Objective To investigate the clinical factors and therapeutic tactic for rebleeding of hypertensive hemorrhage after minimally invasive craniopuncture. Methods Clinical data of 213 cases were reviewed retrospectively.8 possible factors were gathered to select the high-risk ones by multiple-factor Logistic regression analysis. Results 27 cases bled after minimally invasive craniopuncture therapy.By Logistic regression analysis,we found 4 high-risk factors of recurrence hemorrhage, including hematoma shape (β =2.236,P =0.002),systolic blood pressure on admission (β =1.877,P =0.001),operation time (β =-1.589,P =0.004) and hematoma clearance (β =1.280,P =0.010).Conclusion Paying more attention to the 4 factors and treating each patient by individual therapeutic tactic according to the 4 factors will help to decrease the incidence of bleeding after minimally invasive craniopuncture.

Objective To investigate radionuclide imaging pattern with ~ 99m Tc-MDP in rat arthritis induced by collagen, and the significance of the imaging in the early diagnosis of arthritis. Methods 70 male Wistar rats were divided into normal (n=28) and model group (n=42), both groups were respectively subdivided into 7 groups according to time of treatment. Collagen induced arthritis (CIA) model was reproduced by subcutaneous injection of collagen and adjuvant. For imaging, rats were injected with ~ 99m Tc-MDP through tail vein. The technique of Radome of Interesting (ROI) was used in knee and whole bone, and R value was calculated. The concentration of radionuclide was observed and compared with arthritis index (AI), paw thickness, pathological changes and ?-ray examination. Results Rats in model group showed higher concentration of radionuclide in the knee joint (P

Objective To evaluate the effect of smecta on acute gastroenteritis induced by the radiotherapy in human cervical cancer. Methods seventy-eight patients under radiotherapy received smecta combined with general medicine to control gastroenteritis. All patients were divided into 2 groups:group A: 40 patients were treated with smecta and general medicine.group B:38 patients were only routinely treated. The routine medicine included prednisone, vitamin B 2 and ciprofloxacin. Results The effective rate for acute gastroenteritis in A group was significant higher than in B group ( P

Objective To evaluate the role of differentially expressed genes in human prostate carcinoma initiation and progression. Methods cDNA microarray chips which consist of a set of 4366 human genes were used to investigate the gene expression pattern of samples from human prostate cancer and normal prostate tissues. Results Of 4366 genes,287 genes differentially expressed in prostate carcinoma and normal prostate tissues were screened out, including 165 unknown genes and 122 known genes. Among the 122 known genes we further identified 20 up-regulated and 36 down-regulated genes. Conclusions Our results suggest that significantly differential expression of genes may be associated with the pathogenesis and progression of the prostate cancer.

Objective To study the correlation between single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of downstream mononucleotide in signal transduction of Toll-like receptors and predisposing genes of rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Methods One hundred and sixty-two RA patients were selected from northern part of Han people in China, and 188 healthy subjects were enrolled as normal controls.Rs7744 of Myd88,rs5030445 of TRAF6,rs11265618 and rs4845626 of IL-6R were analyzed. The data of genotypic frequency and allele genotypic frequency were statistical analyzed by x2 test between the two groups. Results The difference of allele frequency of TRAF6 rs5030445 between the two groups were remarkable (x2=5.716,P<0.05),and so did the IL-6R rs11265618 (x2=5.704,P<0.05).But the difference of genotypic frequency was not statistically significant for locus of Myd88 rs7744,TRAF6 rs5030445 and IL-6R rs11265618 (P>0.05).And the differenceof allele frequency and genotypic frequency between the two groups had no statistical significance in locus of Myd88 rs7744 and IL-6R rs4845626 (P>0.05).Conclusion There is significant correlation between single nucleotide polymorphism and predisposing genes of RA.The G allele of TRAF6 rs5030445 gene locus is a possible predisposing gene for RA.The T allele of IL-6R rs11265618 is a possible predisposing gene of RA.

Objective To determine the evaluating prognostic value of plasma Nt-proBNP in patients with congestive heart failure. Methods 107 patients with congestive heart failure were included in this study, followed the degree of rehospitalization and mortality rate of the cured patients after left hospital. The plasma concentrations of Nt-proBNP were measured by enzymelinked immunozorbent assay(ELISA).Results Concentrations of Nt-proB-NP of Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ classincation were(1129.8±383.2),(5849.7±567.6),(9506.3±492.4)ng/L in NYHA functional classification respectively(P<0.01);the plasma level of Nt-proBNP had significant positive correlation with NYHA functional classification(r=0.759,P<0.01).The degree of rehospitalization were(0.85±0.96),(1.98±0.86),(2.58±0.91)respectively(P<0.01);mortality rate were 8.3%,12.5%,45.2%respectively(P<0.01).Conclusion Plasma Nt-proBNP level may be the more important clinic value in evaluating prognosis in patients with congestive heart failure.

Objective To observe the effects of Huoxue Chubi Decoction on contents of PDGF-A and TGF-βin skin lesion of scleroderma mimicking mice models; To discuss its possible mechanism. Methods Thirty mice were randomly assigned into blank group, model group, TCM high-, medium-, low-dose group, with six mice in each group. Other than blank group, the rest of the 4 groups were given bleomycin-hydrocholoride 0.1 mL intradermal injection daily for 3 weeks to establish scleroderma mice models. From week 4 to 7, blank group and model group received gavage with equal amount of distilled water daily;TCM high-, medium-, low dosage group received gavage with Huoxue Chubi Decoction with different concentrations of 44.8, 22.4, 11.2 g/kg daily. The pathological changes in the skin tissue samples taken from each group were observed under microscope;the thickness of skin from each group was measured and the expression of PDGF-A, TGF-β, type-Ⅰ collagen (COL-Ⅰ) and type-Ⅲ collagen (COL-Ⅲ) were tested through immunohistochemical staining. Results Compare with blank group, the dermis tissue of model group was thicker, with the presence of thicker and greater number of collagen fibers, as well as infiltration of inflammatory cells. Compare with model group, thickness of skin and dermis collagen growth of TCM high-, medium-, low-dose group were milder varied by the concentration of the decoction. The result of immunohistochemical staining showed that the expressions of PDGF-A, TGF-β, COL-Ⅰ and COL-Ⅲ of modelgroup significantly increased than blank group (P<0.01); the expression of the mentioned indicators were statistically significant lower in the TCM high-, medium-, low-dose group than model group; The expressions of PDGF-A and TGF-β showed a positive correlation with the amount of COL-Ⅰ and COL-Ⅲpresented in each group. Conclusion Huoxue Chubi Decoction can suppress collagen expression and fibroblast formation in skin lesion of scleroderma mice models by down regulating the expressions of TGF-β and PDGF-A, thus demonstrate its potential in scleroderma treatment.
