Objective: To study the reasonableness of the preparation procedure of Rhizoma Corydalis Analgesic Pellets and the dosage form change from tablets into capsules. Methods: The preparation procedure of 3 batches of Rhizoma corydalis Analgesic Pellets was studied by TLC analyzing and determining of their disintegration time and dissolution rate in vitro, and comparing of the results between pellets and tablets. Results: The qualitative identification spots of capsales and tablets were the same. The disintegration time was 5 min for capsules or 3 min for tablets. The dissolution rates of 3 batches were all quick. There were no significant differences in the dissolution parameters T 50 、 T d and m among them ( P

Refractory ulcer is a commonly seen disease clinically. We believe the therapeutic strategies for refractory ulcer should include changing life style, standardizing medication, tracing observation, and rechecking in regularity. Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine can be used for the treatment. When the therapeutic effect is not good, diagnosis and therapeutic methods need to be re-judged.Local therapy and operation can be performed if necessary.

Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA cycles on the normal limb position of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods The stroke patients with hemiplegia (128 cases) were selected as study subjects. Patients(62 cases)during January to September 2014 were set as the control group, and received routine nursing care. Patients(66 cases)during October 2014 to July 2015 were set as the experimental group, and used PDCA cycles management on the normal limb position additionally. The application effect of PDCA cycles on the normal limb position was evaluated through comparing two groups with qualification rates of normal limb position and incidence of complications. Results The qualification rates of normal limb position in the control group was 38.71%(24/62), which was higher than that of the control group, which was 75.76% (50/66) (χ2=16.504, P<0.01). The complications occurred in the control group were strephenopodia (11 cases), foot drop (16 cases), dislocation of shoulder (9 cases), omodynia (27 cases) and myospasm (34 cases), and they were 3 cases, 7 cases, 2 cases, 15 cases and 18 cases in the experimental group respectively. The incidence of complications was lower than those of the control group (χ2=4.001-8.961, P < 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant between two groups. Conclusions PDCA cycles management could improve the qualification rates of normal limb position and reduce the incidence of complications, which was beneficial to the recovery of limb function.

Objective To investigate the role of transforming growth factors(TGF-?1 and ?2) in the pathogenesis of scleroderma(SD). Methods The mRNA expression of TGF-?1 and ?2 in the skin lesions from 17 patients with SD and skin from 10 normal controls were detected with in situ RT-PCR technique. Results A higher positive rate and stronger expression of TGF-?1 mRNA in SD skin lesions were seen, compared with those in controls(P0.05).The higher positive rate and stronger expression of TGF-?1 mRNA than TGF-?2 mRNA in SD were seen(P

Objective To explore the effect of the combination of video feedback and telephone intervention on postdischarge rehabilitation in patients receiving artificial total hip replacement. Methods A total of 60 patients receiving artificial total hip replacement were divided into intervention group and control group with 30 cases each by random digits table method. The combination of video feedback and telephone intervention was conducted in intervention group, and conventional discharge guidance and telephone follow-up on a regular basis in control group. In intervention group, the patients or their family member were asked to record the video of the exercises and daily living when patients were at home according instructions and researchers assessed the condition of patient's joint and muscle function and provided individual education and instructions to the patients on the basis of the feedback video through telephone.Harris hip function rating scale and Functional Independence Measure (FIM) were investigated at discharge and 1,3,6 months after discharge. Results There were no significant differences in Harris hip function rating scale and FIM score at discharge between 2 groups,P>0.05.Harris hip function rating scale score were (72.70± 11.65),(83.11±5.12),(94.83±3.08) scores at 1,3,6 months after discharge in intervention group, and (63.20±14.96),(77.00±11.62),(87.50±7.94) scores in control group, there were significant differences,P<0.05 or <0.01.FIM score were (96.30±4.63),(108.76±3.28),(125.79±1.19) scores at 1,3,6 months after discharge in intervention group, and (78.23±5.09),(86.43±6.30),(96.54±5.35) scores in control group, there were significant differences,P<0.01.Conclusion The combination of video feedback and telephone intervention could help to promote the postdischarge hip function for patients receiving artificial total hip replacement.

Objective To prepare polyclonal antibodies of anti Nogo-66, the extracellular region of one central nervous system neurite regeneration inhibitor Nogo, which could be used to further identification and functional study of Nogo molecule. Methods Preparing rabbit anti rat Nogo-66 polyclonal antibodies with a purified Nogo-66 fusion protein expressed in E.coli system. Studying its specificity by Western-blot and immuno-histochemical techniques and identifying its biological activity in PC12 cells. Results The high titer (1∶[KG-*2]10 000) anti rat Nogo-66 polyclonal antibodies were obtained. This antibody could specifically recognize the Nogo protein expressed in E.coli system.Immuno-histochemical staining indicated that the Nogo was widely expressed in rat spinal cord neurons and oligodendrocytes. It could effectively block the neurite extensioninhibition of Nogo protein in PC12.Conclusion Successful preparation of anti rat Nogo polyclonal antibodies provides a useful tool in identification or further functional study of Nogo molecule.
