1.Analysis on the prognosis effect after health management intervention of chronic prostatitis
Chinese Journal of Health Management 2008;2(3):143-145
Objective To investigation the relationship between health management and prognosis of chronic prostatitis. Methods Three hundied and forty-six cases of chronic prostatitis were divided into two groups. The control group treatment was local washing and medicine for three months. The experiment group treatment was local washing, medicine, and health management for three months. NIH-CPSI was used for the results. Results There was no significant different between the experimental group(165 cases)and the control group(154 cases)before treatment in NIH-CPSI. The effective rate of the the experimental group was 88.5%, and that of the control group was 64.9% after treatment. It is effective for cure and the prognosis of the experiment was better than the control (P<0.05). Conclusion It is suggested that it is more effective for the prognosis of chronic prostatitis after the intervention of health management.
2.Significance of ERK/MAPK signal transduction pathway in the targeting treatment of gastrointestinal cancer
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2004;0(07):-
Extracellular signal-regulated kinase/mitogen-activated protein kinase(ERK/MAPK) signaling pathway plays an important role in gastrointestinal tumorigenesis and development.ERK/MAPK signal transduction pathway has three important molecular targets: the small G protein Ras,Raf kinase and MEK1/2 and ERK1/2.At present, there are three kinds of approach which can inhibit ERK / MAPK signal transduction pathway:⑴ destroying the structure and(or) function of the target protein,⑵adopting the deficit strategy,⑶damaging the interaction between proteins. These approaches can provide new ideas for the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer.
3.Experience of Associate Professor Huang Lixing Using Xingsu San in Treating Infantile Cough
Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2016;(1):47-48
Objective] To analyze the clinical experience of associate professor Huang Lixing in the treatment of cough in children.[Method] By following teacher Huang Lixing clinical studies, organizing the relevant case data,to summarize the academic thoughts and clinical experience of professor Huang in treating infantile cough, and for proven cases. [Results] Associate professor of Huang Lixing believes that the children of delicate organs, coupled with parents nursing or treating improper, vulnerable to the formation of phlegm damp retention in the lung, complex sense of cold cough syndrome. The treatment is to eliminate the cold outside and remove the phlegm dampness. The evidence is based on treatment mechanism and flexible use of medicine,it has achieved good results. [Conclusion] According to the special characteristics of children's diseases,Huang dialectically uses the treatment of Xingsu San,and expands its application range. It is worth the majority of doctors for reference.
4.Application and development of translational medicine in modern acupuncture and moxibustion.
Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion 2014;34(5):503-507
In recent years, translational medicine, which is characterized by advanced concepts and methods, developes rapidly and playes a strategic role in the development of TCM acupuncture and moxibustion. Therefore, it is worth studying by acupuncturists. Through the background, development, features and research model of translational medicine, the present situation and problems of TCM acupuncture research are analyzed. Several cases of translational Chinese medicine and acupuncture are listed with the consideration of the concept of translational medicine. Studies and thoughts on translational acupuncture are expounded as well. Thus, it is suggested that combined with characteristics of acupuncture, the concept of translational medicine should be utilized to instruct the clinical treatment and research of acupuncture, foster researchers of translational medicine as well as establish the related research teams.

7.Advances in treatment of Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome
International Eye Science 2017;17(6):1082-1086
Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH)syndrome is an autoimmune disease attacking against pigmented cells, resulting in blindness and usually affecting multiple organs including ears, meninges, hair and skin.Correct diagnosis and immediate treatment in the early stage is vital to visual prognosis.Currently, corticosteroids is first-line drug.In addition, VKH patients refractory to corticosteroids can choose other treatment such as immunosuppressive agents and biological agents.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2011;19(2):132-136
As a therapeutic strategy for ischemic stroke, neuroprotective agents are used to antagonize a series of harmful molecular biological events in cerebral ischemia. This article reviewes the current status of neuroprotective agents in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke, and the challenges from pre-clinical evidences translating into the clinical trials. The vascular endothelial cells, glial cells and neurons should be studied as a whole.

Orthopedic Journal of China 2006;0(20):-
[Objective]To assess the early diagnosis and treatment and outcome of patients with crush syndrome in earthquake disaster.[Method]We conducted a retrospective analysis of 27 patients with crush syndrome and subsequent acute renal failure (ARF) and wound complication who were treated in our university hospital. All of patients had been extricated from buildings that collapsed in the Wenchuan earthquake.Crush injury involved the upper extremities and low extremities. Each patient received intravenous fluids and diuretic drugs.Twenty-one patients received hemodialysis.Emergency fasciotomy performed in 11 patients and amputation were performed in 16 patients,4 to 102 hours after extrication.[Result]No patient died.Twenty-one patients among the ARF patients were retracted from hemodialysis.Among the patients who were performed fasciotomy or amputation,13 patients had wound complication including infection, however, the wounds in 10 patients were healed by dressing change, debridement and coordinate treatment with ICU and related subjectives.[Conclusion]Crush syndrome requires urgent recognition and prompt surgical treatment with simultaneous measures to control hyperkalemia and ARF.Wound healing is a difficult task for the crush syndrome patients. The authors believe that immediate intensive care therapy and multisubjective coordination would improve the survival rate.

Journal of Environment and Health 1992;0(02):-
Objective To study the effects of PVC_U pipes on tap water quality. Methods The safty assessment on a certain brand of PVC_U pipes was carried out. A residential quarter with this kind of PVC_U pipes for water supply was selected. Drinking water samples were collected from 2 pipeline inlets outside the quarter and 4 outlets inside the apartment. The indexes such as organoleptic indexes, general chemical indexes, heavy metals, organic compounds, radioactivity of the water samples were determined. The toxicological tests were carried out also. Results The sanitary indexes of the water samples for immersing PVC_U pipes except the content of ferrite accorded with the related national standards. No significant differences were observed in sanitary indexes of the water samples collected from inlets and outlets of pipeline for the apartment. The organic extracts of the water samples from the outlets of water supply system in the apartment showed negative results in acute oral toxicity test, 30_day feeding test, micronucleus test and Ames test. Conclusion PVC_U pipes were safe and hygenic for drinking water supply.
