Objective To study the expression of CD105 in laryngeal carcinoma and to evaluate the clinical significance of microvessel density(MVD).Methods Pathologic paraffin-embedded sections and clinical data from 40 patients with primary squmamous cell carcinoma of larynx were studied through immunohistochemistry.Microvessel density(MVD) highlighted by CD105 and CD34 were counted.Results CD105 expression in tumour tissue was significantly higher than normal health mucosa.The mean CD105-MVD value of T3 and T4 tumours showed a significantly deeper staining than T1 and T2;The mean CD105-MVD value of tumours with metastasis was also markedly higher than tumours with no metastasis;The diffenerce of mean CD105-MVD value between in 16 patients with recurred laryngeal carcinoma and in 20 patients with unrecurred laryngeal carcinoma for two years of follow-up was markedly significant(P

Objective To investgate the value of interventional therapy in inferior vena cava stenosis or obstruction caused by tumor and management after the operation. Methods 53 patients with IVC stenosis caused by tumor had detailed information. After the guide wire passed through the stenosised part and then undergoing balloon expansion, Gianturco Z stents or wallstents were implanted to undergo venography and measuring pressure after that. Results Technical success was attained in 50 patients, 3 cases was failure because the guide wire couldn't pass through the obstructed region.The technical success rate is 94.3%. 2 patients with IVC stenosis over 10 cm length was placed two stents. In other 48 patients,everyone was placed one stent. The pressure of IVC dropped from (28.66?4.08)cm H 2O (1 cm H 2O =0.098 kPa) before operation to (17.65?4.18)cm H 2O after operation. Object To study the change of serum soluble interleukin 2 receptor(SIL-2R) in syphilitic patients and its clinical significance.Methods The serum SIL-2R level in syphilitic patients of different stages and after therapy were detected using the ELISA technique.Results The serum SIL-2R level in syphiliti patients was higher than that in control group(P0 05).Conclusions SIL-2R level and its variation have some reference value for evaluating the therapeutic effect and judgement of the disease course in syphilitic patients.

Objective To explore the clinical value of CT-guided 125I radioactive seeds implantation and chemical ablation for malignant retroperitoneal tumors.Methods Because of the rejection of the second surgery resection and insensitivity of chemotherapy and radiotherapy,nineteen patients with recurrent or metastasis malignant retroperitoneal tumors were treated by CT-guided125I radioactive seeds implantation according to TPS or Halarism's experienced function,and percutaneous ethanol injection was performed if the way of punctuation Was limited.The extent of pain relief was assessed one month later after therapy.All the patients received enhanced CT scan 6 months after the first treatment,and imaging evaluation wag performed according to WHO criteria.Results For the 19 patients.pain relief Was achieved more or less in all patients.Imaging evaluation revealed complete relief,partial relief,no change in 10,7,2 cases respectively.All patients are still alive now.The longest followed span is 31 months.and the shortest is 7 months,the average followed span is 13.5 months.Conclusion CT-guided 125I radioactive seeds implantation and chemical ablation ore effective for malignant retropefitoneal tumors.

Objective To study the value of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)in diagnosis of cubital tunnel syndrome (CuTS). Methods We studied the findings of electrophysiological examination and MRI in 30 elbows of 23 patients with CuTS and 15 elbows of 1 5 controls.We observed the motor conduction velocity (MCV),cross sectional area (CSA)and relative signal intensity (RSI)of the ulnar nerve acrossing the elbow at the point of largest size proximal to the entrapment point (CSA1 ,RSI1 )and the entrapment point (CSA2 ,RSI2 ).Then we calculated the ratio of CSA (CSAR=CSA1/CSA2 ),and the ratio of RSI (RSIR=RSI1/RSI2 ).Results The value of CSA1 and RSI1 was significantly greater than CSA2 ,RSI2 in the patient group (P<0.05).The value of CSA1 ,RSI1 , CSAR and RSIR in patients were significantly larger than that in controls (P<0.05).MCV was negatively correlated with CSA1 and CSAR in the patient group (r=-0.62,r=-0.53).There were no correlation between MCV and RSI1 ,RSIR in the patient group. The area under ROC curve of CSAR was the largest 0.94 (95% CI,0.83-1).The optimum cutoff point of CSAR was 1.83.The CSAR had sensitivity of 93.3% and specificity of 80% in diagnosis of CuTS.Conclusion MRI combined with the electrophysiologi-cal examination shows a high accuracy of locating the entrapment point of ulnar never lesion at the elbow.The CSAR of the ulnar nerve is the best MRI parameters in diagnosis of CuTS.

Penicillin is a kind of β-lactam drug which has been applied in the clinical treatment firstly in the world, and it has still been widely used at present. The synthesis and regulation mechanism of Penicillium chrysogenum, which is used to produce penicillin, has been studied quite maturely, but its proteomics research started relatively late and fewer reports were published. This paper reviews the synthesis and application of penicillin, transformation of Penicillium chrysogenum, and the research progress of its proteomics. On this basis, the study highlights the advantages of proteomics in the research of protein expression.

Objective To investigate the effect of mixed-skin grafting with autologous microskin and allogenetic acellular dermal matrix microskin on wound healing in rats,and to make a further study on the related mechanism.Methods Wistar rats were served as a allogenetic acellular dermal matrix donor rats,and SD rats as acceptors with mould of full thickness skin defects on their back.The ninety SD rats were divided into 5 groups with 18 rats in each group.Group 1 was transplanted with autologous microskin,and group 2 with allogenetic acellular dermal matrix microskin.Groups 3,4 and 5 were grafted with mixed-skin ratio between autologous microskin and allogenetic acellular dermal matrix microskin 1 ∶ 1,1 ∶ 0.5 and 1 ∶ 0.25,repectively.The rate of wound healing was measured,wound samples collected,hematoxylin and eosin stain carried out,fibronectin (FN) and laminin (LN)detected,and intergroup comparison made,respectively,2,3 and 4 weeks after skin grafting.Results The wound healing rates and FN and LN expression of mixed-skin grafting groups were higher than those of the group with autologous microskin grafting.The group of 1 ∶ 0.25 obviously increased (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).Conclusions The wound healing rate with mixed-skin grafting is higher than that with autologous microskin grafting.The best effect is achieved when the skin ratio between autologous microskin and allogenetic acellular dermal matrix microskin is 1 ∶ 0.25.It is possibly due to the increase of FN and LN on wound skin surface.

Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin calcium with different doses on inflammatory cytokine and carotid atherosclerotic plaque of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and seventy-eight patients with cerebral infarction admitted into our hospital from January 2014 to June 2015 were divided into low dose (LD) group and high dose (HD) group.Ninety patients in LD group were treated with atorvastatin calcium in a dose of 10 mg/d,and eighty-seven patients in HD group were treated with atorvastatin calcium in a dose of 20 mg/d.The serum levels of lipid including TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,inflammatory cytokine including hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,and carotid atherosclerotic plaque of both groups were analyzed and compared before and after treatment.Results After six months of treatment,the serum levels and inflammatory cytokine of patients in both groups showed remarkable improvement (P ＜ 0.05),and those in HD group were significantly better than those of LD group (P ＜ 0.05).Additionally,compared with those before treatment,changes in carotid atherosclerotic plaque of patients in LD group were not obvious,while those in HD group markedly decreased,and which were significantly lower than those of LD group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium with HD of 20 mg/d showed a better capability on improving serum levels of lipid,inflammatory cytokine,and carotid atherosclerotic plaque of patients with cerebral infarction than those with LD of 10 mg/d.

Objective To investigate the values of recombinant tissue type plasminogen activator (rt-PA)) in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction complicated with atrial fibrillation.Methods Used the prospective research methods,74 patients of acerebral infarction complicated with atrial fibrillation in Xi'an XD Group Hospital from February 2015 to August 2016 were selected and were equally divided into the observation group and the control group accorded to the principle of random envelope drawing.The control group was treated with urokinase intravenous thrombolytic therapy,the observation group was treated with rt-PA intravenous thrombolytic therapy,and the prognosis of the two groups were observed.Results There were no significant differences in gender,age,time window,disease,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure compared between the two groups.The treatment efficiency in the observation group and control group were 94.6％ and 75.7％,the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the mRS scores in the observation group and the control group were (5.22± 1.83) points and (7.29± 1.45) points,were significantly lower than those before treatment of (10.24± 1.31) points and (10.19 ± 1.52) points (P ＜ 0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).In the observation group,the symptomatic intracerebral hemorrhage and non symptomatic cerebral hemorrhage were 5.4％ and 2.7％ respectively,so that were 18.9％ and 16.2％ in the control group that the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Intravenous thrombolysis with recombinant tissue type plasminogen activator of patients with acute cerebral infarction combined with atrial fibrillation is safe and effective,it can promote the improvement of neurological function,and has good application value.
