3.Effect of Acupoint Sticking at“Zusanli”(ST36) with Magnolia Powder on Patients with Acute Exacerbations of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and Gastrointestinal Dysfunction
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2013;(10):1259-1260,1264
[Objective] To observe the effect of acupoint sticking at“Zusanli”(ST36) with magnolia powder on patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and gastrointestinal dysfunction. [Method] A total of 78 patients with acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) and gastrointestinal dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(n=40) and control group(n=38). Al patients received conventional therapy for AECOPD and tablet mosapride 5mg tid for 3 days. Patients in treatment group also received acupoint sticking at“Zu-sanli”(ST36) with magnolia powder q8h for 3 days. [Result]The total effective rate was 75.0%for treatment group, and 44.7%for control group. The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group, and no marked side effects were found. [Conclusion] Acupoint sticking at“Zusan-li”(ST36) with magnolia powder combined with mosapride can relieve gastrointestinal dysfunction of patients with AECOPD.
4.Discussion on theEthical Issues Involved in Cardiac Interventional Therapy
Chinese Medical Ethics 2016;29(5):810-811
This paper introduced the current situation of cardiac interventional therapy and put forward the fol-lowing points that medical staffs should pay attention to:the patient's right to know, right to be informed, right of communication, right of privacy, and etc. On this basis, it is suggested to solve the ethical issues in cardiac inter-ventional therapy through the implementation of clinical pathway, effective communication, humanistic care, the construction of occupational ethics, strict feedback and supervision.
6.Progress of signal transduction pathway of gastrin stimulating proliferation of colorectal carcinoma cells
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2004;0(11):-
Recent studies indicate that there are expressions of gastrin and its receptors in the tissue and cell line of colorectal cancer .Gastrin stimulates the proliferation of colorectal carcinoma as well as inhibits the apoptosis of colorectal carcinoma so as to promote the growth and invasion of colorectal carcinoma via a series of signal transduction pathways induced by its specific receptors. To inhibit the abnormally active signal transduction pathways that stimulate the proliferation of colorectal carcinoma will provide a new effective measure for the prevention and management of colorectal carcinoma. But the accurate signal transductions are not clear and need further research.
7.Observation of TCM Syndromes of 200 Cases of Upper Airway Cough Syndrome
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(06):-
Objective To research the pattern distribution of TCM syndromes in upper airway cough syndrome(UACS)(source of the nose). Methods Two hundred cases of UACS(source of the nose) were observed to analyze the pattern distribution of TCM syndromes.Result The pattern distribution of TCM syndromes was as follows:wind-phlegm obstruction lung syndrome 76 cases(38%),wind-phlegm and stagnant heat syndrome 58 cases(29%),wind-cold and dampness syndrome 34 cases(17%),lung dry and Yin deficiency syndorme 32 cases(16%).Analysis of nose diseases history and TCM syndrome type showed that allergic rhinitis, chronic nasosinusitis and non-allergic rhinitis were main causes of UACS(source of the nose),account for 46.0%,25.5% and 14.5% respectively. Conclusion Wind-phlegm obstruction lung syndrome and wind-phlegm and stagnant heat syndrome were the most common syndromes of UACS.
