Magnetic induction method aims at the noninvasive detection of liver iron overload by measuring the hepatic magnetic susceptibility. To solve the difficulty that eddy current effects interfere with the measurement of magnetic susceptibility, we proposed an improved coil system based on the static field magnetization principle in this study. We used a direct current excitation to eliminate the eddy current effect, and a rotary receiver coil to get the induced voltage. The magnetic field for a cylindrical object due to the magnetization effect was calculated and the relative change of maximum induced voltage was derived. The correlation between magnetic susceptibility of object and maximum magnetic flux, maximum induced voltage and relative change of maximum induced voltage of the receiver coil were obtained by simulation experiments, and the results were compared with those of the theory calculation. The contrast shows that the simulation results fit the theory results well, which proves our method can eliminate the eddy current effect effectively.

Objective To explore whether antisense-EGFR could enhance the radiosonsitivity of human lung cancer spc-a-1 cell line. Methods The spc-a-1 cells were transfected with antisenso.EGFR-pcDNA3 by lipofectamine 2000(pcDNA3 antiEGFR group). Two other groups were used for comparison:control group(spc-a-1 cell without transfection)and pcDNA3 group(spc-a-1 cell transfeeted with pcDNA3 which did not contain antisense EGFR).Cell clones that stable expressing antisense-EGFR wa8 selected with G41 8 and the suppression of the expression of EGFR mRNA and protein were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot. The influence of antisense-EGFR on cell cycle was testified by flow cytometry assay. The cell apoptosis was analyzed by flow cytometry after 8 Gy irradiation.Further, cells of each group were irradiated with X-rays at the dose of 0,2,4,6 and 8 Gy.Dose-survival curve of each group was established by colony-forming assay. Results The expression of EGFR mRNA and protein were significantly inhibited after antisense-EGFR-pcDNA3 transfection. The cells arrested at the G2/M phase in the pcDNA3 antiEGFR group, control group and pcDNA3 group were (29.53±1.91)%,(13.7±1.30)%and(12.40±1.34)%,respectively.The apoptosis index of spc-a-1 cells in the antisonse-EGFR combined with irradiation group was obviously higher than that of the comparable groups [(39.24±1.57)%,(13.79±0.63)%and(15.02±0.85%)].The values of D0,Dq,SF2 of pcDNA3 antiEGFR group declined obviously compared with the control group(2.11,2.49,0.84 vs 1.19,0.15,0.32).Conclusions Antisense-EGFR could induce the G2/M cell cycle arrest, promote cell apoptosis and inhibit the ability of sublethal cell damage repair induced by irradiation,80 that it could significantly improve the radiosensitivity of spc-a-1 cell in vitro.

Objective To explore the value of iDose4 iterative reconstruction for coronary CT angiography (CCTA).Methods Totally 124 coronary heart disease patients underwent iDose4 iterative reconstruction and filtered back projection (FBP) reconstruction,of whom,56 ones with BMI not less than 20 kg/m2 were put into No.1 iteration group using 135 kV tube voltage and 68 ones with BMI less than 20 kg/m2 were into No.2 iteration group using 110 kV tube voltage.FBP reconstruction was executed with 110 kV tube voltage.Comparison analyses were carried out on signal noise ratio (SNR),contrast to noise ratio (CNR) and image quality. Results There were significant differences between the values of SNR,radiation dose and image quality in No.1 iteration group and FBP group (P<0.05).Statistical differences were also found between the values of CNR and radiation dose in No.2 iteration group and FBP group, while there were no obvious differences between the values of SNR and image quality in the above two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Low-voltage iDose reconstruction gains advantages in radiation dose and image quality during 64-slice CCTA,and thus is worthy promoting clinically.

Objective:To study the relationship between atrophy of the thymus and disease severity in EAE.Methods:MOG35-55 peptide induced EAE in C57BL/6 mice and analyzed the relationship between the severity of EAE and thymic atrophy,Flow cytometry analysis was used to evaluate thymic CD4+CD8+DP cells,CD4+CD8-,CD4-CD8+SP cells in relation to the severity of the disease. Results:The number of thymocytes in mice with decreased tail tone was (20.25 ±3.49) ×106 ,hindlimb weakness(4.93 ± 0.85)×106,complete hindlimb paralysis(1.8 ±0.19) ×106,and forelimb and hindlimb paralysis(0.52 ±0.07) ×106,there were statistically significant differences between groups ( P<0.05 ).As the disease progresses, CD4+CD8+DP cells ratio decreased, CD4+CD8-,CD4-CD8+SP cell ratio increased, different disease groups was statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion: The atrophy of thymus was closely related to the severity of EAE.Migration of activated T cells in EAE may cause atrophy of thymus.

Abstract
The health of children and adolescents is related to health and prosperity of a nation, but the current deteriorating health conditions of children and adolescents has become a global social problem. Based on basic guiding principles, Australia s National Action Plan for Children and Adolescent Health 2020-2030 proposes priority work areas and sets out corresponding safeguard measures. The action plan shows network based, dynamic and universal health coverage for adolescents. The experience of children and adolescents health promotion in Australia can provide theoretical and practical reference for China to establish a remote health service system for children and adolescents, improve parents health literacy, establish a health database, and build a collaborative health promotion system.

In this paper, a new probe is proposed for the dielectric measurement of anisotropic tissue in radio frequency band, which could accomplish the dielectric measurement in perpendicular directions by one operation. The simulative studies are performed in the frequency range from 1-1 000 MHz in order to investigate the influence of probe dimension on the energy coupling and sensitivity of measurement. The suitable probe is designed and validated for the actual measurement in this frequency band. According to the simulation results, the energy coupling of the probe could be kept below -12 dB in the frequency range from 200-400 MHz with high sensitivity of measurement for the dielectric properties of anisotropic tissue. That indicates the new type of probe has the potential to achieve the dielectric measurement of anisotropic tissue in radio frequency band and could avoid the measurement error by multi-operations in the conventional method. This new type of probe could provide a new method for the dielectric measurement of anisotropic tissue in radio frequency band.

Methods: A total of 67 patients identified with recurrent refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma were enrolled for this retrospective study. The curative efficacy of NAPD regimen was evaluated after 2 consecutive cycles. The toxicities and side effects were evaluated after 1 cycle. The objective response rate (ORR), overall survival (OS), progress free survival (PFS), 1, 2 or 4 years of OS and PFS rates were analyzed. The prognosis was evaluated with univariate and multivariate analysis.
Results: The ORR was 53.8% after two cycles, including 5(7.5%) complete responses and 31(46.3%) partial responses. The clinical benefit rate (CBR) was 88.7% (59/67). The median OS was 22 (1.5-140.0) months. 1, 2 or 4 years of OS rates were 70.9%, 49.0%, and 35.0%, respectively. The median PFS was 14 (1.5-140.0) months; and 1, 2 or 4 years of PFS rates were 57.5%, 38.3%, and 29.8%, respectively. The main side effect was myelosuppression. The rates of Grade III/IV leukopenia and thrombocytopenia were 13.4% (9 cases) and 3.0% (2 cases), respectively. Gastrointestinal toxicity was at Grade I or II and 6% patients displayed gastrointestinal toxicity at Grade III/IV. No severe cardiac and hepatorenal functional toxicity was observed.
