Objective To investigate the similarities and differences of incomplete Kawasaki disease and typical Kawasaki disease,in order to provide basis for early diagnosis and treatment.Methods The clinical and laboratory data of 60 children with Kawasaki disease were retrospectively analyzed.Results The incidence rate of symptoms in clinical diagnostic criteria was lower in incomplete Kawasaki disease than that in typical Kawasaki disease(x2 =16.46,10.10,11.71,34.43,all P ＜ 0.01).No statistical differences of leukocytes,platelet,erythrocyte sedim-entation rate and C-reactive protein were found in the incomplete Kawasaki disease and typical Kawasaki disease(x2 =0.04,0.12,0.04,0.26,all P ＞ 0.05).The incidence rate of coronary artery lesions had significant difference between incomplete Kawasaki disease and typical Kawasaki disease (x2 =31.43,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion The early diagnosis of Kawasaki disease could be confirmed by representative clinical characteristics,laboratory examination and ultrasound cardiogram.

Objective To develop a method for determination of serumal copper ion in rabbit with implantation of copper intrauterine device.Methods At different time points after implantation,the serumal copper ion concentrations were determined by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) using scandium(Sc) and indium(In) as internal standards to compensate sample matrix effects,and the pharmacokinetics parameters were calculated in order to reflect copper ion release and metabolic rule.Results The serumal copper ion concentrations were kept at a low and stable level.The recoveries were in the range of 98.7%-113.3%,with the relative standard deviations of less than 5.0%.Conclusion The analytical method is simple,fast,and can be used for the determination of serumal copper ion in rabbit.

Objective To investigate the influence of stroke volume variation (SVV)-guided fluid therapy on postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients undergoing the unilateral total knee arthroplasty(UTKA).Methods One hundred patients undergoing the UTKA were randomly di-vided into two groups,group A(SVV 4%-9%)and group B(SVV 10%-14%).The liquid manage-ment,serum markers (CRP,IL-6)and the incidences of deflating-tourniquet-related hypotension and preoperative, 5 d after surgery of the occurrence of POCD in two groups were recorded. Results There was no significant difference in general information between the two groups. Compared with group B,group A needed more fluid transfusion and had a higher 24 h urine volume. The CRP and IL-6 was significantly higher in group B than that in group A;The incidence of defla-ting-tourniquet-related hypotension in group A [22(44%)]was also lower than that in group B [43 (86%)].However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of POCD between the two groups.Conclusion Sufficient blood volume can help to reduce the incidence of deflating-tourniquet-related hypotension,and reduce the inflammatory reaction in elderly patients.

Objective To summarize the clinical symptoms of patients with non-erosive reflux disease(NERD) and reflux esophagitis(RE),which is helpful to the differential diagnosis.Methods Outpatients who met the criteria of NERD or RE according to the Montreal definition in Gastroenterology Department Wuhan Union Hospital from 2010-2014 were enrolled in our study.Clinical data were comprehensively collected.Incidence of disease,severity,frequency of esophageal and extraesophageal symptoms,and the rates of overlapping with functional dyspepsia (FD) or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) were all studied.Results Totally 446 subjects were recruited,including 225 patients with NERD and 221patients with RE.The occurrence rates of esophageal symptoms including heartburn [76.0％ (171/225) vs 52.0％ (115/221),P ＜ 0.01] and acid regurgitation [74.7％ (168/225) vs 54.3％ (120/221),P ＜0.05] in NERD group were significantly higher than those in RE patients,with more severe and frequent (P ＜ 0.05).Despite the rates of food regurgitation were similar,NERD patients behaved more severely and frequently (P ＜ 0.05).Extraesophageal symptoms including throat burning and foreign body sensation in NERD group [40.9％ (92/225) vs 27.6％ (61/221),42.2％ (95/225) vs 31.7％ (70/221),all P ＜0.05] were also higher than those in RE group,the degree of which was more severe too (P ＜ 0.05).RE patients claimed a higher proportion of chronic cough.The incidences of overlapping with IBS in two groups were similar.But there were more patients with FD in NERD group [72.0％ (162/225) vs 62.9％ (139/221),P ＜ 0.05] than in RE group.Conclusions The menifestations and degree of esophageal and extraesophageal symptoms in patients with NERD or RE are different,as well as comorbidities such as FD and IBS.These results suggest that NERD and RE are independent diseases.

Objective To study the antipyretic,anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of Chaigeshubiao granules. Methods Animals were randomly divided into 6 groups:blank control group,indomethacin group,Fengreganmao granules group and the high, the medium and the low dosage groups of Chaigeshubiao granules ( 26, 13, 6. 5 g . kg-1 ) . Each group was administered via intragastric administration once a day for 5 days.Rat model suffering from fever by dried yeast,relieving fever of Chaigeshubiao granules was investigated;Rats with toe swelling by 1% carrageenin and mice with ear swelling by dimethylbenzene were applied to observe anti-inflammatory effects of Chaigeshubiao granules were observed;The pain models induced by 0. 6%acetic acid and the hot-plate tests in mice were used to observe the analgesic effects of Chaigeshubiao granules. Results Compared with negative control group,Chaigeshubiao granules in high dosage could obviously decrease the temperature of rat with fever induced by dried yeast 0.5 h later,and the medium dosage group decreased 4-6 h later. Moreover,Chaigeshubiao granules in high dosage could inhibit inflammatory reaction of rat with toe swelling caused by albumen at 1 h,2 h,3 h,when the medium dosage group inhibited at 2 h,3 h,4 h. The inhibition ratio of the mice with ear swelling induced by dimethylbenzene was 58.2%, 52.0% and 53.9%,respectively at the high,medium and low dose groups. And the inhibition ratio of retortion of mice by 0.6%acetic acid was 50.5%,68.8%,58.1%,respectively, at the high,medium and low dose groups. In addition,the high,medium and low dose groups reduced the pain reaction latency of mice in the hot-plate tests. Conclusion Chaigeshubiao granules have antipyretic,anti-inflammatory and analgesic actions.

Objective To explore the efficacy and complication of total hip arthroplasty in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis hip joint ankylosis,and analyze its prognosis.Methods Eighty-two patients with ankylosing spondylitis hip joint ankylosis were divided into observation group and control group by random digits table method,the 42 patients in observation group were given total hip arthroplasty after the diagnosis of early,the 40 patients in control group were given delayed total hip arthroplasty.In the 2 groups,the recovery of hip joint function were observed,postoperative complication were recorded,and the 5-year survival rate situation were followed up.Results The activity of hip joint,degree of hip joint flexion and Harris score after operation in the 2 groups were significantly better than those before operation,there were statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05),the indexes after operation in observation group were significantly better than those in control group [activity of hip joint:175.25° ± 15.52° vs.122.95° ± 16.26° ; degree of hip joint flexion:85.65° ± 5.33° vs.70.78° ± 4.97° ;Harris score:(86.08 ± 5.41) scores vs.(73.92 ± 6.62)scores],there were statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).Infection occurred in 1 case,dislocation in 0 case,prosthesis loosening in 2 cases in observation group,the rate of complication was 7.14％(3/42).Infection occurred in 5 cases,dislocation in 2 cases,prosthesis loosening in 4 cases in control group,the rate of complication was 27.50％ (11/40).The rate of complication in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group,there was statistical difference (x2 =8.34,P＜ 0.01).The 1,3-year survival rate in observation group was higher than that in control group,but there was no statistical differences (P ＞ 0.05).The 5-year survival rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group [90.48％(38/42) vs.70.00％ (28/40)],there was statistical difference (x2 =7.57,P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion Early total hip arthroplasty has significantly clinical effects in the treatment of patients with ankylosing spondylitis hip joint ankylosis,and its early operation curative effect is better than that of delayed operation.

Objective By combining the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) health care service and the current community puerperal women's health management, to explore the feasibility of TCM health management in the grass-roots community on puerperal women’s breast-feeding. Methods 440 patients meeting the inclusion criteria of puerperal women according to the neighborhood of residence were recruited into a non TCM intervention group of 225 people, and a TCM intervention group of 215 people. The non TCM intervention group was given health guidance on puerperal women. On such basis, the TCM intervention group was further cooperated with appropriate technical guidance of TCM. Puerperal women breastfeeding before and after the intervention was studied. Results After the intervention, the milk shortage of puerperal women breastfeeding rate of TCM intervention group was higher than the non TCM intervention group, 76.9% (60/78) vs. 56.9% (41/72), and mixed feeding rate was lower 21.8% (17/78) vs. 40.3%(29/72), the difference was statistically significant (χ2=5.916, 5.178; P < 0.05). The rate of breast feeding and mixed feeding rate were also statistically different between the TCM intervention group and the non TCM intervention group 78.1%(168/215) and 17.2% (37/215) vs. 62.7% (141/225) and 33.3% (75/225), (χ2=11.860, 14.226; P<0.01). Conclusion TCM health management guidance on puerperal women in the community can effectively improve the hypogalactia puerperal women's breastfeeding rate.

Objective To explore the surgery way of anterolateral small incision total hip replacement and evaluate the curative effect after surgery.Methods Clinical data of 41 patients(48 hips)with anterolateral small incision total hip replacement were analyzed retrospectively.The incision length,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative volume of drainage,perioperative complications,hospitalization days,X -ray performance were recorded.Results The incision length was 7-8cm,mean (7.5 ±0.5)cm.The operation time was 60-70min,mean (65 ±5)min.The intraoperative blood loss was 165 -280mL,mean (235 ±44)mL and the postoperative volume of drainage was 85 -120mL,mean (95 ±15)mL.No perioperative complications occurred.The average follow-up time was (36 ±6)months.The preoperative hip joint Harris score was (30.3 ±28.2)points,and the last follow-up score was (98.0 ±4.0)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=15.665,P=0.000),and the excellent and good rate was 100%.Conclusion The anterolateral small incision total hip replacement has small trauma,less bleed-ing,less postoperative pain,quick recovery,better joint stability,and it is suitable for clinical promotion.

Background Primary conjunctival lymphoid hyperplasia exhibit atypical clinical symptoms and easy to cause misdiagnosis and mistreatment.Understanding the clinical characteristics of primary conjunctival lymphoid hyperplasia is of an important clinical significance.Objective This study was to analyze the clinical characteristics and therapeutic outcome of patients with primary conjunctival lymphoid hyperplasia.Methods The medical records of 20 patients with primary conjunctival lymphoid hyperplasia who was treated in Beijing Tongren Hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyed.The age,symptoms,therapy,prognosis,histopathological features and immonochemistry results were reviewed,and the treating approach targeting to different types of conjunctival lymphoid hyperplasia was evaluated.The fellow-up duration was 1-2 years.Results Age of the patients ranged from 27 to 83 years old.The lesions were classified as benign lymphocytic hyperplasia,atypical lymphoid hyperplasia and lymphoma.Majority of lesions located in fornix conjunctiva tissue (90％).Follicle-like appearance was seen in the benign lymphocytic hyperplasia,and pink elavation was exhibited at the bulbar conjunctiva in the atypical lymphoid hyperplasia.A diffuse salmon fish like appearance in conjunctiva was the primary feature of conjunctival lymphoma.Histopathological examination showed that conjunctival benign lymphocytic hyperplasia had follicle-like tissue in lesions,atypical lymphoid hyperplasia exhibited diffuse lymphocyte filtration,and conjunctival lymphoma appeared monocyte filtration.The 3 tpyes of lesions also could be differentiated by immunochemistry.The medicine was applied in the eyes with benign lymphocytic hyperplasia,and the combination of resection of lesions with conjunctival tissue or amniotic membrane transplantation was used for the atypical lymphoid hyperplasia or lymphoma eyes.No recurrence of the lesions was found during fellow-up duration.Conclusions The clinical manifestations of conjunctival lymphoid hyperplasia lesions are varied,and it is easy to be confused with chronic ocular surface diseases.Pathology and immunochemistry are helpful for the differential diagnosis.The treating regimen is dependent on the lesion type.Most patients have a favorable prognosis with treatment.

Objective To investigate the effect of total glucosides of paeong (TGP) on the liver lipid infiltration and fibrosis in rats with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) induced by fructose and high-fat diet. Methods Fructose-high-fatty induced NAFLD rat model was established. Metformin ( MET,200 mg · kg-1 ) and TGP (200,100 mg · kg-1 ) was intragastrically given to the rats in the treatment group,TGP high dose and low dose group,respectively. Normal control group and model control group was intragastrically treated with equivalent distilled water (10 mL·kg-1 ). At the fourth week after the treatment,all the rats were sacrificed and the indices such as serum fasting blood glucose(FBG),INS,insulin sensitivity index (ISI),triglycerides(TG),apelin-36,visfatin,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),free fatty acid (FFA),collagen Ⅲ(COLⅢ),collagen Ⅳ(COLⅣ) were determined. Hepatic content of TG was determined and the pathological changes in the liver tissues were observed under the microscope. Results As compared with the model control group,TGP effectively decreased FBG,INS,TG in serum and liver tissues,activity of ALT and AST in serum and content of FAA,Apelin, Visfatin,COLⅢ and COLⅣ,with significant differences (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). TGP alleviated lipid infiltration and fibrosis in rat liver tissues. Conclusion TGP can inhibit effectively lipid infiltration and fibrosis of NAFLD rats,probably through improving glucolipid metabolism and antogonizing insulin resistance.
