3.Effect of Ambient Air SO_2 on Mortality of Respiratory Diseases in Shenyang
Journal of Environment and Health 2007;0(10):-
Objective To assess the effect of ambient air SO2 on mortality of respiratory diseases. Methods Based on the ecological theory, after the adjustment of seasons, temperature, humidity and air pressure, the observed individuals were divided into eight groups. The association between SO2 exposure and mortality rate of respiratory diseases was analyzed using Poisson regression and local auto-regression method. Results SO2 concentration increased by 0.05 mg/m3, the mortality of respiratory diseases increased by 5.90% (95%CI: 2.26%-9.68%) in all groups, in children by 10.23% (95%CI: 2.07%-19.04%), in young-middle-male group by 1.10% (95%CI: -9.51%-12.96%), in young female group by 9.58% (95%CI: -2.57%-23.23%), in young group by 10.23% (95%CI: 2.07%-19.04%), in aged male group by 5.26%(95%CI: 0.01%-10.78%), in aged female group by 8.07% (95%CI: 3.45%-12.89%) and in aged group by 4.66% (95%CI: 1.44%-7.99%) respectively. Conclusion SO2 exposure is found to be associated with the increase of mortality of respiratory diseases, especially in children, aged people and elderly females.
4.Clinical Evaluation of Multi-slice Spiral CT Urography in the Diagnosis of Pyelic and Uretal Disease
Journal of Practical Radiology 2000;0(12):-
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT urography(MSCTU)in pyelic and uretal disease. Methods 46 cases of pyelic and ureter disease with integrated clinical data were collected in two years, all cases were undergone multi-slice spiral CT contrast-enhanced scanning, the excretory-phase images were transferred to the workstation and shaded volume rendering(SVR),maximun intensity projection(MIP),multiplanar reconstruction(MPR)and curved planar reconstruction(CPR)were performed. Results In 46 cases,16 pyelic and ureteral calculus,12 congenital deformitions(including pelviureteric duplication malformations, retrocaval ureters, ureteropelvic junction stenosis,supern-umerary kidneys),5 inflammatory stenosis,7 primary pyelic and ureteral cancer,4 ureters were involved by bladder cancer and 2 compressive lesion were found. Conclusion MSCTU has obvious advantage in the diagnosis of pyelic and uretal disease.
5.Experimental Study on Dunhuang Nourishing Cream in Delaying Skin Aging
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(03):-
Objective To observe the influence of Dunhuang Nourishing Cream on the contents of SOD, GSH-PX and MDA in skin of aged rats. Methods Female SD rats of SPF level were divided into 6 groups:high, moderate and low dose groups of Dunhuang Nourishing Cream, model contrasting group, positive contrasting group and blank contrasting group. After removed the hair on the back, the drug groups were applied with Dunhuang Nourishing Cream, the model group was applied with the matrix of Dunhuang Nourishing Cream and the positive group was applied with vitamin E. After 30 days, the contents of SOD, GSH-PX and MDA in the skin were tested with the method of biochemistry analysis. Results Compared with the model group, the contents of SOD, GSH-PX and MDA in the high, moderate and low dose groups had significant difference (P
6.Advances concerning angiogens and angiogenesis therapy applied in reconstructive surgery
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2002;0(04):-
Angiogenesis plays an important role in the process of the repair and regrowth of tissues. So far, many growth factors have been shown to have the angiogenic properties. Angiogenesis therapy using exogenous angiogens or the DNA coding for these growth factors has aroused extensive interest. The advances concerning angiogens and angiogenesis therapy applied in reconstructive surgery are reviewed in this paper.
7.Clinical study on traditional chinese medicine for adverse drug reaction of HAART medication
Chongqing Medicine 2013;(22):2591-2593,2596
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of traditional medicine for adverse drug reaction of highly active antiretro-viral therapy(HAART)medication. Methods 60 patients with AIDS received conventional treatment with HAART were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.Traditional medicine was observed in patients of treatment group for more than 3 months, and several necessary test items were recorded before and after research. Results After therapy, the clinical symptoms weight,Karnofsky performance scale(KPS)and CD4 cells of the patients in two groups was obviously improved.Comparing with the control group, treatment group had better significant efficiency in the symptom, increased CD4 cell(P<0.05)and KPS(P<0.05).Inefficiency of ALT and AST in treatment group was lower than control group, while efficiency and stability had no signifi-cant increase.Inefficiency of WBC,RBC,PLT and MCHC in treatment group was significant higher than control group. Conclusion Traditional medicine combine with HAART for HIV/AIDS can decrease the incidence of adverse drug reaction of HAART medi-cation.For patients, the combination have the efficiency on protecting the safety of prescription and improving the routine blood test. The Traditional medicine may play a role in attenuation and synergy and improve the condition and prognosis of patients.

10.Research progress on leptomeningeal metastases of solid carcinoma
Cancer Research and Clinic 2012;24(3):208-210
Leptomeningeal metastasis (LM),with a high omission rate in diagnosis in approximately 5 %~8 % of all patients, is increasingly recognized as a lethality complication. The diagnosis of LM remains challenges, but commonly can be established by CSF cytology or by definitive neuroimaging. Although a combination of focal radiotherapy, intrathecal chemotherapy, and systemic chemotherapy may be necessary to achieve optimal treatment of patients, but prognosis is unacceptable and therapy remains palliative in most patients.
