1.Progress of mechanism of improving follicles and the receptivity of endometrium of the in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer patients
Clinical Medicine of China 2017;33(1):75-77
In vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET) technology is one of the important means to treat infertility in recent years, although it had made remarkable progress in the field of reproductive medicine, but IVF-ET pregnancy success rate is not very ideal, the reasons that influent the success of IVF-ET include both parents donor of various unfavorable factors and stimulate ovulation itself produces all sorts of malpractices, its influence factors are complicated. In recent years, how to reduce the adverse factors affecting IVF-ET,to improve the success rate of pregnancy of IVF-ET has become the hot topics in the study of domestic clinical intervention in IVF-ET,and the domestic research shown that the quality of the follicle and endometrial environment is the key to determine the success of IVF-ET.
2.The research of apoptosis and proliferation inhibition of human laryngeal carcinoma cell line Hep-2 induced by Genistein.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2015;29(7):638-641
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the effect of genistein on cell proliferation and apoptosis in human laryngeal carcinoma cell line Hep-2.
METHOD:
Cell Counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assay was used to measure the 50% inhibiting concentration (IC50) value of genistein; cell apoptosis rate and the distribution changes of cell cycle were determined with flow cytometry assay after treatment by gensitein. The morphological changes of tumor cells were evaluated by inverted phase contrast mircroscopy.
RESULT:
The IC50 of geniste responses to Hep-2 cells for 24 h was 23.64 µg/ml. The apoptotic rates of Hep-2 cells treated by genistein for 24 h were 22.40% ± 1. 65% (at 12 µg/ml genistein) and 30.64% ± 2.94% (at 24 µg/ml genistein) respectively, significantly statistical differences were foundbetween above threated groups and the control group (P < 0.05); the apoptotic rates of Hep-2 cells treated by genistein for 48 h were 30.55% ± 0.72%(at 12 µg/ml genistein) and 48.69% ± 1.06% (at 24 µg/ml genistein) respectively, significantly statistical differences were found between above threated groups and the control group (P < 0.05). When Hep-2 cells exposed to the same concentration of genistein for 24 h, 48 h respectively, the difference in apoptotic rate was statistically significant.
CONCLUSION
Genistein inhibited Hep-2 cells growth obviously, meanwhile it could induced apoptosis of Hep-2 cells, the apoptotic rate was increasing with the increase of the time and dose of genistein.

3.Diagnosis and treatment of gastric neuroendocrine neoplasms
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2017;40(7):656-660
Gastric neuroendocrine neoplasms (G- NEN) is a type of relatively rare and heterogeneous tumors mainly derived from enterochromaffin-like cells (ECL-cells) localized in the gastric mucosa. The incidence of G-NEN has increased over the past few decades, which may contribute to factors such as improved clinical and pathological experience in diagnosing this disease, as well as increased access to endoscopy. The biological behavior, clinicalpathological features and treatment response of G-NEN are different from those of pancreatic or intestinal neuroendocrine neoplasms. The diagnosis of G-NEN mainly depends on endoscopy and pathology. Conventional imaging and somatostatin receptor imaging may help to diagnose the disease stage. Treatment requires a multidisciplinary approach that may include endoscopic resection, surgery, chemotherapy, somatostatin analogues, intervention, PRRT, etc. The present study reviews the relevant guidelines in combination of our experience and research and aims to elaborate the epidemiology, clinical classification, diagnostic modalities and treatment options.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2017;33(1):1-9
Drug addiction is a chronic relapsing brain disease. Repeated drug exposure can cause neuroadaptations in major brain circuitries, leading to compulsive drug consumption behav-ior and relapse after abstinence. Many studies have found that intercellular signaling cascades mediated central nervous system remodeling in the rewarding circuitry and addiction associated neuroplasticity of learning and memory are important molecular mechanism of drug addiction.Studies show that extracellular sig-nal-regulated kinase (ERK)is associated with drug-mediated psychomotor activity, rewarding properties and relapse of drug seeking behaviors. Therefore, this article has reviewed the role of ERK signaling pathway in drug addiction.Research on the role of ERK signaling pathway in drug addiction will provide im-portant theoretical foundation for in-depth understanding of the molecular mechanism of drug addiction and shine a light on new molecular targets and treatment strategies for drug addiction.

Objective To investigate the effect of hepatic stellate cells (HSC) on proliferation and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma cells and the possible mechanism involved. Methods The HSC was isolated by optiprep method.Methyl thiazolyl tetrazolium(MTT) assay was used to detect the proliferation of hepatocellular carcinoma cells. The effect of invasion was measured with transwell assay.Matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) were detected by Western blotting. Results HSC was isolated and cultured successfully.HSC promoted the proliferation and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma cells (proliferation:0.571 ±0.024 vs 0.803 ±0.048,1.271 ±0.044,1.973 ±0.036; invasion:25.2 ± 1.9 vs 35.8 ±3.3,44.4 ±2.7,53.9 ±3.6) (P <0.05).MMP-2 (1.32 ±0.22 vs 2.46 ±0.39) and NF-κB(0.85 ±0.09 vs 1.44 ±0.21) were increased obviously in hepatocellular carcinoma cells stimulated by HSC.Conclusions HSC can promote the proliferation and invasion of hepatocellular carcinoma cells. The mechanism might be related to up-regulation of the expressions of MMP-2 and NF-κB.

Chinese Mental Health Journal 1991;0(04):-
Objective:To do confirmatory factor analysis to prove structure validity of Mental Health Scale for Primary School Students.Method:Data was collected from 2030 primary school students and was analyzed by LISREL 8.0 program. Result:The subscales of Mental Health Scale for Primary School Students had good structure validity, the sample data fit for the hypothesized model. Except that for Interpersonal Relationship subscale, the indexes of other subscales (Learning subscale, self subscale and adjustment subscale) fit for the model with all coefficients over 0.9, these indexes were GFI?AGFI?NFI?NNFI?CFI?IFI. For the total scale, four latent variables had loaded to the observed items significantly, the whole scale had perfect fit between the observed data and hypothesized structure. Conclusion:Mental Health Scale for Primary School Students has good psychometric quality and can be used for Chinese primary school pupils.

The debitterizing effect of ternary complexes was appraised and characterization of ternary complexes was made by infrared spectrum (IR) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The ternary complexes (β-CD/BH/WPI90) of berberine hydrochloride (BH),β-cyclodextrin)β-CD (and whey protein isolate (WPI90) were prepared with adopting coprecipitation preparation. The results showed that the ternary complexesβ-CD/BH/WPI90 can sig-nificantly reduced the bitterness of BH. The content of BH in the ternary complexes was 3.20%. It was concluded that the ternary complexesβ-CD/BH/WPI90 had significant effect in reducing the bitterness of BH. IR and DSC of the ternary complexesβ-CD/BH/WPI90 were different from the simple physical mixture.
