1.Efficacy Observation of the Prevention of Nausea and Vomiting after Laparoscopic Appendectomy with Droperidol and Tropisetron

OBJECTIVE:To compare preventive effects of droperidol and tropisetron on nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic appendectomy.METHODS:60 patients with general anesthesia underwent elective laparoscopic appendectomy were randomly divided into group A,group B and group C (n=20).Before suture,group A received 0.9% sodium chloride injection 10 mL,group B droperidol 1.25 mg,group C tropisetron 5 mg.Patients were extubated as them became conscious.The occurrence of nausea and vomiting 24 h after operation were observed and recorded.RESULTS:The occurrence rate of postoperative nausea and vomiting in group B and group C were significantly lower than in group A (P0.05).CONCLUSION:Droperidol and tropisetron could significantly reduce the occurrence of nausea and vomiting after laparoscopic appendectomy.

In the latest 50 years,the radical dissection rate of colonic cancer and the 5-year survival rate have been improved as colonic surgery techniques improve.In 1991,Jacob performed the first laparoscopic hemicolorectomy in the world,and data from multiple prospective studies have shown no significant difference between laparoscopic and open radical resection of colonic cancer in aspects of postoperative survival and incidence of tumor recurrence.In the year of 2009,Hohenberger suggested the concept of complete mesocolic excision (CME).Clinical data Showed that CME could further improve the postoperative survival and reduce the incidence of tumor recurrence,and it could become the standard surgical procedure following total mesorectal excision.
3.Effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on quality of life index and liver function in patients with cholecystolithiasis

Objective:To analyze the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy on quality of life index and liver function in patients with cholecystolithiasis.Methods:The clinical data of 160 patients with cholecystolithiasis in Zhejiang Wenzhou Tianning Hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 80 patients were treated with small incision cholecystectomy (control group), and 80 patients were treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy (observation group). The operation time, bowel movement recovery time, visual analogue score (VAS) 24 h after operation, quality of life index, total bilirubin (TBIL), direct bilirubin (DBIL), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), C reactive protein (CRP) and tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) were compared between 2 groups.Results:The operation time, bowel movement recovery time and VAS 24 h after operation in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group: (57.8 ± 8.4) min vs. (89.8 ± 10.5) min, (25.3 ± 4.8) h vs. (38.8 ± 6.2) h and (7.33 ± 1.05) scores vs. (9.18 ± 1.85) scores, and there were statistical differences ( P<0.05). The quality of life index 1, 6 and 12 months after operation in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group: (113.2 ± 8.9) scores vs. (108.6 ± 7.4) scores, (126.9 ± 10.2) scores vs. (115.9 ± 9.3) scores and (134.3 ± 10.1) scores vs. (123.0 ± 8.1) scores, and there was statistical difference ( P<0.05). The CRP, TNF-α, DBIL, TBIL, AST and ALT 3 and 7 d after operation in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, and there were statistical differences ( P<0.05). Conclusions:Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is effective in treating cholecystolithiasis and can effectively reduce the quality of life index and liver function.
4.Role and mechanism of gastric cancer stem cells in gastric cancer invasion, metastasis and angiogenesis

BACKGROUND:Although tumor stem cel s and their differentiated vascular cel s, which are not sensitive to chemotherapy and molecular targeted therapy, reduce overal blood supply of the tumor, these cel s facilitate the invasion and metastasis of the tumor, eventual y resulting in treatment failure. OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of gastric cancer stem cel s in stomach cancer invasion and metastasis as wel as its mechanism in angiogenesis. METHODS:A total of 20 gastric cancer stem cel s and 20 normal gastric cancer cel s SGC7901 were cultured in the medium with DMEM/F12 (1:1), 2%B27 and 20μg/L epidermal growth factors or cultured in 10%PBS, respectively. Invasion of gastric cancer stem cel s was detected by sphere formation assay, colony formation assay and Transwel invasion assay. Levels of mRNA and protein expression of CD44 and E-cadherin were measured to observe tumor metastasis. Besides, angiogenesis was observed by cel scratch test, Transwel migration assay and ring test. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Gastric cancer cel s adhered to the medium wal , and gastric cancer stem cel s suspended in the medium, which appeared to be spindle interstitial form. Number of gastric cancer tumor spheres was significantly lower than that of gastric cancer stem cel spheres in the sphere formation assay and colony formation assay (P<0.05). Number of gastric cancer stem cel s through the basement membrane was significantly higher than that of gastric cancer cel s (P<0.05). And the cel migration distance and ring number were significantly increased in the gastric cancer stem cel s as compared with the gastric cancer cel s (P<0.05). In conclusion, the invasion, migration and angiogenesis abilities of gastric cancer stem cel s are stronger than those of gastric cancer cel s, which can further promote the occurrence and progression of gastric cancer.
6.Investigation and analysis of physical activity of pregnant women during the second pregnancy trimesters in Chengdu

Objective To investigate the status and characteristics of physical activity of pregnant women during second pregnancy trimesters in Chengdu,and to provide the scientific evidence for developing rational movement of pregnant women.Methods 650 cases were recruited into this survey during August 2012 to March 2013,by convenience sampling method.A questionnaire survey was used to collect their physical activity information,advanced motion in pregnancy intentions,main physical activity ways and times during pregnancy,frequency and duration of physical activity.SPSS21.0 statistical software was conducted.Results Effective response rate was 95%(619/650).95.2% (589/619)of them hold that physical activity during second trimesters was support and the main way for them to exercise was walk.The most of pregnant during second trimesters was engaged in low-density activity.There had significant difference between low-density and other density exercises,P<0.01.Conclusion The physical activity forms of pregnant women in Chengdu is single and lack of knowledge.It is necessary to strengthen the health guidance for pregnant women and correct the bad habits of physical activity to ensure the safe of pregnant women and their children.

8.Value of electrocardiogram (ECG) in identifying acute occlusion sites of right coronary artery

Clinical data of 151 patients with acute occlusion of right coronary artery were retrospectively analyzed.Coronary angiography and electrocardiography (EEG) were performed in all 151 patients,angiography showed proximal-middle segment occlusion in 114 cases and distant segment occlusion in 37 cases.The correlation of ECG findings with coronary artery occlusion sites was analyzed.Results showed that EEG findings related to proximal-middle segment occlusion were:ST segment elevation in lead V4R ≥0.05 mV,Ⅲ degree atrioventricular block,ST segment depression in lead Ⅰ >0.1 mV,ST segment depression in lead AVL≥0.2 mV,ST segment elevation in lead l ≥0.25 mV,the total ST depression in lead V2,V3 and V4 ≥0.4 mV,the total ST depression in lead Ⅰ and aVL ≥0.25 mV;among which ST depression of Lead Ⅰ >0.1 mV,ST elevation of Lead V4R ≥0.05 mV and Ⅲ degree atrioventricular block were used to predict occlusion of proximal-middle segment of right coronary artery with 100% specificity.ECG findings related to distal segment occlusion were:ST depression in lead Ⅰ ≤ 0.1 mV,ST segment depression in lead AVL <0.2 mV,ST elevation in lead Ⅲ ≤0.25 mV,the total ST depression in lead V2,V3 and V4 < 0.4 mV,ST segment were not depression in lead V1-V5,the total ST depression in lead Ⅰ and aVL < 0.25 mV.Based on a 4-step flow method,ECG might be adopted to identify the acute occlusion sites in proximal-middle segment and distal segment of right coronary.
9.Measurement of MRI Artifacts Caused by Common Metallic Dental Materials and Common Ceramic Dental Materials on Dif-ferent Field-strength Mmagnets

Objective]To measure and compare the MRI artifacts caused by common metal ic dental materials and common ceramic dental materials on different field-strength magnets.[Methods] A total of 3 common metal ic dental materials and 2 common ceramic dental materials were tested with 0.35T, 1.5T and 3.0T MR imagers. The artifact areas on these 3 different field-strength magnets were measured and statistical y compared. [Results]Zirconia in three field magnetic resonance(NMR) in T1 and T2 as no artifacts, casting porcelain, metal al oy, nickel chromium al oy and CoCr-al oy in three fields magnetic resonance(NMR) in T1 and T2 as al can produce different degree of artifacts, and artifacts area increased in turn. Cobalt chromium al oy and nickel chromium al oy measurements on the high side, the cobalt chromium al oy than other four kinds of materials on the high side( P<0.05),high nickel-chromium al oy was precious metal al oy, casting porcelain( P<0.05). [Conclusions]Commonly used metal ic dental materials could cause MR artifacts and image degradation. Compared with that on 0.35T, the artifact was increased on 1.5T magnet. Compared with that on 1.5T, the artifact was increased on 3.0T magnet.
