1.Effects of diltiazem on angiographic and clinical outcomes in patients with chest pain following coronary stenting
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2001;0(05):-
Objective To evaluate the effects of diltiazem on angiographic and clinical outcomes in patients with postprocedural chest pain after coronary stenting. Methods Two hundred and fifty-one patients with postprocedural chest pain were divided into two groups: diltiazem group (n = 189) and control group (n = 62). The outcomes of the two groups were compared according to the following two points. The first point was the major adverse cardiac events, including mortality, nonfatal infarction and target lesion revascularization. The second point was restenosis during the follow-up period. Results By the median of 128 days, the severe composite clinical events reached 4.8% in the diltiazem group and at 12.9% in the control group (P = 0.039). Repeated angiography was performed in 42.6% of these patients within one-year showing 11.5% restenosis in the diltiazem group and 29.2% in the control group (P = 0.05). Conclusions In patients with postprocedural chest pain after coronary stenting, oral diltiazem contributes a favorable outcome. (J Intervent Radiol, 2006, 15: 261-263)

International Eye Science 2015;(7):1251-1252
AlM:To discuss the clinical effect and safety of the combined surgeries of phacoemulsification and goniosynechialysis for patients with primary angle -closure glaucoma ( PACG) .METHODS:Eighty-three eyes of 83 patients with PACG and cataract were ranomized into two groups. Group A:39 patients with 39 eyes of angle-closure <180.;Group B:44 patients with 44 eyes angle - closure ≥180.. The changes of visual acuity, anterior chamber depth ( ACD) , anterior chamber angle and lOP after operation were measured. The follow-up period was for 1a.RESULTS: The visual acuity was improved significantly in both group after operation. No significantly difference in ACD, anterior chamber angle after operation in two groups (P>0. 05). The lOP in group A was lower than that in group B 3mo after operation, there was statistical significance (P<0. 05).CONCLUSlON:Phacoemulsification and goniosynechialysis can deepen ACD significantly. This method make the anterior chamber angle open, can reduce lOP and improve the patients’ visual acuity, especially in patients with PACG. lt is a safe and effective approach to patients with PACG and cataract.

Journal of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (Medical Sciences) 2012;32(1):149-50
Postpartum inferior vena cava (IVC) thrombosis is a rare, but potentially life-threatening disorder. Here we reported one case of the youngest woman to date who presented with massive IVC thrombus extending from deep veins of the right leg to the level of the 11th thoracic vertebra, associated with asymptomatic pulmonary embolism.

Objective To study the effect of nerve growth factor on airway inflammation and Th1/Th2 cells immune imbalance.Methods(1)32 SD rats were divided into 4 groups randomly:asthma,control,NGF,anti-NGF-antibody groups. The asthmatic model were established by inhalation and injection of ovalbumin.(2)We investigated the expression of NGF mRNA in the lungs in asthma and control groups by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).(3)In the lungs of the four groups, the expression of interferon-?(IFN-?,one of the Th1 cytokines),interleukin-4(IL-4,one of the Th2 cytokines)mRNA was detected by RT-PCR too.Results(1)As compared with the control group,NGF mRNA was significantly enhanced in the asthma group[(90.4?7.6)% vs(51.8?12.3)%,P

Some ideas were proposed on establishing the mobile medical information service system by relying on the communication platforms such as Wechat , microblog and hospital website , in order to provide mobile informa-tion service for medical staff .The functions of its information need access module , information source module and information transfer module were described in detail, and certain suggestions were put forward for its normal opera-tion, such as active popularization, attraction of its user groups, development of information service file database, establishment of incentive mechanisms , and construction of information service team.

Microbiology 1992;0(06):-
The isolated 24 strains-producing hydantoinase & carbamoylase were first identified by Biolog microbial identification system and 16S rDNA sequence analysis. The results suggested that the hydantoinase & carbamoyalse-producing bacteria belonged to Bacillus,Geobacillus,Brevibacillus,Aneurinibacillus,Microbacterium,Pseudomonas,Kurthia and Empedobacter, and so on.Especially,Kurthia and Empedobacter were new hydantoinase & carbamoylase-producing genera.Furthuremore,it was found that D-hydatoinase & carbamoyalse-producing bacteria belonged to Pseudomonas and Agrobacterium, while most of L-hydantoinase & carbamoyalse-producing bacterial belonged to Bacillus,Geobacillus and Microbacterium. The distribution feature of D-hydantoinase & carbamoyalse-producing bacteria and L-hydantoinase & carbamoyalse-producing bacteria showed some genera tendency. This research work will provide the biomaterial of different hydantoinase and carbamoylase and contribute to study the structure and function, molecular evolution of the two enzymes.
