ObjectiveStudy on the effect of nasal decontamination hefor aerosol inhalation in elderly patients with general anesthesia postoperation.Methods130 elderly patients with general anesthesia postoperation were randomly divided into routine treatment group and nasal decontamination group.The time of first sputum,the time of postoperative sputum changing characters,respiratoty-related indicators,sputum cuhure positive rate of bacterial,the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications was examined.ResultsCompared with routine group,nasal decontamination group obviously shorten sputum character changing time ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Postoperative nasal decontamination group and conventional group sputum Staphylococcus aureus positive rate were 7.7％ (5 cases) and 20.0％ ( 13 cases) respectively,the difference was significant(x2 =4.13,P ＜0.05).ConclusionGiven nasal decontamination before aerosol inhalation could improve character of sputum and reduce sputum bacterial culture positive rate,and had good efficacy and safety.

The goal of China's health care insurance system is to improve the fairness and accessibility of health care services for low-income people. In the past 10 years of practice, the insurance has made remarkable a-chievements and gained popularity among broad masses of people. With the support of World Bank and UK Depart-ment for International Development, China Rural Health Development Project ( hereinafter referred as Health XI Project) have used the advantages of unique funding, management and human resources to launched a series of pro-ject activities, with the main goal of achieving effective convergence between the New Rural Cooperative Medical Scheme (NRCMS) and Healthcare Financial Assistance Program (HCFAP) in order to explore the assistance system of catastrophic diseases. Some areas have achieved seamless convergence between NRCMS and HCFAP to explore the assis-tance program for catastrophic diseases in the context of confirming and optimizing the management of services covered by the project, especially conducting a series of exploration and practice activities in the aspects of increasing new funding channels to establish theCatastrophic Disease Assistance Fund, strengthening the related supporting regulations, etc. The results show that the utilization of services covered by HCFAP in the project has significantly improved, the protection level of health insurance has greatly improved, and the people satisfaction has significantly increased.

Objective To investigate whether CD4~+CD25~(high)regulatory T cells(tregs)were increased in the tumor tissue and peripheral blood of prostate cancer patients.Methods The prevalence of CD4~+CD25~(high)regulatory T cells inside the prostate tumor was detected compared with benign tissue from the same prostate.Furthermore,the frequency of CD4~+CD25~(high)regulatory T cells in peripheral blood was detected in prostate cancer patients compared with normal donors.Results Moreover,CD4~+CD25~(high)regulatory T cells from blood and supernatants from cultured prostate tumor tissue samples exhibited immunosuppressive function in vitro.CD4~+CD25~(high)T normal peripheral blood cells were found for the ratio was(0.5?0.1)%.Lower than the proportion of T cells in peripheral blood of patients with CD4~+CD25~(high)was(2.3?0.7)%,P

Plasma cell gingivitis is a rare form of gingival hyperplasia,mostly located in mucous membrane and characterized by swollen gums.Pathological examination showed dense plate shaped gathering of plasma cells in the connective tissue.Diagnosis relies on pathological examination.The cause of the disease is unknown,may be associated with allergic reactions.Expectant treatment is often use for the disease. Relapse of the lesion is commot,but canceration is rare.One case of plasma cell gingivitis followed for 2 years is presented,and the clinical manifestation and treatment are discussed in this paper.

Objective To investigate the state of perceived stigma,self-efficacy and quality of life of patients with mental disorders,and analyze the relationship among these variables,and explore the mediating effect of self-efficacy between the perceived stigma and quality of life.Methods Totally 406 patients with mental disorders were assessed with the Perceived Devaluation-Discrimination Scale (PDDS),Self-efficacy Scale (SES) and Schizophrenia Quality of Life Scale (SQOLS).Results The average score of PDDS was (2.44±0.36).The average score of GSES was (25.75±7.31).The perceived stigma,self-efficacy and quality of life were significantly correlated with each other.The self-efficacy played a mediating role between perceived stigma and quality of life.Conclusions The self-efficacy is the intermediary variable of perceived stigma and QOL of patients with mental disorders.

Lack of teachers' participating enthusiasm is the main problem that the institutions of teaching and faculty development face during the promoting process of faculty development projects. In this study, service marketing triangle theory was applied to the project promotion of the institutions of teaching and faculty development, the service marketing triangle theory for the project promotion of the center for teaching and faculty development was established. Through the three aspects of outside marketing, internal marketing and interaction marketing, the promotion strategies of faculty development projects were proposed. The application of these strategies in promoting the faculty development projects will enhance the teachers' initiative and enthusiasm to participate in service projects, so as to push faculty development.

Objective:This paper designs to analyze compensation patterns and compensation effects of cata-strophic disease insurance in L City, and put forward feasible suggestions to improve the compensation patterns of cat-astrophic disease insurance. Methods:We combined the relevant policy documents to analyze compensation patterns, and used benefit rate, OOP and The effective reimbursement rate to analyze compensation effects of catastrophic dis-ease insurance. Results:Catastrophic disease insurance benefit rate in L city in 2013 was 3. 2%; Rates of NCMS fund unilization was 92%, which diversed from county to county. Patients' OOP decreased significantly after reim-bursement of catastrophic disease insurance;Catastrophic disease insurance and NCMS total effective reimbursement rate reached 84.8%;The NCMS compensation rate reached 68. 9%, while fund incurred a financial deficit at the same time. Conclusion:Set deductibles, compensation rate and compensation range scientifically, and cancel ceiling level,improve the program of catastrophic disease insurance. Take measures to reduce the unfair between the districts and counties at city level. Establish effective link-up between catastrophic disease insurance and NCMS.

Objective To complete the construction of base training content systems of military NBC health support base in combination with practical experience.Methods The concept, construction idea and the multi-dimension element of the military NBC health support basewere analyzed by data studies and expert interview method.Results and Conclusion The construction idea of the training model and the roadmap of the training system are proposed.

BACKGROUND:Many foreign studies confirm that recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) is a safe and effective agent for treatment of idiopathic short stature (iSS), but there are no long-period and systematical researches reported in China.OBJECTIVE: To observe the promoting effect of rhGH on the growth of children with ISS.DESIGN: Case-control observation.SETTING: Department of Pediatrics, the Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Qingdao University.PARTICIPANTS: Ninety-eight children with ISS who were treated in the Department of Pediatrics, the Affiliated Hospital of Medical College of Qingdao University during December 2004 to March 2006 were involved in this study.Informed consents were obtained from the guardians of these children with ISS. According to the etiological factors, the children were assigned into 2 groups: ISS group (n =30) and growth hormone deficiency (GHD) group (n =68).METHODS : The children in ISS group and GHD group received subcutaneous administration of home-made rhGH (Jinsai Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd., Changchun at 0.15 IU/(kg ·d) and 0.1 IU/(kg ·d) respectively before sleeping within 6 months.The body height, body mass and bone age were measured before, 3 and 6 months after treatment. The local region of injection was observed and the growth rate was calculated. Bone age was calculated by graphic atlas method and body height was predicated by BP method.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Body height, body mass, bone age and growth rate of children in two groups before, 3 and 6 months after treatment.RESULTS: All the 98 children wereinvolved in the result analysis, without deletion. ①Intragroup comparison: The body height, growth rate of children in two groups 3 and 6 months after treatment were significantly superior to those before treatment [ISS group: body height:(126.5±9.4), (129.1±8.6), (121.1 ±11.0) cm (P ＜ 0.01), growth rate: (7.3±2.9), (7.5±2.7),(3.5±2.1) cm/year (P＜ 0.01); GHD group: body height: (111.0±13.0),(114.0±13.0),(108.0±12.0) cm(P＜ 0.01),growth rate: (13.2±3.5), (13.5±3.6), (4.0±2.9) cm/year(P ＜ 0.01)]. Six months after treatment, body height was increased in 27 of 30 children in ISS groups, and in all the 68 children in GHD group. ② Intergroup comparison: The growth rate of children in GHD group was concurrently higher than that in ISS group 3 and 6 months after treatment. ③Adverse reaction and side effect: During the treatment, hypothyroidism was observed in 2 children within 1 to 3 months of treatment,but there was no influence on growth rate after oral administration of thyroxin tablets. Local red swelling of skin was observed in another patient, which stopped automatically after one week duration, but the injection continued.CONCLUSION: Home-made rhGH is a safe and effective reagent for treatment of ISS. It can obviously enhance the body height and growth rate of children. Whereas the inhomogeneity of treatment effect does exist, what's more, therapeutic effect in ISS children is inferior to that in GHD children.
