1.Correlation of posterior cervical decompression with spinal cord shifting backward distance and axial symptoms
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(13):2037-2042
BACKGROUND:The distance of spinal cord shifting backward after treatment through cervical posterior approach is affected by various factors. In fact, it is a morphological change after spinal cord is affected by external force.
OBJECTIVE:To analyze the influential factors for spinal cord shifting backward after posterior cervical decompression for cervical spondylotic myelopathy.
METHODS:Case data of 70 patients with multi-segmental cervical spondylotic myelopathy undergoing posterior cervical decompression were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different distances of spinal cord shifting backward after treatment, they were divided into three groups:<3 mm group, 3-5 mm group, and>5 mm group. In accordance with Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores, the degree of cervical curvature and axial symptom index were compared.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:No significant difference in the recovery rate of Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores was detected among the three groups. No significant difference in cervical curvature was visible among the three groups before and after treatment. The proportion of axial symptom was significantly higher in the patients of>5 mm group than the other two groups after treatment (P<0.05). These results suggested that the distance of spinal cord shifting backward was associated with axial symptom after treatment in patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy after posterior cervical decompression.
2.Advance in Neuro-electrophysiological Techniques in Functional Evaluation after Stroke (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2016;22(12):1404-1407
In recent years, neuro-electrophysiological techniques, as objective evaluation methods, have been gradually used in func-tional evaluation, guiding clinical rehabilitation programs and judging prognosis after stroke. They were proved to judge the integrity of cen-tral nervous system and conduction function and evaluate neuromuscular function. Nerve conduction, needle electromyography, H reflex, F wave, sympathetic skin response, motor-evoked potentials, somatosensory-evoked potentials, brain stem auditory-evoked potentials and sur-face electromyography were reviewed in this article.

Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2016;36(3):331-336
In the paper, by taking acupuncture and migraine as the key words to retrieve CNKI and PubMed database, the literature analysis was done on the mechanism study on experimental migraine treated with acupuncture in rat model. The results showed that acupuncture mechanism study focused on the regulation and control of the relevant neurotransmitters/neuromodulators of migraine, such as calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP), serotonin (5-HT), nitric oxide (NO), etc. Moreover, in the paper, the review had been done on the neurotransmitters/neuromodulators involved in the study.

4. Chemical constituents of Lobelia chinensis
Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 2013;44(7):794-797
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents in the dried whole plant of Lobelia chinensis. Methods: Column chromatography, such as silica gel, MCI, ODS, Sephadex LH-20, C18 reverse-phased silica gel columns, and preparative HPLC were used to isolate the compounds. Spectroscopic methods like MS, 1H-NMR, and 13C-NMR were used to elucidate their structures. Results: Fifteen compounds were isolated from 95% ethanol extract of L. chinensis, including twelve flavonoids: quercetin (1), rutin (2), luteolin (3), apigenin (4), hesperidin (5), quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnoside (6), quercetin-7-O-α-L-rhamnoside (7), quercetin-3- O-β-D-glucoside (8), amentoflavone (9), naringenin (10), hesperetin (11), and eupafolin (12), and three coumarins: 5, 7- dimethoxy-coumarin (13), isoscopoletin (14), and scoparone (15). Conclusion: Compounds 6-12 are isolated from the plants in genus Lobelia L. for the first time. Compounds 5, 13, and 14 are isolated from L. chinensis for the first time.
5.Advances in the research of liver fibrosis in biliary atresia
Journal of Clinical Surgery 2015;(11):870-872
Biliary atresia is an infant disease characterized by obstruction of the internal and ex-ternal bile duct and progressive fibrosing process of the liver. Its etiology and pathogenesis remains un-clear and most infants would die in one year if thereˊs no medical intervention. In this article,we reviewed recent research progress of liver fibrosis in biliary atresia in infants and animal models, which proposed some unsettled problems and research direction in the future.
6.Antibacterials Usage Analysis in 412 Patients with Chest surgery
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(24):-
OBJECTIVE To investigate the usage of antibiotics in surgical department of Chest surgery in PLA General Hospital.METHODS The antibiotics usage status among 412 cases of patients during perioperative period was retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS The utilization of antibacterials took up to 100.00%.The average of treatment course was13.89 days,Aminoglycosides, cephalosporin and penicillins was the main kinds, single use accounted for 28.64%,the bigeminy for 35.93%,and trigeminy for 30.58%,the utilization with four or more kinds of drugs were 4.85%.The rational usage and irrational usage accounted for 64.57% and 35.43% respectively.CONCLUSIONS Clinicians should strengthen the management of antibiotics in perioperative period for rational use.
7.microRNA in pancreatic cancer invasive metastasis
Journal of International Oncology 2012;(11):867-869
Pancreatic cancer has a strong ability of invasive and metastasis, and the mechanism is still not completely clear. It has been demonstrated that aberrant expression of microRNAs(miRNA) is closely associated with the occurrence, development and metastasis of pancreatic cancer. The reveal of miRNA mechanism related to the metastasis of pancreatic cancer would provide a new approach to the treatment of pancreatic cancer.
9.Study on effect of various extract of Sini Decoction on reproductive organ and sexual hormone of hypothyroidism rats with syndrome of yang deficiency
China Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy 2005;0(01):-
Objective:To study the effect of various extract of Sini Decoction on hypothalamus-pituitary-sexual glands axle of hypothyroidism rats with syndrome of yang deficiency, and discuss the mechanism of Sini Decoction in reinforcing yang. Methods: The model of deficiency of both the spleen-yang and the kidney-yang were induced by PTU solution. After the model were confirmed, the rats in Sini Decoction group were administered with Sini Decoction . At the end of the experiment, all the rats were sacrificed and the blood were sampled to check the level of Sex hormones , the reproductive organs were weighed, the testicle were sliced to check their pathological change. Results:Various extract of Sini Decoction can reduce the increase of weight of orchis and prostate of model rats, reduce their pathologic damage, and increase the level of testosterone. The alcohol extract of Sini Decoction has obvious therapetic effects. Conclusion: Sini Decoction can improve the sexual hormone level and weight index of reproductive organs of hypothyroidism rats with syndrome of yang defi ciency.
10.The Development study on field medical equipment under hot and humid environment
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(02):-
Field medical equipment is important material base of medical service in wartime and one organic part of medical care scheme in echelon. However, medical service under hot and humid environment (HHE) is characterized by some new features due to the dual influences of environmental factor and war injury itself, which might bring certain challengeable demands on medical equipment development. As one part of medical care scheme in echelon under HHE, this paper presents a general study on demands of field medical equipment under HHE aimed to provide references for demonstration, research and development of medical equipment of Chinese PLA in the future.
