Agressive osteoblastoma is a very rare primary bone tumor having locally aggressive and destructive natures. But distant metastasis is not well occurred. Aggressive osteoblastoma may be similar to osteoblastomaradiologically, but has different pathological featurs. We experienced one case of aggressive osteoblastomaarising from left ilium and report this case with review of the literatures.

Osteoblastoma is a benign lesion somewhat similar to ostoid osteoma histologically but different from it clinically, roentgenologically and grossly. The autors have experienced a case of benign osteoblastoma of the neural arch of the Iumbar spine, and treated the case by total laminectomy and conflrmed with biopsy.

Malignant osteoblastoma is very rare tumor which shows histological findings of an aggressive pattern and benign clinico-radiological features, and also called as aggressive or pseudomalignant osteoblstoma. The authors experienced one csse of malignant osteoblastoma involving diaphysis of left humerus in 22-year old man. The patient is healthy and maintains his normal activity without recurrence over five years after complete excision of cystic mass, curettage and bone graft.

Osteoblastoma is a rare tumor of bone representing less than 1% of all tumors of the maxillofacial region. This is a neoplasm of bone characterized by a proliferation of osteoblasts forming bone trabeculae. Because the clinical feature of benign osteoblastoma is nonspecific and osteoblastoma has a pleomorphic histologic appearance, the differential diagnosis is difficult problem. We studies the case records 3 new patients with osteoblastoma. We discussed the case from clinical, radiologic, and histologic feature for differential diagnosis. Three cases from our clinic is reported and analized with previously described cases.]]>
