2.Analysis between the related factors,intima-media thickness of the lower peripheral arteries and maximal shear rate in diabetic patients
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2011;34(2):118-121
Objective To investigate the correlation of intima-media thickness (IMT) of the lower peripheral arteries and maximal shear rate (SR) in diabetic (DM) patients and to analyze the related risk factors. Methods A total of 84 diabetic patients and 46 controls were recruited in the study.Color Doppler ultrasonography technique was applied to observe the IMT,diameter(D) and hemodynamics of the lower peripheral arteries and the comparison with biochemical parameters was carried out in order to reveal their correlation to the pathological changes of vascular in DM patients.ResultsIn DM group, the SR was lower than that in control group (P<0.05).The risk factors related to the lower peripheral arteries of DM patients also were significant difference to that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion The decrease of SR in diabetes patients can cause the thicker IMT,which is one of the important factors leading to atherosclerosis and is correlated to various risk factors for metabolic syndrome.
3.“Big Data” in laboratory medicine, are we ready?
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2017;40(1):1-3
“Big Data” gradually enters the field of Laboratory Medicine , there are some cases for clinical application of “Big Data”, such as quality control , reference interval , nutritional status and epidemiological investigation. There are also many challenges , such as experimental design , data accessect.Big Data mining needs more wisdom , more efforts.
4.Advancement of research on the role and signal transduction pathway of gastrin in gastroenteric tumor
Chinese Journal of Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2004;0(07):-
Studies have proved that gastrin plays key roles in the development and progression of gastroenteric tumor. After gastrin combined with the tumor cell surface receptors, some genetic transcription and expression were adjusted through certain signal transduction pathways, resulting in the development and growth of gastrointestinal carcinoma. Effective treatment method would been founded about gastroenteric tumor through the studies of mechanism of action and signal transduction pathways of gastrin in gastroenteric tumor.
5.EMBRYONIC DEVELOPMENT AND REPLACEMENT OF THE TEETH OF Alligator sinensis
Acta Anatomica Sinica 2002;0(06):-
Objective To study the process and mechanism of embryonic development and replacement of the teeth of Alligator sinensis. Methods The proccess of embryonic development and replacement of the teeth of Alligator Sinensis was studied by paraffin serial sections, the structure of the teeth of Alligator sinensis was studied by scanning electron microscopy. Results The tooth wrinkle appeared at the 20th day of incubation; the dental germ appeared at the 56th day of incubation; the crown appeared, and the dental germ came into the bottom of the alveolus dentalis at the 16th day after the young alligator was out of the eggshell. From one year to five year alligators, there was a dental germ at the bottom of the alveolas dentalis that would form new tooth after the old tooth was lost. Conclusion The tooth wrinkle might motivate embryonic development of the teeth of Alligator sinensis ; the dental germ at the bottom of the alveolus dentalis formed directly the new tooth in the process of tooth replacement. 6.Advance of mini-invasive treatments of hepatic portal hypertension in cirrhosis
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2003;0(05):-
The therapeutic management of hepatic portal hypertension in patients with cirrhosis is still a challenge. At present surgical devascularization and shunting play the important roles in treatment of portal hypertension. While some cirrhotic patients can not bear the stress of operation and anesthesia because of inadequat potential hepatic function. So the mortality of operation is very high. With the development of endoscopy, radiological techniques and new materials and equipments, the mini invasive treatments become more important. This review summarizes the current advances of mini invasive treatments of portal hypertension in cirrhosis.
7.Effect of levetiracetam on electrocorticogram of epileptic rats induced by lithium-pilocarpine
Journal of Chinese Physician 2009;11(3):312-314
Objective To explore the effect of Levetiracetam on Electrocorticogram of epileptic rats induced by lithium-Pilocarpine.Methods Sixteen SD rats were randomly divided into two groups(8 rats in each group),normal saline group and Levetiracetam group. After epileptic model was induced by lithium-Pilocarpine,lateral ventricle was administered with Levetiraeetam and saline by the same volume. The change of frequency of epileptic discharge and different brainwave proportion distribution was observed. Results Compared with normal saline group, the epileptic discharge were significantly decreased(P<0.01)and the proportion of δ wave was enhanced, meanwhile β wave was decreased in Levetiraeetam group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levetiracetam has the role of anti-epilepsy in acute model of epileptic rats induced by lithium-Pilocarpine.
8.Classic-a Good Teaching Material Highly Recommended
Microbiology 2008;0(11):-
"Microbiology"(color edition),with Prof.Shen Ping and Prof.Chen Xiangdong of Wuhan Uni-versity as the Chief Editors,is the first 4-color microbiological teaching material in China and has been co-edited by a lot of experts in microbiological field.Besides the introduction of fundamental knowledge,it’s also a book full of creativity and inspiration, furthermore,it combines theory with practice systematically, all of which contribute much to the development of the ability of self-study and creativity for students.A large quantity of delicate illustrations enriches the book extraordinarily.

10.TREATMENT OF NEONATAL HYPERBILIRUBINEMIA BY DIFFERENT METHODS OF BLUE-LIGHT IRRADIATION
Modern Hospital 2015;15(5):74-76,78
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of different blue-light and expo-sure patterns for the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods 127 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia were divided into cold-light illuminator blue-light irradiation group (group A, n=32), cold-light illuminator blue-light group intermittent irradiation group (group B, n=32), traditional blue-light irradiation group (group C, n=31) and traditional blue-light intermittent irradiation group (group D, n=32).The treatment course of the four groups was all 72 hours. The level of serum total bilirubin ( TBIL) , direct bilirubin ( DBIL) and auditory brainstem response before and after treatment in the four groups were respectively observed and compared. The adverse reactions associated with treatment were recorded and compared among the four groups. After 9 months of follow-up, the audi-tory brainstem response ( ABR) was respectively tested at 3 days, 3 months and 9 months after the treatment. Results The level of TBIL in the four groups after treatment were significantly decreased compared with that before treatment (p<0.01), and the level of TBIL in cold-light illuminator blue-light group was significantly decreased compared with that in traditional blue-light group ( p<0.05 ) .The total effectiveness in cold-light illuminator blue-light group was significantly higher than that in traditional blue-light group ( p<0.05) .The incidence of adverse reaction in cold-light illuminator blue-light group was significantly lower than that in traditional blue-light group ( p<0.01), and the incidence of adverse reaction in group C was significantly higher than that in group D (p<0.05).At day 3 after treatment, the abnormal rates of ABR in the cold-light illuminator blue-light group was significantly lower than that in the traditional blue-light group (p<0.05).After 3 months of treatment, the abnormal rates of ABR was insignificantly different among the four groups (p>0.05).The ABR in the four groups returned to the nor-mal after 9 months of treatment. Conclusion The therapy of the cold-light illuminator blue-light irradiation has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. It can effectively reduce the hearing im-pairment of neonates, and the incidence of adverse reaction and total effective rates are equivalent in therapeutic pat-terns of intermittent irradiation and continuous irradiation.
