Objective To study the value of needle aspiration biopsy guided by computerized mammography locator in the diagnosis of breast disease. Methods Needle aspiration biopsy was performed in the suspected areas guided by computerized mammography locater. Pathological diagnosis of this tissue taken by needle aspiration biopsy was compared with those taken through operation. Results There were 79 cases in this series. All the 79 specimens taking from needle aspiration confirmed to the requirement of biopy. Of them, 68 cases underwent operation, and the accurat pathologic diagnostic rate of needle aspiration specimens in the 68 cases was 97.2%.Conclusions Computerized mammography locator guiding needle aspiration biopsy is a simple and less invasive procedure. It is very useful for diagnosis of early breast cancer.

Nuclear factor-erythroid 2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) is an important transcription factor that regulates redox, lipid metabolism and protein dynamic balance, and plays an important role in protecting the body from oxidative stress damage. Recently, more and more studies have shown that Nrf2 is activated in ovarian cancer by various mechanisms to induce increased antioxidant enzymes, change sex hormone metabolism and induce downstream targets. Further studying the mechanism of Nrf2 in promoting the development of ovarian cancer, exploring its role in drug resistance and seeking new therapeutic targets can provide new ideas for the treatment of drug-resistant ovarian cancer.

This article briefly describes the imaging performance standards of the kilovolt X-ray image guidance system used in radiotherapy, analyzes the main aspects that should be considered in the image quality of X-IGRT system, and focuses on parameters that should be considered in the imaging performance evaluation criteria of the CBCT X-IGRT. The purpose is to sort out the imaging performance evaluation standards of kilovolt X-IGRT system, clarify the image quality requirements of X-IGRT equipment, and reach a consensus when evaluating the imaging performance of X-IGRT system.

Protein neddylation is catalyzed by a three-enzyme cascade, namely an E1 NEDD8-activating enzyme (NAE), one of two E2 NEDD8 conjugation enzymes and one of several E3 NEDD8 ligases. The physiological substrates of neddylation are the family members of cullin, the scaffold component of cullin RING ligases (CRLs). Currently, a potent E1 inhibitor, MLN4924, also known as pevonedistat, is in several clinical trials for anti-cancer therapy. Here we report the discovery, through virtual screening and structural modifications, of a small molecule compound HA-1141 that directly binds to NAE in both
