Objective To investigate the effects of Lycopene ( LP) on immune function of ovarian cancer rats′and its mechanism .Metho ds Sixty ovarian cancer rat models made by injecting ovarian cancer cell line NUTU-19 were divided into five groups randomly:model group,Cisplatin group(2 mg/kg)and LP(40,20,10 mg/kg)group,n =12;the LP and Cisplatin were given by intraperitoneal injection ,once every two days for 5 times.The rats general states and tumor growth conditions were observed ,the tumor tissue morphological changes was observed by H&E staining;the tumor weight ,inhibition rate,spleen lymphocyte transformation rate were de -tected;and the content of IL -2 and TNF-αin serum were detected .The present of CD4 +,CD8 +in blood were detected and the ratio of CD 4 +/CD8 +was calculated .Results The food situation of the rats in LP groups was improved,tumor was reduced,activity and hardness were poorer ,necrosis presented ,tumor cell shrinkage and oth-er pathological morphological changes appeared ,especially the rats in LP 40 mg/kg group .Compared with model group,the tumor weight in LP(40,20 mg/kg)groups was decreased,the inhibition rate and the spleen lymphocyte transformation rate were increased;the contents of IL-2 and TNF-αwere decreased;the CD8+present was de-creased,while the CD4 +present in LP 40 mg/kg group was increased,the ratio of CD4 +/CD8 +was increased. All of the difference above were significant (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion LP can effectively improve the immune function of ovarian cancer rat;which perhaps relates to its effects of reducing the inflammatory cytokines levels and increasing the ratio of CD 4 +/CD8 +.

Objective To observe the transformation features of children with complete atrioventricular block(CAVB), and to improve the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Methods Seventeen children with primary diagnosis of CAVB were reviewed by retrospective and follow-up study and the clinical characteristics, treatment schemes and prognosis were evaluated.Results Four cases of congenital CAVB lived normally without obvious symptoms in the tracing period from 6 months to 9 years;1 case had the onset of Adams-Stokes syndrome induced by diarrhea;3 cases of the CAVB caused by virus myocarditis turned into sinus rhythm after comprehensive therapy;2 cases persistently presented with the CAVB Complicated with enlarged heart;1 case gave up treatment after deterioration, and one case died.Three cases of temporary CAVB after the open heart operation turned to sinus rhythm in transitory time, while other two cases presented with permanent CAVB and treated with epicardium pacemaker,among whom one had the pacemaker replaced for one time in the 8-year follow-up,and the follow-up of other cases were intermitted.Conclusions The congenital CAVB in the study group with normal QRS interphase and no obvious symptom might not require treatment but follow-up is needed. While infants with heart malformation and wide QRS wave could not endure the low ventricular rhythm are in high risk. Virus myocarditis induced CAVB children tend to present the Adams-Stokes syndrome, and require effective treatments. Partial cases of the CAVB caused by open heart operation may turn to normal sinus rhythm in 2-4 weeks after surgery. cases has persistent CAVB for over 4 weeks, or Adams-Stokes syndrome onset after the surgery demand epicardium pacemaker treatment.

The macroporous resin separation technology has been mainly applied in the enrichment of saponins, flavonoids, alkaloids and other ingredients, and used in the removal of heavy metal impurities and pesticide residues in recent years. This paper focuses on the synthesis of the new-type macroporous adsorption resin LKS-11 according to the molecular structure characteristics of procymidone. Specifically, the selective absorptive property and other advantages of macroporous resin were utilized to analyze the procymidone removal efficiency in ginseng extracts from different sources. The type of macroporous resins, absorptive property and desorption conditions were observed respectively by static and dynamic adsorption methods to determined the optimum process conditions. According to the results, LKS-11 showed a good absorptive property to procymidone in ginseng extracts and provided a theoretical basis for studies on the removal of procymidone residues from ginseng extracts by using macroporous adsorption resin. Because of no secondary pollution on samples, low production and operation costs, high procymidone removal efficiency and high product recovery rate, this method is suitable to be applied in production.

There are many progresses in the therapy of MM with ASCT. ASCT improves the ratio of CR,EFS and OS,compared with conventional chemotherapy.Myeloma patients with renal failure or old age also can be candidate for ASCT.Tandem autologous transplantation improves the ratio of CR. Its impact to long-term EFS and OS still need to be judged.To improve conditional project,to choose suitable time,and- toselect consolidation schedule can boost therapeutic effect.

This paper aims to investigate the regulatory mechanism of blood-activating and stasis-dissipating drugs on fecal metabolic characteristics of rhubarb-peach kernel in mice with adenomyosis (AM) using fecal metabolome method. Adenomyosis was modeled by pituitary transplantation, and after the end of modeling administration, fecal samples were collected from mice. Non-targeted metabolomics studies were performed using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) to compare the metabolic characteristics of the feces of mice in each group and to find intestinal differential metabolites and potential differential metabolic pathways. The results showed that compared with the normal group, 5-hydroxy-L-tryptophan, histidine, L-acetylcarnitine, 16-hydroxy hexadecanoic acid, thromboxane B₂, etc. were significantly up-regulated, L-urobilin and prostaglandin D₃ were down-regulated in the feces of the model group, and were reversed after treatment with the rhubarb-peach kernel. The results of metabolic pathway enrichment analysis showed that tryptophan metabolism and histidine metabolism were the main intervention pathways of the rhubarb-peach kernel on AM intestinal metabolism. This study found that the underlying mechanism of the rhubarb-peach kernel in the treatment of AM is related to the intervention of intestinal metabolism of tryptophan, histidine, bile acid, choline and arachidonic acid, and the regulation of pro-inflammatory microenvironment and fatty acid metabolic homeostasis. Aim The effect of extracts of astralus(EA) on learning, memory and immune function of CTX treated mice was observed.Methods The step-down test was adopted to investigate learning and memory in mice; the method of enveloping CRBC was adopted to explore the function of macrophage in abdominal cavity; 3H-TdR marking method was used to observe the prolifernation of T lymphocytes and the method of ELISA was applied to measure the concentration of IFN-? in blood. Results EA (25 mg?kg-1, 50 mg?kg-1,ig, 21 d ) could boost learning and memory , enhance the phagocytic activity of monocytes and the proliferation of T lymphocytes of CTX treated mice, and increase the concentration of IFN-? in blood of CTX treated mice. Conclusion EA not only promote learning and memory, but regulate immune function.

The work aims to study the drug metabolizing enzymes involved in the metabolism of butylphthalide and evaluate the induction and inhibition activities of butylphthalide on CYP450 isoenzymes by using in vitro (liver microsome incubation system of rats and human) and in vivo (CYP induced model of rats) method. Butylphthalide was incubated with selective inhibitors of CYP450, and its metabolic rate was determined to identify the metabolizing isoenzymes of NBP in rat (normal and induced rats) and human liver microsomes. The in vitro inhibition effect of butylphthalide on 6 main liver microsomal CYP450 isoenzymes was evaluated by using probe drugs; the induction and inhibition activities in vivo of butylphthalide on CYP450 isoenzymes were evaluated by NBP ig dosing (160 mg x kg(-1)) and iv dosing (20 mg x kg(-1)) in rats. After adding the specific inhibitors of CYP2C11, 2E1 and 3A 1/2 for rat, CYP2C19, 2E1 and 3A4/5 for human, the metabolism of NBP in rat and human liver microsomes were reduced 38.8%, 86.2%, 78.4% and 51.0%, 92.0%, 58.9% of control, respectively. The metabolic rates of NBP in CYP2E1 and 3A 1/2 induced rat liver microsomes were increased 25.5% and 68.9%. High concentration of NBP (≥ 200 μmol x L(-1), in vitro) could inhibit the activities of CYP1A2, 2C6, 2C11 and 2D2 in rats, and high concentration of NBP ( ≥ 15 μmol x L(-1), in vitro) could inhibit the activity of CYP2C19 in human. All the results indicated that NBP should be mainly metabolized by CYP2E1, 2C11 and 3A 1/2 in rats and CYP2E1, 2C19 and 3A4/5 in human. High concentration of NBP could inhibit human CYP2C19 in vitro. No significant induction/inhibition effects of NBP were observed on rat liver CYP450 isoforms after ig 160 mg x kg(-1) NBP or iv 20 mg x kg(-1) NBP.

The paper described the necessity of social capital utilization for public hospitals, and analyzed the model and characteristics of public hospital financing. It is pointed out that the key to the public-benefit nature in the financing calls for distinguishing responsibilities of the government and the market, defining the reasonable level and manner for investors' return, and building corresponding incentive mechanism and supervision mechanism.

Chemical constituents of ethyl acetate extract of Sapium sebiferum leaves were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods, including column chromatographies over silica gel, macroporous adsorption resin, and Sephadex LH-20, as well as preparative TLC and semi preparative HPLC. As a results, 15 compounds were separated from Sapium sebiferum leaves and their structures were examined by spectral analysis including NMR and MS data and identified as( + )-(7R,7'R,7"S,7'"S,8S,8'S,8"S,8'"S)-4", 4"'-dihydroxy-3,3',3",3',5,5'-hexamethoxy-7,9';7',9-diepoxy-4,8";4',8'"-bisoxy-8,8'-dineo-lignan-7",7"',9",9"'-tetraol(1) ,1-(4'- hydroxy-3'-methoxyphenyl)-2-[4"-(3-hydroxypropyl) -2", 6"-dimethoxyphenoxy] propane-1, 3-diol (2), Thero-2, 3-bis-(4-hydroxy-3- methoxypheyl)-3-methoxy-propanol(3) , threo-5-hydroxy-3,7-dimethoxyphenyl propane-8,9-diol (4), boropinol B (5), threo-8S-7-methoxysyringylglycerol(6), 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(7), 5-( methoxy-methyl)-1H-pyrrole-2-carbaldehyde (8), quercetin (9) , kaempferol (10), ethyl gallate(11), coniferaldehyde(12), vanillin(13), 7-hydroxy-6-methoxy-2H-1-henzopyran-2-one(14),and 1-heptacosanol (15). All compounds except for compounds 9-11,14 were separated from this plant for the first time.
