Objective To explore the accuracy and practical significance of the 3-dimensional (3D) reconstruction of the liver and the abdominal blood vessels based on the data of 64-slice spiral computerized tomography (64S-SCT). Methods The 2D images of the liver and the abdominal blood vessels were collected after TLC-scanning with 64S-SCT. The 3D images of the liver, hepatic internal duct system and the abdominal blood vessels were reconstructed by the medical image processing system. The volume of the 3D reconstructed liver was compared with that of the actual liver measured by the 64S-SCT, and the portal vein of the reconstructed liver model was compared with that reconstructed by the Mxview workstation based on the 64S-SCT data. Results The 3D models of the liver, hepatic internal duct system and abdominal blood vessels were vivid, and could be revolved and observed at any direction. The spatial relationship among main intrahepatic ducts was clearly displayed. The actual liver volume and the condition of the intrahepatic ducts were accurately demonstrated. The reconstructed liver, the branches of the hepatic artery and portal vein, and the abdominal blood vessels were simultaneously displayed by adjusting the transparency of the liver model. The portal vein of the reconstructed liver model completely matched that reconstructed by the Mxview workstation based on the 64S-SCT data. Conclusions The 3D models of the liver, hepatic internal duct system and abdominal blood vessels reflect the human anatomy structure, and provide reliable virtual organs and vessel system for virtual liver surgery.

Objective To investigate the expression of blood CD +4 CD +25 Treg GITR,CD +4 T cell GITRL in children with asthma, and the role of them in asthmatic inflammation. Methods 50 cases of severe asthma were selected, and were controlled with thirty two healthy children. The venous blood was collected both in the period of acute episode and clinic remission. The mean fluorescence intensity of CD +4 CD +25 Treg GITR and CD +4 T cell GITRL was detected by flow cytometry. Results The expression of CD +4 CD +25 Treg GITR in the asthma acute period group was (24.2 ±8.2)MFI,which was significantly lower than (28.5 ±6.0)MFI in the control group(t =2.5,P <0.05).While there was no significant difference of CD +4 T cell GITRL expression between the asthma acute period group[(5.2 ±3.6)MFI]and the control group[(4.6 ±1.0)MFI](t =1.1,P >0.05).Moreover,the expression of CD +4 CD +25 Treg GITR in the asthma in remission group after treatment was (29.5 ±8.3)MFI,which was significantly higher than that in acute period group before treatment(t =-9.9,P <0.01 ).Whereas, there was no significant difference of CD +4 T cell GITRL expression in asthma group between in remission after treatment[(5.7 ±3.6)MFI] and in acute period before treatment(t =-1.6,P >0.05).Furthermore,there was no significant correlation between levels of CD +4 CD +25 Treg GITR and CD +4 T cell GITRL.Conclusion The level of CD +4 CD +25 Treg GITR in acute period asthmatic patients was decreased, but it was increased in remission, but no changes of CD +4 T cell GITRL expression were observed.GITR/GITRL signal system might be involved in the asthmatic inflammation procession.

Objective:To understand the needs, problems and challenges of medical personnel in the hospital for scientific research, propose tailored management measurements and suggestions for the hospital. Methods:The questionnaire was prepared by " Questionnaire Star" , the convenience sampling method was used, and information was collected by WeChat online chat group. Factor analysis and multi-dimensional preference analysis were adopted to analyze information collected. Results:Four main factors that affect the scientific research of medical personnel were identified. The most significant impact is the lack of information platform, followed by the lack of environmental atmosphere, lack of personal capacity and lack of personal interest. The research needs of medical personnel are divided into two categories: one is the more basic skill needs, which are mainly targeted at female, nurses, undergraduates, 5~10 years′ working experiences, medium-grade professional title, and people with no knowledge and experience in research. The other one is the needs of skill improvement, which are mainly targeted at younger, physicians, early career, lower professional titles, and had certain research knowledge. Conclusions:So far, there is a lot of space for improvement. It is recommended to promote the capacity building by training, strengthen the research team building and construct of research communication platform, at the same time, update the scientific research management system.
