1.Study on quality standard for Qufeng Medcinal Wine

AIM: To establish the quality standard for Qufeng Medcinal Wine (radix angelicae sinensis,Rhizoma chuanxiong,Pericarpium citri reticulatae,Radix glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma polygoni cuspidati,etc). METHODS :Radix angelicae sinensis,Rhizoma chuanxiong,Pericarpium citri reticulatae,Radix glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma polygoni cuspidati in this medcinal wine were identified by TLC.The content of emodin in Rhizoma polygoni cuspidate was determined by TLC-Scanning. RESULTS : The average recovery of added sample was 99.2%( RSD= 0.74% ). CONCLUSION :The methods are simple,rapid and accurate. They could be used for quality control of Qufeng Medcinal Wine.
2.Quality standard improvement of Danshitong Capsule

AIM: To consummate the quality standard for Danshitong Capsule (Fulvis Fellis Anseris,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Fructus Auranth,etc,). METHODS: The extract method of Furctus Auranth was improved.Fulvis Fellis Anseris,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,Radix Scutellariae,Radix Bupleuri in this preparation were identified by TLC.The contents of emodin and chrysophanol were determined by TLC-Scanning. RESULTS: The average recoveries of added sample were 98.50% and 99.65% and RSD were 0.82% and 0.74%,respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is convenient,reliable and accurate for the quality control of Danshitong Capsule.
3.Quality standard for Naolibao Pill

AIM: To consummate the quality standard for Naolibao Pill. METHODS: Fructus Schisandrae sphenantherae,Rhizoma Acori tatarinowii,Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Vitamin E were identified by one TLC at lock in time.The Diamonsil C_(18) column was used mobile phases: methanol-isopropanol(70∶30),flow rate:1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength:284 nm for determining vitamin E;mobile phases:0.5% glacial acetic acid,flow rate:1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength:246 nm for determining Vitamin B_1. The content of Vitamin E and Vitamin B_1 were determined by HPLC. RESULTS: The average recoveries of added sample were 99.96% and 99.54%(RSD were 1.66% and 1.87%). CONCLUSION: The methods are accurate with a good reproducibility.They could be used for quality control of Naolibao Pill.
4.Study on Quality Standards for Pugan Tablets

Objective: To establish the quality standards for Pugan Tablets. Methods: Two main components, acetaminophen and chlorpheniramine maleate in Pugan Tablets were identified by physico chemical methods and TLC, and determined by ist derivative spectrography directly and TLC scanning, respectively. Results: The average recoveries were 98.23% (RSD was 1.38%, n was 9) for acetamnophen and 98.83% (RSD was 1.78%, n was 5) for chlorpheniramine maleate. Conclusion: These methods are simple and feasible with good results, and can be used for the quality control of the tablet.
5.Study on the Quality Standard of Alyxia sinensis

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Alyxia sinensis.METHODS:The characteristic study,microscopic identification and TLC identification of Alyxia sinensis were performed,and the content of Ursolic acid in which was determined by HPLC.RESULTS:The chief characteristics of Alyxia sinensis have been summarized.The linear range of Ursolic acid was 0.053~10.600 ?g(r=0.999 9) with its average recovery at 101.45%(RSD=1.72,n=9).CONCLUSION:The established standard can be used for the quality control of Alyxia sinensis.
6.Study on quality standard for Jiujixingjun Powder

Objective: To establish the quality standard for Jiujixingjun Power(Mentholum, Borneolum Syntheticum, Radix Scutellariae, Realgar, Cinnabaris, Brainia Insignis, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, etc.). Methods: Radix Scutellariae, Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, Brainia Insignis, Mentholum and Borneolum Syntheticum in this medicine were identified by TLC and GC. The contents of Mentholum and Borneolum Syntheticum were determined by GC. Results: Radix Scutellariae and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae and Brainia Insignis could be identified by TLC. Mentholum and Borneolum Syntheticum could be identified by GC. Its content was in the range of 75.69~78.51mg?g -1 and 61.26~ 64.14 mg?g -1 , respectively. The average recovery of Mentholum was 99.35%( RSD =0.98%) and Borneolum Syntheticum was 99.24%( RSD =0.98%). Conclusion: The method established is simple, feasible and reproducible and can be used as the quality standards for Jiujixingjun Powder.
7.Micro determination of arsenic content in Jiuji Xingjun Capsules by UV spectrophotometry method

AIM To establish a UV spectrophotometry for the determination of arsenic in Jiuji Xingjun Capsules. METHODS Arsenic was transformed into hydrogen arsenide,then silver diethyldithiocarbamate was reduced for colloid silver by hydrogen arsenide,its absorbance was determined at the wavelength of 507 nm. RESULTS The linearity range of curve was 0.5-4.5 ?g?mL -1 ( r =0.999 5, n =7),The average recovery was 100.11 % ( RSD =1.64 T《B》 % , n =15). CONCLUSION This method is rapid and accurate.
