1.Analysis on the Communication Barriers between Doctors and Patients
Journal of Medical Informatics 2009;30(7):54-56
Communication barriers between doctors and patients are the main reasons leading to contradictions between doctors and patients. The paper analyzes the existing barriers in the information communication process, including language barrier, time barrier and communication psychological barrier, some possible strategies of dredging are proposed such as popularizing the medical information, establishing communication mechanism between doctors and patients, and improve the communication ability of doctors.

Objective To reveal the main authors, institutions and countries and analyze their cooperation models by plotting the cooperation network knowledge map of highly cited papers on diabetes mellitus published in 2004-2013 .Methods The cooperation network knowledge map was plotted using the visual software Citespace for the au-thors , institutions and countries that published highly cited papers on diabetes mellitus in 2004-2013 .Results The core authors were Graham Nichol, SM Grundy and Hertzel C.Gerstein, etc.The cooperation in teams was close while the cooperation between teams was rare. The core institutions were Harvard University, Brigham and Womens Hospital, University of Sydney, etc.Universities played the important role in scientific research. The most influential countries were USA, Britain and Canada which had a very close cooperation between each other. Conclusion Single point type, double core type, development type and complete type are the cooperation models of authors, institutions and countries that published highly cited papers on diabetes mellitus in 2004-2013.Geoproperty-and institutional property-based cooperation is still in its infancy, cooperation and exchange should thus be strengthened between cities, between universities, between medical institutions , between general institutions and scientific institutions .

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2014;(11):23-28
Social tagging, as an important method for organizing network resources, has been widely applied in different kinds of website with the development of Web2.0 technologies.Proposed in this paper are the suggestions for promoting the better development of healthsocial networks, such as establishing social login model, developing tag library, constructing tag automatic classification system, implementing personal recommendation system, analy -zing tag semantemes , and limiting users login rights according to the application of social tagging in health social networks and related problems needing to be solved .

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2014;(12):13-17
Tag, similar to a keyword and belonging to a non-controlled term, is a marking language, and can be freely marked by its users, thus playing a role in organization of information resources.Social tagging, a tag created by network users and added to the resources they concerned, has become one of the important methods for the network information resources organizing system to organize and mange resources.Suggestions were thus put forward in this paper for improving the information retrieval function of future social tagging system by comparing its 3 functions and assessing its efficiency.

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2017;26(8):34-40
Objective To reveal the subjects and hotspots in domestic studies on information behaviors by analyzing the domestic papers on information behaviors. Methods The key words in domestic papers on information behaviors were analyzed by factor analysis and co-word clustering analysis with the structure of subjects in domestic studies on information behaviors elaborated. Results The domestic studies on information behaviors were focused on the fol-lowing 12 aspects, such as information literacy, network information behaviors, information behavior model, infor-mation dissemination, and information service in libraries. Conclusion The hotspots in domestic studies on informa-tion behaviors are characterized by the various objects, scattered subjects, and balanced degrees.

Chinese Journal of Medical Library and Information Science 2015;(4):1-4
Librarians play a key role in the library information ecosystem.Librarians and library users interact and influence each other in process and use of information.Tagging defined by network users is used in description of words and phrases in different information resources. When it is used in library, user-oriented service will become the target of information service, and the role of information service persons, information organization methods and information low efficiency will change. However, rational planning of ecosystem, rational control of tagging, and improvement of librarian information literacy can reduce the negative effect of tagging.

Chinese Journal of Schistosomiasis Control 2014;(4):405-409
Objective To investigate the relationship between p53,COX-2,Bax,c-myc genes and colorectal carcinoma complicated with chronic schistosomiasis. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with colorectal carcinoma were selected and divided into two groups;a schistosomiasis group(colorectal carcinoma complicated with chronic schistosomiasis,n=80)and a non-schistosomiasis group(colorectal carcinoma uncomplicated with chronic schistosomiasis,n=80). The tissue microarray tech-niques and immunohistochemistry method were used in all the patients to detect the expressions of p53,COX-2,Bax and c-myc proteins. Results The positive rate and level of p53 protein expression in the schistosomiasis group were lower than those in the non-schistosomiasis group, but there were no significant differences between the two groups(both P>0.05). The COX-2 protein in both groups was positive, but the positive expression level of COX-2 in the schistosomiasis group was higher than that in the non-schistosomiasis group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). The positive rate and level of Bax protein expression were not significantly different between the two groups(both P>0.05). The positive rate of c-myc expression in the schistosomiasis group was higher than that in the non-schistosomiasis group, with a significant difference(P<0.01),but the positive expression level was lower than that in the non-schistosomiasis group, and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusions Schistosome infection may impact on the deficiency of p53 of human colorectal cancer cells. It may promote the excessive expression of COX-2 protein, which is an indirect carcinogenic factor. The expression of Bax gene has no correlation with schistosome infection. The schistosome chronic infection may cause a persistent low level expression of c-myc gene.
