of protein kinase D1 in bone marrow-derived endothelial progenitor cells of rats

Aim To explore the effect of protein kinase D1 (PKD1 )on adherence,migration,proliferation, microvascular formation,and eNOS expression in bone marrow-derived endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs)of rats.Method The EPCs were isolated from bone marrow of rats,cultured and detected,the effects of PKD1 and its specific blocking agent CID755673 on adhesion,migration,proliferation,or microvascular formation were observed,as well as mRNA and protein expression of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS ) in EPCs.Results PKD1 significantly promoted adhe-sion,migration,proliferation and microvascular forma-tion of EPCs,and upregulated the mRNA and protein expression of eNOS in EPCs,according to the cell cul-ture experiments of EPCs in vitro.Conclusion PKD1 has the role of angiogenesis through regulation of EPCs,which might be dependent on eNOS.
10.Effect of astragalus extracts on bone marrow-derived endothelial progenitor cells in rats

Objective To explore the effect of astragalus extracts on adherence, migration, cell viability, microvascular formation, and eNOS expression in bone marrow-derived endothelial progenitor cells (EPCs) of rats. Methods EPCs were cultured, isolated and identified in vitro and divided into four groups: low titer group (10-4 g/L of astragalus extracts), middle titer group (10-3 g/L of astragalus extracts), high titer group (10-2 g/L of astragalus extracts) and control group. The effects of astragalus extract on adhesion, migration or microvascular formation were observed under the inverted microscope and com?pared between all groups;Cell viability was detected by MTT assay;mRNA transcription and protein expression levels of en?dothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) in EPCs were detected by reverse transcription PCR (RT-PCR) and Western blot re?spectively. Results Compared with the control group, cell adhesion, migration and microvascular formation of EPCs all en?hanced with addition of astragalus extracts in a dose dependent manner (F=15.256, 13.633, 97.549 respectively, and P <0.05 in all cases); Cell vitality of EPCs increased with administration of astragalus extracts in a time and dose dependant manner. (F=9.755 for time and F=10.18 for dose). mRNA transcription and protein expression of eNOS in EPCs were up-reg?ulated with addition of astragalus extracts in a dose dependent manner (F=56.356 and 77.125 respectively, and P<0.05 in both cases). Conclusion Astragalus extracts play important role in angiogenesis in EPCs probably through up-regulating expressions of eNOS.
