Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(11):-
Objective To explore the relationship of immunoglobulin A(IgA) nephropathy (IgAN) and Henoch - Schonlein purpura nephritis(HSPN) in children by making comparison in the aspects of clinical symptoms, laboratory tests and renal pathology. Methods Process the data of 69 cases of HSPN and 33 cases of IgAN respectively in clinical symptoms' frequency, indices of urinalysis and blood cell count, protein quantity in urine of 24 hours, serum level of immunoglobulins, C3 and C4, as well as renal pathologic results. Results In IgAN group, the incidence of male was higher than that of female, respiratory tract infections usually occur as prodrome. Macroscopic hematuria was the most prominent clinical feature, while rash, joint pain, abdominal symptoms seldom happened. Level of hemoglobin in IgAN group was decreased significantly. There were no significant differences in edema, hypertension, proteinuria degree, level of plasm albumin, level of serum IgA, IgG, IgM, IgE, C3 and C4, as well as the features of renal pathologic changes between IgAN and HSPN.Conclusions IgAN and HSPN have similar features in clinical symptoms, level of immunoglobulins and complements and renal pathology. But it is still under discussion whether they are different stages of the same disease.

The clinical effect were compared.ResultsThe clinical effect was 94.7% (36/38) in observation group, which was better than that of 81.6% (31/38) in control group (χ2=2.316,P=0.042) . After treatment, the expression of IL-17 (22.32 ± 4.25 ng/mlvs. 31.55 ± 6.84 ng/ml,t=2.416) and IL-23 (14.72 ± 3.42 ng/mlvs. 23.27 ± 5.26 ng/ml, t=2.512) in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). The expression of TSH (3.04 ± 0.82 IU/mlvs. 4.83 ± 1.22 IU/ml,t=2.355), TGAb (152.71 ± 38.02 IU/mlvs. 238.48 ± 54.18 IU/ml,t=2.406), and TPOAb (121.31 ± 26.23 IU/mlvs. 184.19 ± 42.53 IU/ml,t=2.423) in observation group was lower than that in control group after treatment (P<0.05).ConclusionsJiuwei-Sanjie capsuls can decrease IL-17 and IL-23
expression in patients with Hashimoto's thyroiditis, and improve thyroid function.
4.Rick factors of pressure ulcers in elderly patients with hip fracture
Modern Clinical Nursing 2016;15(7):1-3
Objective To investigate the risk factors of pressure ulcers in elderly patients with hip fracture. Method Single factor analysis was done to investigate the possible risk factor by looking into the clinical data of 147 elderly patients hospitalized in our hospital during January 2010 and December 2014 to find out the varieties with statistical significance were introduced onto Logistic regression model for multivariate analysis. Results During hospitalization, 55 patients contracted pressure ulcers, accounting for 37.4%. Seven factors including diabetes, malnutrition, conservative treatment like simple traction, obesity, pain score, hypertension and hypertlipemia, were related to the pressure ulcers in elderly patients with hip fracture. The high risk factors included malnutrition and obesity. Conclusion Malnutrition and obesity are closely related to pressure ulcers in elderly patients with hip fracture. It is indicated that we should attack importance to disease assessment and preparation to prevent the occurrence of pressure ulcers.
5.Investigation of hypoxia detection in tumor.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2012;26(24):1148-1151
Hypoxia could not only induce tumor chemoradiotherapeutic resistance, but also cause strong invasiveness which make tumor inclined to recurrence and metastasis. With regard to the detection of oxygenation condition in tumor tissue, there are many methods, but each has its advantages and disadvantages. Accurate monitoring of tumor oxygenation state plays an important role in therapeutic schedule formulation and implementation which would improve curative effect of tumor.

6.New theory of traditional Chinese medical etiology
International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2010;32(5):469-470
The etiology in Basic of TCM was six exopathogens (wind, cold, summer heat, wet, dryness, and fire),seven emotions, blood stasis, phlegm retention, improper diet, exhaustion, infectious damp heat, trauma and bitten by animal and insect. Through years of observation, we found that some diseases could not be explained by such etiologies and thus put forward some new etiologies, including pollution poison gas, drugs, chemicals and radiation. These new etiologies had some significance in improving TCM theories and guiding clinical practice.

Basic & Clinical Medicine 2006;0(01):-
Angiogenesis is regulated by complex interactions of multiple activators and inhibitors.Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and Notch signaling pathway are involved in such process.Recent studies have demonstrated that Notch signaling pathway plays a key role in the embryonic development and tumour angiogenesis, and identified the role of Dll4-Notch signaling during vascular development and the mechanism of the vascular defects which result from reduction of Notch signaling, thus Dll4-Notch became regarded as novel and important drug targets for disrupting tumour angiogenesis. This review emphasizes on introduction of the constitution of Notch signaling pathway, the role of Dll4-Notch in angiogenesis and the significance of Dll4-Notch for tumour therapy.

High density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C) has received extensive attention because of its cardiovascular protective effects.Recent studies showed that HDL could promote reverse cholesterol transport ( RCT ) , be anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, and induce angiogenesis. Apolipoptrotein A-I (apoA-I), the most abundant protein of HDL, plays a pivotal role in the HDL mediated-functional activities.Short peptides based on the amphiphilic alpha helix structure of apoA-I have been designed and aimed at imitating the function of apoA-I.The function and metabolism of these mimetic peptides depend on their amino acids component and sequence , and have been proved to exert protection in against cardiovascular disease , infection, inflammation and oxidative damage, metabolic syndrome and tumor.Clinical trials confirmed their benefits, but high cost put them out of the practical applications..
